Got my belly full at Texas Roadhouse only to come out to leave to a car that wouldn t start and temperatures outside were below 10 degree. I called several tow truck companies and only three that I called were open on a Saturday, which caught me by surprise. Out of the three companies I called, this one was by far the cheapest. The two other companies wanted an arm and a leg to tow the car not even 10 miles. I went with this company, Redemption. Rich was the guy that answered the phone, quoted me the price, and gave me the time he would be there. He was very prompt, professional, and very friendly. I was going to have the car towed to a mechanics shop, but the mechanic wasn t open on Saturday. I couldn t even get an answer that I could drop the car off and leave the keys in a drop box. Rich, the tow truck driver, also has a mechanics shop. He towed the car to his shop and fixed it and we got it back the next day as he promised. He kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. Rich has gained a new customer now for all my vehicles needs. I highly recommend Rich and this company for towing and all your auto repairs. Excellent work and prices. You won t find lower prices or better quality work.

WOW Rich and Eric went above and beyond!! We had a tire blow out on I75 in Ohio and these guys did everything to help us out. They dropped us off at a hotel and put a new tire on so we could get back to Michigan safely. We had a lot of issues trying to get them paid from our insurance co. and they hung with us the entire time (4 hours) dealing with insurance. We appreciate Rich more than I can type on a review. They are now really great friends. Thanks again Jim & Lisa

Truck broke down on a trip home to Michigan they got it in and rebuilt almost the entire front right suspension, drivetrain, and braking systems and had it done by the next morning. They were awesome gave me a ride to and from my hotel for the night. Definitely suggest these guys for anyone looking for a good deal and great service.

We had a tricky tow and Rich (the owner) showed up himself in the middle of a snow storm after TWO other companies failed to tow our car after it died in a parking lot.Took great care of us and made sure our car got where it needed to be safely without any damage.I will only call this company moving forwards for any of my roadside help.Service: Car towing

Had my truck towed to the shop. Transmission broke away from my truck. They repaired my truck. Nice place and workers. They make you feel at home. Reasonable pricing. My husband used their service because he got stranded on the side of the road. Was told tow would only be $75 if he let him do the repair work. He agreed, tow bill ended up be more. Truck was at the shop for 7 weeks before we picked it up. Never received a call once. My husband always had to call. We finally pick it & drove it home. Drove it to work the next day & fluid sprayed everywhere from out of the rear differential. He called the owner back & a tow truck came to the house & got it, gone another week. Again my husband had to call to find anything out. Pick it up a 2nd time & get it home & this time fluid is again leaking from the differential cover. Called the owner back & 4 days later still no response. They also destroyed the brand new seat cover I bought my husband for Christmas to put in the truck it now has grease stains in several places. Had to take it to a different repair shop & found out the cover was never put on correctly. It has to be welded on & they used JB Weld instead. So I had to fork out more money because it was never fixed correctly. I also have pictures as proof of all of this

Rich, the owner was a LIFESAVER and a GREAT GUY! My wife and I were visiting Cincinnati from Washington, DC for a Thursday night Bengals game when we hit some debris in the roadway after the game (which ended close to midnight) which popped two of our tires. We called our insurance company's Roadside Assistance which failed to send anyone for THREE HOURS, but finally, they were able to call Rich and Redemption Towing, who came out within MINUTES! Rich was so nice and sympathetic to us as tourists. He towed our car to the dealer and even gave us a ride back to our hotel since it was the middle of the night and there were no cabs or Ubers. Rich the owner was amazing. My car left me stranded. He came out on a Friday night. Towed the car to his shop to diagnose the problem. He offered to drop me off at home or let me use a loaner car till mine was fixed. He was not only able to diagnose but fix my problem within hour. My grandma (85) and I were stranded in an Applebee's parking lot with a tire that we couldn't get off. The car had a locking nut on the tire and we didn't have the key. He sacrificed one of his own tools on the spot to force the nut off. I enjoyed hearing how he got into being a mechanic and appreciated he was willing to answer questions and basically keep me from stressing out. He didn't know it but I have a panic disorder and I'd been unable to take my medication and having him there was the highlight of my night. This is truly a good man. Can I give like 10 stars It s hard to find the appropriate words to convey how amazing this company is. Rich and his team went above and beyond for me to get my car out of a parking garage and towed to the dealership. Every other company in town told me I was out of luck. He spent his entire day: which included physically pushing my car from the 4th floor of the parking garage, after having to spend nearly an hour trying to override it into neutral and being sent multiple wrong locations by my insurance company. Not once did Rich and his team complain, although I know my problem monopolized their entire day. I cannot thank him and his team enough, they were all so kind and considerate. He told me he wasn t in the business of leaving people stranded. Go see him and his team for your towing and mechanic needs, awesome guy and team!!!

Rich the owner came quickly when we had an emergency with our trailer and we re from out of state! This happened in the middle of the night he got us fixed and had us on the road the very next day! Fishtailed in the recent snowstorm and ran into the median which bent the bumper onto the tire and left me stranded. Owner (pretty sure it was the owner) came out late Christmas eve to get me on the road again, would happily call again!

Wow!! Rich & his lovely wife pulled up just in time! I ran something over on the highway and these two angels fixed my tire. Rich got my tire off, plugged it, and put it back on. I was one lucky girl to have him. Very professional, I couldn t have asked for better service. I can t express how much I appreciate them at 3am and their service!Service: Tires

Rich can do anything, and I mean anything. He services all of my business fleet and is a miracle worker. Without question the most valuable asset to our business. As a delivery contractor, every second a vehicle is down is money lost. Just bought a car from someone in Ohio but was not given the truth on the car, so was having a very bad day, I broke down in Millville Ohio, about 45 miles from home, Rich answered the call,.... he sent his driver Eric right out and brought me a loaner car on the back of the big flatbed, he took my car I just bought and it's being serviced there,... I really appreciate Rich's help and look forward to hearing how my car is doing... Thank you Rich!
