Worst customer service ever . Ordered a $800 pro armor seat . Called several times to check on order told me they would call right back never called when it finally arrived the crane was rusty called sent pics that was 3 weeks ago still no response. Will never order from them again .

BUYER BEWARE! Bought $1700 wheel & tire kit,never rode noticed tire was flat. Sprayed sidewall found 2 holes contacted Planet SXS and they tried pawning off on wheel company. Then sent videos of tire bubbling and asked to bring out to their business and have them change but they said no. I m 67 and unable to take tire off or put new one on. They then pawned it off on their tire supplier Parts Unlimited. Told me as soon as I showed UPS verification that old tire shipped the new tire would be sent out but they lied. My machine was held up with a hydraulicjack for 2 weeks.

Great pricing on tire and rim combo and really fast shipping! Ordered on a Monday and they were sitting in front of my garage that Saturday! Couldn t be happier with how they look!!

Bought some tire and wheels from them and had issues with the center caps not being deep enough. I sent them an email and had a quick reply from Ryan, and he had me the correct center caps in the mail the same day. Good customer service from them.

Wow! This place knows their stuff. My husband and I recently bought a side by side and I've been struggling with dust issues and hard contacts since we bought it. I've bought other goggles and I've still had problems with tiny irritants finding their way into my eyes and ruining every outing for me. And then... ta da! I talked to Ryan Snyder. Not only did Ryan recommend some goggles I've never heard of...he had them in PURPLE! Seriously! I ordered some for my husband (not PURPOSE sadly) and some for me and my eyes are no longer controlling our outings! Our box was professionally packaged, came promptly and the goggles were purchased at competitive pricing. Even if you don't have contact lense issues call Ryan! I suspect he can help you promptly and efficiently with any issue you have! Thank you Ryan!

Snyder Powersports is a great locally owned shop. Ryan Snyder the owner is a great guy. Super Friendly, Knowledgeable, and makes sure the customer goes home happy. I live 1000 miles away in Minnesota and I'll be giving my business to Ryan for many years to come. And their website is awesome! If you want it, he can probably get it. I ve been looking for a wheel and tire setup for my rzr for a while now. Heard about Planet Sxs checked them out they have any option you would want. Great group of guys and customer service with competitive pricing. Lastly the shipping is fast and easy.I ll be going to them for anything I need for my rzr.

They are awesome i ordered my rims and tires was going to have them ship to me but decided to take the trip to pick them up and they got my tires ready for me so i could grab them and hit the road 100% will go back..

Ordered a set of 31 inch tires on Tuesday and had them on Wednesday. 24 hrs! , and at the best price. Will definitely order from planet sxs again.

I ordered an air filter for my Polaris ranger....they gave me a filter that was for something else...says right on package...waited a week to get it ....then gave me a belt for a razor ...I don't understand?!? They never answer there phone and u can't leave a message....very incompetent!
