I ve bought my last two cars at Cronin Kia in Harrison and I will continue to keep going there. The customer service is always polite, professional and welcoming. Robyn is one of the best. She communicates clearly what I need and helps me out with any questions or concerns I have. She also helps me get an appointment for my oil changes at the earliest convenience for me & my work schedule. I always have a great experience with her and the whole team. They always go above and beyond.

Denise in the Service Department has been AMAZING to work with. I had to bring my 2015 Kia Soul in for an oil consumption test; this requires a follow-up in 1,200 miles and Denise gave me her card and told me to contact her directly. She has replied to my calls and worked to squeeze me in when I needed an unrelated emergency service done. She treats the customers with care, professionalism, and a great sense of humor. I m really glad she s the person who s helping me out.

My family has 3 Kia cars. In the past five years we have spent a lot of time working with their service team just doing regular maintenance. Robyn Mueller is my go-to! She is always direct and honest with what needs to be done, helps me prioritize what needs to happen first and is always good for a laugh. She helps me coordinate all the appointments I need to make to keep our cars in great shape. I appreciate her friendliness, her take charge attitude and her putting up with all my never-ending questions! Thanks Robyn!

I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change. The person explained I would also get a tire rotation. I couldn't go to my appt because I was in the hospital so my dad took my car. They failed to give me a tire rotation, only gave me the full synthetic oil change. The service manager, Josh Hopkins, emailed me since I was not happy and said they do not have an oil change tire rotation package, but that would have been an additional $10. He asked me to give a fair review. Well, how about your customer service keep their words or not give out information that they don't know is true theirselves???

I had an exceptional experience at Cronin Kia thanks to service rep Denise Concepcion. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Denise went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend Denise to anyone seeking top-notch customer service at Kia. Five stars without a doubt!

Came in to look at a few different cars I ve been interested in and had great service. Austin worked with me and he was very personable and very educated on all of the models. He went over everything with me and was very patient with all of my questions. I recommend this place and ask for Austin because he made the experience even better!

I will never go to any dealership again except Kia Cronin. They have hands down best customer service from being fast and efficient to offering snacks. Autumn is such a please to work with and very professional.

Posting for a friend that was being taken advantage of. The person is leasing a vehicle from them gets a nail in her tire. It s a simple patch job but is told the tire cannot be patched. Then is told the tire will cost over $300.00 dollars to replace. The person called back and said they found the tire for half the price. Was told the service department made a mistake but still wanted to charge $250.00 . The going rate for the tire was between $150.00 and 175.00. The tire was patched buy a very fair and reputable service station for $25.00. Shame on you Kia

My wife and I had an amazing experience! We were immediately greeted at the door by Alex who was very nice and helped us with our questions and test drive. After finding a vehicle that we liked, we met with our salesmen Austin who was also very helpful and professional. 10/10 amazing experience and will be recommending to friends and family.P.S. The finance manager was exceptional!!!!

I wish that I had gone to Cronin in the past! I have worked with several dealerships in the past and it has always been a stressful experience for me. That was definitely not the case at Cronin. I selected what I wanted online, spoke with Michael Monroe and when I got there, it was smooth sailing. Michael made the process enjoyable for me. No stress, no pressure to upgrade or make more purchases. I highly recommend Cronin Kia and Michael Monroe. I will go to Cronin again when the time comes for sure!

Cronin Kia was a breath of fresh air after having terrible experiences at multiple other Kia dealers in the Cincy area. I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for. While they didn't, Andrew was so helpful on the phone and sent me a lot of useful info on what they did have in stock so I decided to stop in to look around anyway. Andrew was again extremely friendly and helpful, taking me on a test drive in the K5 I was interested in. He was very knowledgable, knowing his way around the car in detail (which is a night and day difference from other dealers who didn't seem to know much about what they were selling). He never tried to upsell me and only discussed what I was specifically interested in. While I had a great experience, they didn't have the car I was looking for (in a different color). However, within just a few days they had called me back to say they had found exactly what I wanted and were able to get it to me within only a few weeks. The buying process was fast, easy, and no-nonsense. Mark from finance was was just as friendly and helpful as Andrew and made the whole process very straightforward and painless. I feel that I could not possibly have had a better experience anywhere else and would go back here in a heartbeat for any future purchases.

Jeff harper was amazing! Easy to talk to. He explains everything in such a way that it doesn't become overwhelming and well, the whole Cronin experience was just great. I like to do my own research and do my own decisions and they respected that. It wasn't pushy and or a "i have to make this sale now" feel. The respectfully answered any questions I had and allowed me to do my thing. They patiently waited compared to the none stop spamm from other dealers desperately trying to get my business. Not only that but they also not only honored deals that other dealership had, but gave me a better deal over all!I also wanted a very specific trim and color and Jeff drove an hour both ways to get it for me!Everything was explained to me so I knew exactly what I was signing and why.He also took me on a tour of the maintenance area aswell as features and key things for the car. He also respectfully asked if I felt comfortable getting in the car to show me said features.Overall people are amazing and you really see they wanted to take care of you first then everything. It was just an amazing experience from beginning to end.Jeff is just a funny cool guy and ill be recommending people to him.

I have used Cronin in the past for service and was always pleased. This time however , I was met with what I felt was unprofessionalism. The individual, which I won't name, had an 'attitude' from the minute I walked in. The other ladies working at the time were complaining about work situations to each other which should not be done with customers in the office. Will not be recommending them

I purchased my Kia this week with the help of Michael Monroe. Michael was very knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful! He made me feel at ease and went over and beyond to answer my questions. I have no hesitation to recommend Cronin Kia and Michael Monroe. Thank you for a positive experience Michael! Went to Cronin Kia because we had such a great experience at Cronin Ford. It was awful. The customer service is awful, no one calls you back. Wrote a bad review to be offered a detail for them to keep my car overnight without calling and letting me know or answering the phone when I called multiple times. We ve been trying to get ahold of someone for two weeks now and they won t return phone calls. I wouldn t recommend.

Stopped in on November 20th to get a quote for a hitch and harness for my 24 Telluride. Kailyn told me the part has been replaced with one part number, total cost $478, and would be a couple day lead time. I questioned if everything would be included and she insisted yes, she has ordered this before. I saved my quote and placed the order by phone the next day. Called a week later on November 28th for an update and was told nothing had been received yet. Waited another week and called back December 6th. Derek said he had placed the order but it had apparently been cancelled in the system. Might need my VIN again to reorder the part. Waited until the next day to call me back and get my information because he had been too busy (great customer service on their screwup). Then he tells me the price is going to be $676 now. That was a nice slap in the face.I can get these parts cheaper online (including shipping) so I cancelled the order. These people don t know what they are doing. Thanks for wasting two and a half weeks.

Best experience buying a car! I ordered a Kia Telluride in April 2022. I wasn t given the run around about price or when the order may or may not come in. The sales person gave me updates as I waited for my car and then called me the day it came in. He even stayed past closing so that I could get all of my paperwork signed. It wasn t stressful at all and I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of Like I normally do at other dealerships. They even sat down with me and went over every single feature of the car and told me to call with any questions that I may have. I am SO happy with my car!

Trevin and the rest of the staff are so incredibly helpful! They had the car ready as soon as I was able to make it in for a test drive and I bought it on the spot. The process was so smooth and quick! They re the best dealership I ve ever worked with and they re truly experts. I m so happy with my Kia Seltos and I can t recommend Cronin Kia enough!

I found the car I was looking for online. Shiloh and Rich were very transparent about the process, fees, and any paperwork that we had to do. Rich made sure that we understood everything we were signing. I was impressed by their professionalism. Definitely recommended!
