I wanted to give a shout out to Tammy and Ralph for being so incredibly kind and helpful! I came to this store after being treated very rudely at another store. Thanks to Tammy for answering my questions on the phone and ensuring me that there would be someone available to help me install my new battery. Thank you so much to Ralph for being so sweet and helpful when installing my new battery. He even cleaned off all the corrosion without complaint (previous store said they wouldn t even touch it). This will be my go to store from now on. I will also add, the other workers present that day were all also very kind and helpful. Thank you Harrison Auto Zone!

I love it. Tammy was the most exceptional customer service person I've ever experienced. She took a lot of time to help me figure out what I needed and I didn't even buy anything and she still helping. I'll always recommend to come to this AutoZone

Thanks to Ralph at the Harrison, OH location for getting my battery swapped out and getting me back on the road again! I was able to cancel my dealership appointment for troubleshooting. Appreciate the service and great personality

This location is the best location. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. However, the ladies and men at this location is top notch. Always friendly and helpful. Plus this location always has the parts in the shelves unlike other locations.

I came in to return 2 core charges, and only received the money back for 1 they did everything they could to make sure I got my money back. Great customer service.

Nice place, friendly staff, diagnosed my vehicle in minutes and had me taken care of quickly. The four stars is because of the price but that's because I'm cheap lol I'll change it back to five

Always have to wait to get it from the warehouse I spent 2 hours running from glenway to Harrison Ave trying to switch out a starter that won't happen again O'Reillys is closer to me

Stopped by this evening after stopping at another location, knowing that employee wasn't too sure of what he was doing. Got my battery checked & got the CORRECT answer as to what was wrong. Can't remember the male employees name, but he was professional, knowledge & friendly. Update 7/2/18...Went back a week after my first visit to exchange a product that was still under warranty & the staff made it fairly quick & easy. Much appreciated when your car is down.

I had great service and received peace of mind from an associate at AutuZone Harrison Ohio. I believe his name is Curtis. He was kind, listened to me & my concerns. He solved my problem with action. He offered information on what to look for should my issue arise again. Thank You Curtis I truly appreciate your help on Saturday morning.

My check engine light came on and my car was sputtering at times. I was assisted right away and given a diagnostic computer check to find cause and was told to take it to mechanic ASAP as driving any further could blow the engine. They didn't pressure me to buy parts at the time of check. I was given the diagnostic results and personal mechanic helped me fix it for about 25 dollars of parts! If I would've went to a dealer or another garage i would've probably been overcharged! I went back to auto zone where the parts were not that expensive and the staff were personable, helpful, and honest! I would definitely recommend them!

I always get exceptional and friendly service at this location but today Travis went above and beyond to help me get the battery in my car. I'm not mechanically inclined at all and to have someone who is willing and able to help me made a big difference in my day

The gentleman I had the pleasure of working with was very helpful and even showed me how to put my wipers on! He was an older gentleman. Very sweet! Will come back if needed.

Always convenient for a quick in and out trip. It's really easy to get what you need and be on your way. The staff are very helpful and will offer tips on making your project easier.

I needed to find out if my battery was bad. A gentleman checked it. He was able tell me my battery was fine but not the voltage regulator. He was able to help me pinpoint my problem and at no charge. That is a great service for me!!

I went in to replace a wiper blade someone stole off my car. Lauren waited on me and she went above and beyond to help me out. She even checked to make sure my other one wasn t damaged. Thank you Lauren! Great service and I will go back.
