$141 just to change the oil. Nothing else. Will not accept coupons from Valvoline and the guy on duty was rude. Find a more economical establishment because this place is a rip off.

Guy was nice, but ended up spending 95 dollars. Went in for an oil change and a replacement of 1 wiper. . I will say i was about 3 k miles over but he said i meeded the oil for 5k miles over and that was gonna be 15 extra bucks. . I spent 66 bucks on an oil change.

Took my car to get the brakes checked and pricing on Saturday. He said he normally didn t do brakes on Saturday so we asked him if he thought he could do them today he said if we didn t mind waiting. An hour later he tells me the rotors are gonna cost me 40$ more a piece than he originally quoted and he could only get 1 from autozone. So I called oReilly s and told him they could sell me 2 at 10$ less than what he quoted and I would go get them he said to let him make some calls he might be able to find some cheaper. I called autozone for pricing and the said they had 2 set one at 60 something and one at 80 something available in stock. Needless to say he lied to me and was gonna charge me 60 to 80 dollars more per rotar! I won t take a bicycle there!

Stopped to get my oil changed. Have never had any issues with my vehicle leaking or using oil. Well a few days after having my oil changed here I was on 275 and could smell oil thought it was the truck in front of me. Well wrong, when exited stopped at red light oil light came on, and of course they are closed today. So disappointed!!!! Went there because of friend recommended and they are close and convenient.

The price for a synthetic oil change was high, then they charged me an additional $9 to install and reinstall the skid plate. Excuse me! Isn t this part of the service to get the oil changed!!! Charging extra to do the work is a rip-off!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Technician made recommendations, but did not make me feel pressured. I take all my cars to Cowans due to cutomer service and technician's knowledge.

My husband was completely ripped off!!! First they upsell him and oil package our car didnt need! THEN he put a new plug on charging us over $20 without asking first AND without showing him the "damaged one". ALMOST $100 FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! We will never be returning to this place...its really gone down hill lately.

I feel as if the prices are kinda high but over all the staff are super friendly and made me fell welcomed the entire time. Had me out in about 25-30 minutes

Every time I go to this car wash it is always hit and miss. I was there 2 days ago, paid $10 for "The Works" and it left my car looking worse than when I went in. I had to come home and wash it myself. I dont think I will go back. Why pay the money and then have to go over it yourself. I didnt get a receipt, which I usually do, so I dont think they will give me my money back.

The car wash system is fine the only problem with the company is if you want to talk to somebody about getting a car detailing you're not going to get any help.
