After being involved in a hit and run, I chose Caliber for my repair. Being a certified Honda repair shop and being right next to Enteprise was a huge deciding factor in this decision.They were extremely prompt in scheduling an estimate as soon as I was available. Mark was extremely detail oriented when looking over the damaged areas. He spotted things that I had missed and added it to the estimate. Since State Farm was able to work directly with Caliber in what felt like a seemless manner, I was able to schedule a drop off just a couple of days after the estimate. Granted, they were busy so I had to wait about 2 weeks to fit it in, but thats to be expected and gave me plenty of time to make other arrangements with my insurance company.Immediately after dropping the vehicle off, Mark conducted a final assessment of the vehicle and went over the basic plans of what they anticipate will need replacing and even explained the process they planned on using to fix my quarter panel that was damaged. He made absolutely sure that every question I had was answered before I handed my keys to him.The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helped me get set up on their text notification system where I was promptly notified of the completion during the repair. This helped a ton since my vehicle required a collaborative effort between the body shop and wrap shop to be completed on time. Caliber was very responsive when I needed to call them to organize the plans for a tow truck to relocate the vehicle to the other shop when the repair was complete at their shop.After the repair was complete, they had me do an inspection of the vehicle before taking it back. Upon inspection, I found that one of my rain guards had gotten damaged during the repair process. After bringing it to their attention, they assessed the damage and offered to make it right by replacing the damaged unit. In theory, they didn't HAVE to do it, but they wanted to and that goes a long way with me.Overall, this location did a fantastic job on the repair. The paint matched my stock color to a tee (before I went and got it wrapped) and the vehicle looked like it had never been involved in an accident.The only thing that I didn't like about the process was that they needed to bring the vehicle to Bob Sumerel

Wonderful customer service! Caliber repaired my Blazer after a hit-skip. The paint job is better than I expected and they fixed it before my scheduled pickup. Excellent work done by their team. I'm highly satisfied. My SUV was glistening like new. Thanks Caliber!!

Weather stripping was coming off of our RV windshield and we called caliber collision and spoke with Dakota. Dakota helped take care of the issue and got us back on the road quickly. Other repair shops in the area did not help us, but Dakota took the time to help and being out of town, we really appreciated it. Thank you.

Was referred to this place by insurance. From the pictures bellow you can see they didn t cover the car when painted. After picking up my car I noticed it was completely covered in overspray. After they made an attempt to get over spray off windshield and other areas my windshield still shows signs of visible damage. If you want your car done right, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!

My parents are staying with me while my dad is taking chemotherapy. Their van was hit while we were shopping for new tires in the area. We were sent to Caliber Collision for the repairs. I have never worked with a company so amazing. They communicated every step of the way. The quality of work that was done was amazing. I would highly recommend them for repairs. If I need any work done, I definitely will be back because I know it will be done well.

Absolute joke of a place. Took nearly 2 months to replace a taillight and bumper- absolutely RUDE front desk lady- we show up for pickup and to pay- she shoots a mean mug and says "we don't take cash" I'm sorry lady- yall have been TERRIBLE with communication this far- how were we to know? Not to mention they are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere..

Caliber has always done a great job on our cars. Used them for my repair and my grandson's. Always great with communication on progress of repairs. Great customer service!

My wife was involved in a accident in our 2016 Honda Odyssey. The only damage was scratches on the rear bumper of the vehicle. Technician Dakota suggested that the damage was minor and that he could buff out the scratches for free. He was very polite and helpful. I'm very pleased to not have to deal with insurance and wait for return on my deductible.

They were consistent with the text updates and phone calls. The office people were very understanding with me because it was my first time having this done. And the best part of it all, my car was done 10 days EARLY !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caliber Collision for your car needs !

The service was great the work that they did on my car which was painted the bumper on my car was fantastic my car was done within a week. The only complaint I have is that they are not allowed to take self-pay. Meaning that I had additional work that I wanted them to perform and they could not do it if it wasn t through an insurance company.Service: Painting

Couldn t be more pleased with Caliber Collision from the staff to the exceptional job they did on my truck. They made a stressful time when I wrecked my truck a breeze. I had an good/bad experience, I would say the only issue was the communication. I got in a wreck on 10/13/21 & I was notified I d get my car by 11/05/21 so I m like okay great, i get another message later in the month saying it will be done on 11/02.. so I m thinking even better.. then I received a message every day pushing it to the next day till 11/05 came & I didn t receive a message again until 11/08 saying it pushed 11/05 to 11/09 then on 11/09 they pushed it 11/09 to 11/11 .. so that day comes & it s pushed to the 15th now and oh lord at this point it s been a month. And they call me saying it s complete so I go there & it still has a scratch on it when it was from the accident, I said to the guy that still needs fixed & he asked if I want to leave it since it s in the paperwork & I said Yes, I m not picking up till it s finished... I left it there for another week almost & pick it up on 11/23/21.Now everything on the car looked like new again & they had cleaned the inside had it smelling brand new too. It was so long I didn t have my car that it didn t even feel like mine when I had it again. Everything works great. I d just say that the communication should have been better, I d rather have a further out estimate than having a message every other day saying the next day, the next day.. not sure if they have so much coming in & limited workers. I had my car looking new again but it took almost 2 months. They repaired my vehicle from a vehicle crash and it looks perfect! I definitely recommend as they also text you almost daily of where they are at during the repair like getting parts, getting painted and when it will be ready. Customer service is excellent also! I was extremely happy with the service... from the 1st phone call I made to locate a reputable business, until the day I droveit off the lot. I went to the Harrison location. ALL of the staff was very patient in explaining to me what the process would entail. All paperwork was explained. The car was finished within 6 days, and it looks brand new. They cleaned my dashboard and wiped my floor mats as well. It was a simple, stress free experience visiting their business and I HIGHLY recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

This was so easy. I drove my car to Caliber. They went over the car with me. I picked up a rental from Enterprise next door. Caliber texted me the required work and cost within a couple of hours and a finished timeframe. It was done way before they said it would be and looks like new. Quick, easy and great work. Recent minor crash, dropped car off at caliber and they owned the process. Kept us informed via text on repair status, which allowed us to plan for the completion date.
