My truck died today so I went to a couple dealerships and Autosmart in hamler Ohio got me approved and into a very nice new car. These guys worked hard and did a amazing job thank you guys

A great time with Travis Perry. Helped ensure the car I was looking at was the right one for me! Also very relatable and great to even just talk life with while waiting for financial documents. Travis Perry is your guy to get you in a new vehicle. He is always able to help, even after the deal, you can always ask questions and he responds to them in no time. 10/5 stars for me!

Another senior citizen ripped off by Auto Smart.....they thrive on an unsuspecting person and try to get them in a deal before they can talk to their family. This one in our family was a disabled Veteran. Most businesses treat Veterans with respect and may even do something extra for them. Not Auto Smart...they treat them the same as every other senior citizen and rip them off. DO NOT go to their fly by night tent sale locations!! Now as our person lives out his last days, he can also be paying more than double the price of what the truck is worth thanks to an outrageous service contract and 12.9% apr while on a fixed income!!!

I found the dream car I've always wanted and didn't know I could ever get. I was in a pinch and thanks to Shanna James, who went WAY above and beyond for me, I was able to get my loan and my car at a time and location I needed for my tight schedule. Not only that but she was always ready and willing to chat with me, about everything, before and after my purchase. I appreciate her so much! Definitely ask for her when you are ready to purchase YOUR dream car!

AutoSmart and my salesman, Mike Fouty was awesome to work with. We had been searching for 4 months for a Suburban with a turbo diesel. The long wait was finally worth it. Mike offered to come in on his day off to due my work schedule and being 4 hours away. Highly recommend working with AutoSmart for your next vehicle purchase. Ask for Mike and tell him I sent you.

I had an awesome experience buying my first vehicle here. After looking at used SUV's for over a month, these guys were the only ones who seemed to put any decent amount of money into there used vehicles prior to selling them to their customers. They truly care about the cars their customers will be driving off with. This was a big concern of mine. Other dealerships wanted fair market value and weren't willing to come down on price or fix up the vehicles on their lot prior to selling them off. On top of stellar service, Cody and Brandon also helped me meet my budget by coming down on price a little bit to get my family in a fantastic used SUV that needed very little extra attention right off the lot. I really appreciate you guys! I know exactly where to look first when in the market again or suggesting to friends and family.

I had the best experience working with Shanna at AutoSmart. We were working on purchasing a new car for our daughter. Shanna listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to get the perfect Ford Escape. It met all our expectations and my daughter was thrilled! She loves it!

I can't say enough great things about this business. Shanna is the BEST CAR SALESPERSON I have ever met! She goes above and beyond in all aspects to ensure that the buying experience is FABULOUS! I was on the hunt for a particular used vehicle and one popped up at AutoSmart Chevy.� I reached out to them and drove from a state away based on the positive reviews here and I was not disappointed.I corresponded with Cody virtually to work out most of the purchase details, including a financing option that was better than what I was offered from my local credit union, and trade-in of my current vehicle.� Cody was responsive, helpful, and a pleasure�to work with.The dealership was modest but clean and comfortable, my companions were able to have a cup of coffee, sit, and relax while I was in the office working out final�details.� Overall, it was a great experience�from start to finish!

Spoke with Cody Baerlin pick trade in my vehicle and purchase a new vehicle. He gave me the best numbers for my trade in and gave me a great deal on my new truck. Cody worked with me and didn t play any games and got me my lowest interest rate. No stress very professional. I took a 9 hour road to trip and was even more impressed with clean quality vehicle. After all the cars I ve purchased this was the best experience. Highly recommend especially for someone out of the state.

Cody did a great job! One of the the best dealership and I've ever dealt with, Great price on my trade in as well as my new Escalade. Even allowed me to put it on hold while I thought about it for a few days, very pleasant process from the very beginning. Definitely will be coming back for my next one.

Bought a car from Cody entirely online and via text within 4 hours...AND they delivered it to me in Michigan! Buying a vehicle sight unseen made me a bit nervous, but it arrived exactly as we expected, with a very courteous and nice driver. These guys are very trustworthy and straight up. The vehicle was a unique model we could never have found it locally. Thank you, Cody for taking great care of us! Chris LOVES the Jeep!

They ran my credit without my permission, now I have 9 hard inquiries on my credit report, the supervisor hung up on me, and told me he can run my credit when he wants to! I worked hard to better my credit, for someone to mess it up!! I am so upset! My fiance called to ask about refinancing while I was at work, I did not authorize for anyone to run my credit, I didn't even know she called Autosmart Chevrolet.

Found a great car in my price range on a Saturday and wanted to jump on it before it got away. I called the dealership and spoke with Cody, it was already noon and he said they closed at 1 but he'd wait on me. The process was quick and easy, highly recommend!

Have you ever heard of Hamler AutoSmart? Me either! However, this dealership was easy to find, super laid back, and had exceptional customer service.Cody took care of making sure the car (Mazda CX-5) was good to go for a test drive upon arrival, but the lot had a newer version of the CX-5 we so we drove that one too (and fell in love w that one). All of their cars were clean, and the lot had a surprisingly great variety for being in a tiny town.We were even able to pay for the car with a personal check, and Cody took the extra step and had our car delivered so we didn't have to make the one hour trip back out there!In a world of terrible customer service, this place really stands out.If you see a car you want at Hamler, don't hesitate, buy from them; they deserve your business.

I was looking for a SUV and I found this dealer 3 1/2 hrs. from where I live, I have another car to trade in, so after calling to the dealer I spoke to CODY BAERLIN who not only gave me an offer for my car and a good price for the SUV, but on top of everything he send someone to deliver the suv and pick up the traded car. He made the purchasing experience not only smooth but very painless.I will buy again from this place.

Started off rocky with a used vehicle purchased at this location. After speaking with the owner, Jim Estle, and his staff, Dean Schrag and Cody Baerlin, they worked wonders to ensure that our situation was addressed and we were well taken care of. Overall experience with this dealership was great and they went above and beyond to make sure we left there happy. Great work guys. Would definitely recommend!

I received excellent service. I'm from Michigan and I drove down to Estle Chevrolet on Thursday to test drive the Acaida. I purchased it and they delivered it to my driveway the following Monday. Thank you to my salesman, Cody and the great guys that delivered the vehicle to me.

If you are thinking about getting a new vehicle, you need to go to Autosmart Cheverolet! From start to finish, this was the quickest transaction me and my husband have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Cody Baerlin and Brandon Gerber were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We saw a minivan was "coming soon" on the website and inquired about it at 8am on a Monday. My husband was able to test drive it right away and they were able to get us an estimate on trade in value for our Honda Pilot. Completing paperwork took less than an hour and we were on our way with our new vehicle! Everything went so smooth. We could not be happier with the service we were given and plan to continue to use Autosmart for all of our car buying needs!

Had a phenomenal experience with Hamler Chevrolet. From the moment we walked into the door we were treated so well and everything throughout our process was 100% transparent. Wife went there to deal on a Chevy product. They wouldn't even deal with her....I talked her into buying a ford. I went there to deal on a ford truck they had, wouldn't hardly talk to me....never again.

Had a great experience with the staff. Very family friendly and focused on getting the right deal for you. They are very honest people who don't make you feel pressured to purchase. Got a good deal on my car and my family loves it!
