I needed an alignment. I was able to get in within 48 hours of my call (my choice). Friendly service desk woman attendant. Cold waiting room!!! It was a chilly rainy day and with the garage door going up and down its to be expected. Done in an hour. Cheaper than I anticipated. Good experience.

Purchased a used 2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost here. Staff communicated well, and was responsive to any concerns during the buying process. The car was exactly as described, no hidden issues or anything left out when I asked about certain things. Wonderful dealership with fair pricing and a great team. 10/10 would recommend.

I have bought four vehicles from Rose automotive in the past fifteen years. And each experience has been amazing. Ed Larkin, the owner, treats everyone with respect, kindness, but most of all fairness.Recently, I was looking for a specific vehicle that was a little harder to find and Rose took the mission, and found a vehicle but couldn t confirm it was the one I wanted. They bought it anyway, because they didn t want the opportunity to pass by but totally at their own risk. When I asked why they would do such a thing, they said it was the right thing to do .Finding a dealer that cares more about customers than sales is rare. Finding one that cares like that and goes the extra mile, just amazing. Five stars for the law guys into because Google won t let me do six!!!

6 days into purchasing a 2012 Honda Odyssey and we have already gotten a check fuel cap and check engine message!!Absolutely horrible! I was looking for a reliable vehicle for my 3 children and had this place recommend by so many people. The sales man completely screwed us over- lowering the price of the vehicle at the end of the purchasing process- which shows that they knew the underlying issues this vehicle had.I m so upset at this situation!! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle or recommend this place to ANYONE. I m so disappointed and disgusted at someone who took advantage of my situation.Now I have to spend additional time and money seeing what s wrong with a vehicle that was supposed to last us YEARS we were promised.. can t believe it.

Rose is the best! They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, and fully supported my decision to trade in. They put many days of effort into helping me land on the correct option for me. Very happy with my new used car and overall experience with them.

Unfortunately it's a low review not for the work done, but for the dealership not taking responsibility for my car getting trashed. The vehicle was broken into because someone didn't lock it and several items were stolen. I asked them to look at cctv and call me, which no one ever did follow back up with me.

I worked with Michael, the Service Manager, at Rose Automotive and could not have been more pleased. It was an insurance claim and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his Customer Service skills and would definitely go back to Rose Automotive.

We brought our vehicle in with uncertainty of the problem. Rose Automotive was able to figure it out quickly and fix what was needed. The customer service both in person and on the phone was wonderful!We will definitely be coming back for future car maintenance!

I took my car to Rose thinking that I was in need of a new rack and pinion but after a quick diagnosis, they informed me that the only thing wrong was a poor installation of a power steering pump by another garage. As I get older, I have been searching for someone I can trust to do many of the repairs I used to do myself. I think I may have found them. Thanks!

Rise Automotive does great work. We have trusted them with our cars for 3 years. Also they have great costumer service. Would recommend anyone looking for a place to take your cars to get work done. Take it to Rose Automotive.

I purchased my car from rose and usually have a great experience getting it serviced there but for the past year I ve had a knocking noise that they have had a hard time replicating. So this past visit I got an oil change and had them check it to which they told me they fixed, I think just to tell me cause I m pretty sure I m still hearing it. I also tried to use a coupon for my oil change that they sent me and because I didn t specifically ask for a tire rotation I was unable to use the coupon! I m not as happy as I have been in the past!

I recently went to have my heat checked out. They were very quick to get my car in. Everyone was so sweet. Even the cute mechanic that worked on my car was sweet when he told me I would have to sell a kidney to fix my car...lol. Will recommend them to all my friends & family!!
