We had our 2023 Kia Sportage in for scheduled service. They were very professional doing a great job with the work they performed, friendly staff and nice customer waiting area. The experience was a good one and we will be back when the maintenance light comes back on.

Michael Monroe is our guy for sure. We were looking fir another car and went back to him. He's very helpful, gets answers to any questions and is never pushy. Explains in detail everything going on. Appreciate his professionalism but friendly attitude

Don't come to the service shop if you're expecting to be treated like a valued customer. It was literally the worst experience I've ever had with this place. Pray that you don't have the unfortunate luck of being "helped" by miss Robin M. She was extremely condescending and passive aggressive to the point I wanted to curse everyone out. Did my best to stay calm even though she told me my car issues weren't her fault, and they don't work for free. So I was charged $160 just to plug in a computer to my car, something I went to autozine right after for FREE. After already convincing me to get a new battery last month even though I said my starting issues weren't with my battery. They told me this time that my issue is from body damage that my car sustained over 2yrs ago at this point. So done with these people. There'd no point in getting an extended warranty apparently because they'll just rake you for every dollar you have anyway

Seems like a great car dealer. The selection of vehicles is excellent. The service centers do good work quickly. I cant give five stars just because it is a car dealership. We all know how dealing and haggling with a car dealership is enough to drive anyone insane, but I can say Ive bought two new vehicles from here and the buying process was much more pleasent than other dealers I've been at.

Overall this is good car dealership. They will work with you on car prices and service pricing. Bought 2 vehicles from them and would buy from them again. The lobby is clean and they offer coffee and water while you wait. They have a large selection of Kia's and Ford's.

We were treated very well and were even allowed to keep a car overnight to evaluate it. Jeff Harper and Dusty (last name?) were great to deal with.

It is the BEST PLACE to buy a car, or get repairs done !!! They go beyond of what is expected of them. Tony Henegar, Mark Zinser, and the Mechanics at Cronin Ford, are the BEST !!! I will not go anywhere else to get my vehicle serviced !!! I will be a repeat customer, for services, and another vehicle !!! Thank You Cronin Ford !!!

Absolutely Luv this place!!!! I have bought my last two SUV's from them. Thanks Guys, ya'll rock!!! Everytime I go I am greeted with a smile and the waiting area at the Kia lot is wonderful; When i'm there it's my office away from home!!!!!

Went in to buy my 2nd car from Jeff Harper. Him and the finance department worked magic and got me into a beautiful Kia sorento. My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Poor customer service. The woman who wrote my service ticket was super rude. Cost alot of money for very little work. They ripped me off. Beware!
