Mike at Tire Choice went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service possible.They got me in for an appointment immediately, on a Friday, and had me out of there as quickly as they could. He took me in back to show me their exact concerns with my vehicle and got me the best deal on parts and an oil change that morning.Mike, the manager, gave the best service I ve experienced at an auto shop since moving to Ohio.This location has my business for the foreseeable future.

I had a flat while in town for a sporting event last weekend. I didn t plan on going to this spot, but it was the closest - and I m so glad I went!Michael Bennett was so helpful and explained all of my options then took care of my situation quickly and professionally. My daughter and I were on our way in no time. Also, I was offered very affordable options and Michael was patient with my questions. Thanks Michael & the Tire team for turning my distressing situation a good, positive experience!!!

Very good at taking care of an out of towner to have 2 new rotors 4 new brakes and have my other 2 rotors ground down. Very quick and kept me up to date on everything happening. They were a blessing in disguise as I was only a mile away and went out of their way to help me.

Mathew Stubbs saved our morning! If your car is going to breakdown, pray it does in front of Tire Choice in Hamilton! Mat checked our engine in the pouring rain and got us back on the road within an hour. We were soo grateful for his compassion and knowledge of vehicles! Trustworthy company to take your car to. Thank you again!!

We live on East side Cincinnati. We were in Hamilton and found ourselves with metal in a tire. Completely flat. The gentleman took care of us as soon as we pulled in and finished job super quick. Highly recommend. We thank you very much!

Tire Choice replaced a leaky valve on my tire at no charge! I'm only in the area temporarily for medical treatment, but I know where I'll go if anything else goes wrong with my car.

I went in just to get an estimate on a rim, not only did they get me a great deal on a part, they put it on, checked my brakes and change my oil . it all took about an hour and didn't cost me an arm and a leg ! super grateful !!!

The manager David was very helpful and attentive to my needs. They were very professional and helped to keep my family safe and comfortable during our wait time. Work was done on time. They were very good in price and very fair people. David...You are LITERALLY my hero!! I can't begin to explain how much of a life saver you were for me today. I traveled from Florida and had driven through the night to get to Ohio for a family reunion when I realized my air pressure sensor sudden went off and my car started driving terribly on the interstate. I pulled over, realized I had a flat front driver tire and stressful made my way to this Tire Choice for emergency assistance. David got me in ASAP even though there was only one other employee working with at least 8 cars in the garage. I was exhausted, worried, and extremely short funded with the added stress of being very far from home. I was hoping that this was just a simple flat fix covered under my tire warranty from a previous Tire Choice tire purchase but unfortunately David found out this was NOT a simple flat and my alignment was so bad it had rubbed a huge hole in my tire, which was not covered under the normal tire warranty coverage. He did EVERYTHING in his power to get me the best deal on a really great set of 2 tires with an alignment and did the job in an incredibly fast amount of time despite being short staffed while multiple other vehicles were being worked on at the same time. I'm sooooooo satisfied with David's customer service and the way he helped reassure me that he would go above and beyond to help me out... And he did NOT disappoint. So I want to thank you so very very much for everything you did today and I can't begin to recommend this Tire Choice enough. A++++!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Yes yes yes! I ve never been so satisfied by an auto shop. After all my hard work I was able to vacation and go visit my family out here but of course once I get here I get a flat. The whole drive and now a flat? Great! I didn t save enough for tires on a trip, what the f? Luckily when I showed up I was greeted by a friendly face, I think her name was Rose. She was so great, she made my day better just by talking with me, after me telling her everything that happened she worked her magic and got me a great deal, not just repairing, but on a brand new tire too. She just met me and she went out of her way to help me? The greatest! Unfortunately while getting my tire changed they mentioned I might want the oil change since I ve been driving so much. Once again, didn t really work that into my budget (bad thinking on my end) but luckily this place is full of great people, like Rose, who are willing to help no matter what and I got one of the best deals ever. Plus the inside isn t nasty like other shops, it s roomy and comfortable while I waited plus drinks and snacks are readily available. It was a bad situation I arrived in but I m so glad I stopped here, these people are amazing, especially Rose. So helpful and extremely friendly, I wouldn t recommend anywhere else.

