Have been dropping both of my vehicles off here for multiple years now. Fair price, they pay attention to details and work quickly. They also give great detailed reports so I can pre plan for my next visit as needed. They are also very accommodating with drop off and pickup times within their business hours.

We took our Suburban to them before our trip to FL and they were able to diagnose several problems, work with our warranty company, and fix everything before we left. Great service! We will be back.

Very impressed with this shop. My old work truck needed transmission service, other places refused but Pohlmans took care of me. HAD MY TRUCK BACK WITHIN 2 DAYS! They also did some brake work and a faulty EFE valve was replaced. Offered me a ride home and were knowledgeable and friendly. Went to the Pleasant Ave location. The service was exceptional!!!! They were very quick and professional. When I called about tires and told Doug what I was looking for he was very attentive. After a discussion I went with his recommendation. This was a brand that I never used before and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.Service: Tires

My 97 Silverado was badly pulling to the right. Pohlman's saw a right front tire separating. I also had to have a new starter. They replace 2 tires. Truck is tracking 98% better than before. Great place to get your car fixed or serviced! Bob Sumerel told me my car was damaged and couldn t be aligned without replacing parts. I ve been going here for years now. If you want work done on your car this is the place! Quick service with a guarantee. I bring not only my vehicles but both my daughters cars as well. I know I can trust that the work will be done right. Matt is a great guy to work with and always takes care of us. My husband and I used Eric's auto service to repair some damage done to my car after I hit a pot hole. I remembered an acquaintance of mine saying that she has always used Eric's for any car issues and how pleased she was with their service throughout the years and that's why I chose to give them a call. I have to say, this is the quickest turn around time I have ever experienced from a repair shop. When they called back to tell my husband the diagnosis and ask whether or not he wanted them to preform the needed repairs (to which we said yes) I was expecting to be without my car for up to two weeks. To our surprise they told us the car would be finished 'TOMORROW'! And they were right, it was done the next day! Also, the men at the shop were very thorough with their explanation with what was wrong and open to answering any questions we had. Upon inspecting the car, they had found something else wrong with it other than what we took it in for. My husband asked if it was something we needed to address now or if we would be okay to wait and fix that down the road. The employees gave us honest answers and we ultimately decided to go ahead and have that issue fixed as well. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about this great experience. I highly recommend Eric's Auto.

Eric's service is great. Chris, Matt, and Eric make everything run smoothly. They are truly gentlemen. They take time with each customer, patiently explaining the repairs that need to be done. There is no pressure. The mechanics are well trained and do an excellent job. Every time I have taken my car to Eric's I have been extremely pleased with the repair shop. One of the great things about Eric's is that you can stop in any time and if they can fix it on the spot, they will. I highly recommend Eric's Auto Service.

I spent over $1200 with a different mechanic and they were unable to resolve a heating issue. I thought for sure Eric s was going to charge me about that to fix my car.I will never take my car anywhere else besides Eric s from now on. They only charged me $200 to remove sediment buildup. Being a woman who doesn t know much about cars, they made me feel welcome and happy to have my business. Since my dad has been going there forever, it felt more like family than a mechanic. I've had Eric's do repair work on my truck a couple of times, and they do an outstanding job. I have had no complaint about the price, their ability to diagnose, or the repair job. In fact, after dealing with various other mechanics in the area, Eric's is the one shop in Hamilton I trust to get it right the first time. If you need service, I recommend bringing it in and having them take a look. They won't do you wrong.

I ve been taking my vehicles to Eric s for several years and wouldn t take them anywhere else. For me, integrity and honesty are of utmost importance when it comes to my vehicles. On more than one occasion, they have demonstrated this honesty in respect to repairs and service on my car. If you want to be sure that you re getting only the work you need no padding the bill with unnecessary work/charges as well as quality work, look no further than Eric s.

I have always had a great experience with Eric s. They give me an estimate and every time got it done for less. These guys fix it right, the first time!!!! No need for return visits, that is a great time and money saver. Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I will always take my vehicles to them.

Eric Auto s service is great! You are treated both professionally and personally. The work on my vehicles has been exceptional. Chris and Matt bring my attention to issues, but they do not make a hard sales pitch, which is much appreciated.

Eric's is the only service that I rust completely. They do not upsell, pad time, or take advantage. They do offer great service for you and your car. On my last visit, I stopped back in after a road trip to rave about how well my car ran on the trip. It exceeded my expectations.( I have a 2003 Honda with 300,000 milers on it.) The trip was unexpected and they managed to get me in beforehand! I had to stop in and thank Dillon for his exemplary mechanical work, Matt for making it happen, and Ryan for continuing Eric's tradition of excellence.PD: They also tell me when it's time to let go of an old car. I get attached.

For one Eric s is less than 2 miles from my home, however even more important is theirexpertise and professionalism. All the guys are great! The folks at Pohlman s have always been able to get my car in when needed. The pricing is fair and honest, and the service is top notch. There are many places closer to my home, but I would much rather drive a little farther for the great service and confidence in their work.
