Hit a deer and had damage to my windshield, hood, driver mirror, bumper, driver side headlight, and driver side door. My insurance company recommended this shop and that they would call me to set up a time to pick up my car. I ended up having to call them a few days later since I received no call and they towed it to their shop. Took a few days longer to fix it than they initially said it would but the car looked great once I got it back, they did a fantastic job. The same day I got my car back, I noticed that the passenger side door would not open from the inside. Strange since that was not the side that had been damaged. I called the shop and they seemed surprised but told me to bring it in. Once I had it there, they were apologetic as they admitted they had taken the door apart and forgotten to reattach the door handle assembly. Not sure why they took apart the passenger front door as it was not damaged at all. It was fixed within a few minutes. No big deal, mistakes happen. Two days ago, I noticed a wire harness assembly dragging the ground in front of my front bumper. I taped it to the front of my bumper to keep it from dragging the ground. Tried to call the shop all that day and the next morning. Finally got a hold of them and again they seemed surprised that there was another issue but told me to bring it in. So I drove all the way back out there and they pulled it right into the garage. It was the ambient temperature sensor that connects to the bumper of my car. They didn't re-attach it when they replaced the bumper. They fixed it right away. Luckily it hadn't been ripped off of my car. I'm giving them three stars because they were apologetic and the car otherwise looked great. They also told me that their phones were out due to changing lines which is beyond their control so I can't fault them for that. They admitted their mistakes and fixed them right away. Just hoping I don't have to take it back for something else.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Rice auto body. I had received an estimate from another shop but when I went to Rice, I was greeted with friendliness and personal feeling. I knew right away I was using Rice auto body for my repairs. I was informed exactly what to do with steps for my insurance and given an appointment quickly. My car looks brand new!! Thank you

In my husband's words they are top notch, he couldn't say enough about their work and customer service. I would have to agree! This company went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect and right. Very honest company, would definitely recommend this company!

Super friendly folks. My insurance recommended me to take my car there. It was actually towed there when I went to go get my license plates and stuff. A staff was super friendly. Did some explaining to me about the current car models. I would recommend this place over several that I've tried down in Cincinnati over the years clean shop. Nice people

THE BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN THE TRISTATE AREA HANDS DOWN!Rice Auto Body is second to none when it comes to auto body businesses. From customer service to excellent craftsmanship, you can count on Rice to do the job right and in a timely manner.My rear door, quarter panel, and bumper were recently ripped off by a semi truck. Rice Auto Body got me a quote that day whereas other body shops told me they couldn t see me for at least a week to a month.They worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed on what was going on with my car.Once payment was handled, they were prepared with the parts and fixed my car quickly. The finished product is beautiful, good as new! Rice auto body is the only choice body work if you live the tristate area!

I had a nasty accident when my car went off road on a snowy day and hit a traffic sign, completely wrecking the driver side front bumper. I quickly called my insurance company, and they recommended Rice Auto Body for repairs. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Rice was extremely helpful and informative, walking me through the process and assuring me that only factory-new parts would be used. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the repairs were completed, taking just four days. The finished product was like a brand-new car, with no trace of the accident visible. The experience was completely hassle-free and I was impressed with their professionalism. I ended up paying only one-third of the total cost, which was a great value. Got into a car accident a few years back and they did an amazing job fixing up my car and matching the paint to the old paint. A few years later now and my paint on my front bumper is chipping a bit from rocks hitting it on the highway so I called to see if they could help and they had me all fixed up within a week. Great place, awesome costumer service, and great work overall. I would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this body shop. They were very quick to get me in for the estimate and repair. The whole process only took two weeks and they had to repaint most the front end. One week to get parts and only one week with my vehicle on site. They did great giving me online and phone call updates. The paint work looks great and now I feel like I have new car.

Stellar service. Excellent prices. No surprises with the bill or finished result.My vehicle was a "problem" fix as it had been in a prior accident. The paint was two tone white and Rice Auto Body did an outstanding job of matching and blending to make my vehicle beautiful again.They completely stand behind all repairs and guaranteed my satisfaction. I'm a very exacting and an extreme perfectionist when it comes to my vehicle. The exceeded my expectations. I very highly recommend this body shop and will absolutely bring any future body work here.The entire experience was zero stress. After an accident, zero stress is an awesome thing.This perfectionist is 100% satisfied with the repairs.I only wish I could give more than 5 stars.Again, highly recommend.

All the people who work here are amazing! They fixed my car to look and feel brand new! They did awesome work and are the epitome of customer service! I was recommended by a friend to use them and I am so happy I did! Great job!

The best around. Dropped my truck off on Tuesday, it was repaired and completely ready on Thursday. Had to replace hood,bumper, and grill on a new 2020 truck. Everything matches up and looks perfect. Showroom quality! Very friendly and professional.

Wonderful, family owned shop. Very professional yet personable. My experience with this company was exceptional and the made "My Baby" look like new again. Quote was extremely reasonable and the final bill matched the quote. I would highly recommend this company.

If anyone is needing bodywork done on their automobile, I recommend Rice auto body on Rt. 27 going toward Oxford, OH. They went above and beyond on my daughter's car after her mishap with a raccoon. And as my mom was pulling out of their parking lot after taking my daughter to get her car, the mechanic noticed that she had a piece hanging under her car. He asked her to back up and he fixed it on the spot. It took him less than a minute and he popped it right back where it belongs. I strongly recommend this place.

So it is hard to find quality, friendly and great service in todays time. I found all of these things at Rice auto body. They where the third place i went to for an estimate on my Honda van that was a victim of a hit and run. At this time I was frustrated with the whole process. The moment I walked into Rice auto body my problems where solved. They had an estimate within 30 minutes. No run around or hassles. When working on the van it was there top priority to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend them to anyone. My only regret is them not being my first and only stop.

I had to get a new bumper put on my 2021 Honda Civic because my dad accidentally backed into it causing me to get a new one it did take a little while to get the bumper because of where the bumper had to come from and then only messing with original parts they matched the color of perfect and did a wonderful job thank you Ryan

RAB has been my first choice for body repair for years, starting with a rear end collision in 2004 (someone slammed into me). They're experts at fixing broken windows, busted mirrors, keyed doors, and most recently, a smashed front bumper and fender from a hit and run -- the joys of living in a big city! . RAB made the repair process easy, and they returned the car on time every time. I highly recommend them!

Rice Auto Body fixed my car after a hit and run. The car looked fantastic when I got it back. The lengths Rice Auto Body went to and the integrity they showed in ensuring a quality repair were incredible. They went above and beyond my highest expectations. The level of service they provided was the one bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant situation.

Had someone back into my truck insurance suggested this place and they were amazing did new door,paint job on that side all within like 3 days upon pickup after leaving went to gas station found an issue and went back to shop and Rick stayed late to fix that issue they are very friendly and do great work will go backServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