The service here is unmatched! Mathew and Ethan really know what they are doing! Not only was the service quick, but they were very thorough and both of them display personalities that made me feel like this place is repeat customer worthy! Hats off to you two, i'm officially a customer for life!

Joaquin and his team were great people. Car needed ball joints replaced, idler arm, and alignment and they did everything in a timely manner and my car feels like a brand new car. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

Wonderful people. They offered a ride for me to and from work so that I could have my car worked on during my workday! Friendly, personable, honest and reliable! Awesome rewards program and discounts as well. So happy I chose to switch to Jeff Pohlman Tire and Auto!! They ve got a customer for life, as far as I m concerned.

I brought my car here to have my muffler repaired. The cost ended up being far under what I expected and they even provided me with a ride to work. I was more than impressed with the level of service I received. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. I cant think of another time I was more pleased with my experience at an auto repair shop. I always have great service when I visit. Ryan somehow seems to keep a smile on my face regardless if its good or bad news. He definitely knows his job and is very much a people person. I commend you for having Ryan, for he is major asset to Jeff Pohlman Tire and will continue to frequent this establishment as long as I have service like Ryan gives.Thank you ,Mike Lolling

MANAGER Over charged for battery After sending me on a wild goose chase claiming they didn't sell my style battery and they hadn't did it when it's the ONLY PLACE IVE GONE. Then the next week told me it would be over $500 for a spark plug, claiming mine were "super rare" and would be $80+ per coil pack as well....no way to know if that'd fix the new issue..... the auto parts store had them in stock, NOT RARE, $3.29 each.This place has ripped me off for $1,000s! I truly wonder now IF my car even needed the parts they claimed it did previously.

I stayed while my car was being serviced. They have a really nice customer care area with refreshments.I was able to get my work done while waiting in a quiet area.Joaquin was very courteous and helpful explaining the return customer benefits program. Service completed in less than an hour! Thanks, Bella Veldhuis

Great and thorough service from David and his guys in the shop. There's cookie-cutter service and then there's homemade service and this place feels like homemade. They worked with me and got my busted acura to be a little less busted. Keep up the great work David!

I just recently stopped in to get a new set of tires before my trip to Colorado and Joaquin took great care of me! He helped me pick the perfect tires for my situation and didn t sell me anything I didn t need. I really appreciate the time he spent with me making sure I had a pleasant time! Will definitely bring my car back here with Joaquin.

I had a valve stem on one of my tires break while I was filling my tire up with air at the gas station across the street which of course immediately resulted in a completely flat tire rendering it unable to be driven. I called Tire Choice and talked with David and he offered to come over there (even though he was short staffed that day), to get my vehicle and take it to the shop to be fixed. They had it fixed in an hour, probably less, even though I told him I didn t need it back until I got off work. And then when I call to find out how much I was told $100 LESS then what I paid to get a valve stem replaced at a different tire place in downtown hamilton AND he ran a diagnostic on my vehicle, AND filled my brake fluid all FREE OF CHARGE. So I can t even explain in words how grateful I am and how awesome they are. They clearly realize in that industry soooo many people are taken complete advantage of, and we all know how easily most places can and DO take advantage, and yet they have chosen to be loyal and honest, and helpful to those of us that have zero idea about fixing or maintenance of vehicles. So thank you again so so much, especially David!

Knowledgeable staff, Honest and up front always explained issues in detail highly recommended will be returning. 3rd time being here always awesome staff was great gave me the time frame to complete the job and stuck to it anything with my car will be done here no question.

Wow...where do I start ???? After paying $600 for Kelly tires at the High St. location in Hamilton..I wanted a 4 wheel alignment on the car ..I was quite 3 days previously $ 89 ..the " Manager" told me $104 ....I said that's not the quote...!? He then said he had he fired 2 people that morning and for me to just take my car and leave..he said he didn't have time !! NEVER GO THERE !!! Over $15 after spending $600. WOW!!
