Best place around get the best bang for ur buck! Got 2 almost new tires for $50 Jeff Wagers is the man with the plan he always makes sure me and my family taken care of!

I took my vehicle there for a simple job and it took the so called mechanic 6 days to get my car back to me all because they wouldn't listen about the part being the wrong one. I had to go get the part myself. Once I got my car back the mechanic left my tire loose and didn't tighten one of the bolts on the caliber and never put the second bolt in. Then had the nadasity to call me after having my car back 4 days asking for more money. I would not recommend anyone to them or take my car back there ever again.

I was told they had, what I was looking for by a employee there. Told them ok, and took a trip there. Got there, said what I was there for. Waited about 15-20 minutes, one employee push's me off to another employee to find the item's and seemed clueless. So i went back outside to wait. At this point almost 1 hour waiting and they're still looking....so i found item on FB with set price while waiting here. This place didn't even have a set price, I wasted my time with this place. Probably not going there again

Bought tires from these people, tires were good so was service until I realized they broke multiple studs and put lug nuts on crooked. My tire blew 23 days after buying and they screamed and yelled at me on the phone about not wanting to replace them. They ended up replacing all 4 at no extra charge but broke my sway bar and had to buy studs. Dont recommend. They were very unprofessional my second time going back. Looks like tge local hang out for sketchy characters in there.

Guy sent me to a different address than what's listed on internet. So I get there and its an empty lot. Looked like maybe it was old location. I try to call the guy no answer. So then I go to the address that's listed, see a man in a truck talking to another man and ask if this is the body shop, guy says yeah the red building... Door was locked didn't see anyone and I called like 5 times and he never answered...would not recommend

warning to anyone thinking of having wagers auto on river road in Hamilton please beware I have had my car in their shop for 8 months for a paint job I supplied all the material for the job after fighting for month because my car just sat not getting worked on they rushed to paint it then after finding out they painted it I checked it out and found it was 4 different colors asking them to fix it I was made to buy more paint so they could fix their own mistakes when I was told it was done again I seen that it had not been wet sanded and buffed when I asked them to finish the job they were paid for they refused to unless I paid 950.00 more dollars after I even agreed to the extra money they still said no that they were not going to do any more work an started charging a storage fee per day after getting my car on my trailer I could see all the dents and flaws in the body. I am out 8000.00 in a horrible paint job. please beware before seeking this company repairs

If I could give Zero stars and leave a review I would. They made a promise when they sold me a 2002 Cadillac DeVille, to replace the missing passenger side mirror and fix the audio system, as it wasn't working at all. But all they did was delay delay delay, first excuse - the radio had to be unlocked, but I had to put the title in my name first, then it was well now "I" needed to go to the dealership and get it unlocked - dealership said it wasn't locked if I didn't see the letters L O C - which I didn't I saw Driver 1 Settings... So it wasn't locked, then I was told by the dealership to check the 3 fuses for it first, after that it might be the knob - as that is a known to go faulty after so many years, and then the connections, make sure they are all good, and clean... I haven't done that part, because that's supposed to be done by Wagers... they said they would put a skinny third party radio in... uhm no, that would look highly unprofessional, I know I didn't pay much for it, but it has MANY THINGS THAT NEED FIXING, so the price I paid was more than fair. Like the heat doesn't work on the driver's side seat at all, the passenger side seat back is stuck in one position, the oil leaks from somewhere - only leaks when I'm driving, not when its parked, all the dash lights are on (ABS, Traction Control, Air Bag, Needs Serving Soon, Breaks!) all were reset by MY mechanic and they all came back on - so there's another issue, the coolant keeps saying it needs to be checked even when it is fine... AND the gas tank gauge goes wacko when it gets to 1/3 tank of gas left, instead of reading that it is getting lower, suddenly it has more in it, even though I didn't put any in. And those are just the ones I know about. The vehicle still needs to go in for a recall, that apparently was never done, and recently I had to have the spindle replaced, because there was a bolt loose in it. Occasionally it road rough and this is why - and my mechanic said, either there was an idiot who replaced the struts/shocks or he just didn't think to check it. Oh and it also had two bad tires on it and the ones in the back are just "good for now"... I also had to get an alignment, and since the spindle had to be replaced I had to get an alignment AGAIN!! So see.... I wouldn't take a Cadillac to them - they "worked" on this one, but they didn't do much to make it worth what others sell it for elsewhere, as those models are also pretty clean on the exterior and interior and this one... a huge giant black spot on the carpet in the back - which they hid by placing a large mat, there is also no spare tire, and all Deville's are supposed to have a spare full-size tire and wheel... this is something I'll have to replace myself (oh joy), there are multiple dents and there is also a parking light missing from the passenger side bumper, but that entire bumper cover needs replacing anyway, and part of the wheel well is missing on the passenger side too... the vehicle doesn't say it was ever involved in an accident and I don't see how that is even possible with the way the bumpers are and the doors on the driver's side... but anyway, I kept my promise, I said I would be back to pay that DAY so that I could have them include two simple tasks - replace the passenger side mirror, which cost me $30 as my dad got one off of eBay, and the radio is going to cost about $150 to replace or to work on and reinstall. But from how I have been treated (very condescending) I won't go back to them. Oh no.... they are far beyond any apologies.

Well this place totally sucks we got our car back its been gone through, tools missing out of the trunck, it is super dirty on the inside and we didnt leave it that way. The worst business i have ever dealt with!!!!!! DONT GO THERE
