I got a flat. I was able to get my car towed to Midas and Jason fixed my tire at no charge. They were able to get me in right away. Great customer service, very professional. I will always use Midas for my vehicles. Great experience!! Highly recommend!!

The service here was awesome. Jason made sure I was taken care of and my tire was fixed. He even held my tire for me when my kids were under the weather. I appreciate them and I will definitely come here for all my car needs .

Took my truck in there because it was having some issues & they said it was the rear differential which would cost anywhere from $1500-$3000 to fix. I didn't believe them for a second because you can't see inside the part unless you take it off anyways. So I took it over to Auto Zone to use their scanner & it ended up being my wheel speed sensor which is only a $30 part. This place is a joke & will take advantage of you!

Been using this Midas for about 10 years with a 5 star experience until about 4 years ago when the entire staff changed and it hasn't been the same service since! Got a simple oil change the other day on my daughter's car and they didn't reset the oil engine light. Also the same tire had the same amount of low air pressure on the display screen that it had before the oil change which indicates they weren't checked or rotated. Appointments were made ahead of time for an oil change on both of our cars. When they discovered we were together they did the cars one at a time instead of both at their scheduled times so we were there twice as long as we were scheduled to be.

They were very honest. I went in for my rear brakes because they were making noise. it was rust and they told me and didn t try and sell me anything extra! Also gave me a coupon for my oil change in check out.

Got a same day appointment for my tire that wouldn t hold pressure. In, out, diagnosed, fixed all in under 45 minutes! The mechanic explained the problem to me and the options in a way that I could understand. Very satisfied!Service: TiresService: Tires

Horrible oil change rude manager, spilled oil a good amount if oil on the engine ( it's a 2016) Reset Everything on my info on my car dash even my average miles per gallon. No they didn't unhook the battery because radio was fine. Scuffed the interior of my car on the driver's side. I know it wasn't there as I cleaned and wiped down my vehicle the night before. Once again very rude store manager named Chad. Was Even yelled at. And I was there 3 hours for this oil change.

I have been to the Midas on route 4 in Hamilton many many times I have had three different vehicles and went there for many different things and I will continue to go back they are very upfront about the cost and very time efficient just a great store

Had to come by twice, for a relevant issue that my sensors didn't pick up yet but since I was just seen they took off a fee for me. Had great availability for me to take my car in and get to work and get my kids from school. Fast good service.

Jason and his team took great care of me! The wait was longer than anticipated do to a bad part they received so he gave me a discount for my longer wait and got me out the door as soon as he could! My wife was told over the phone to bring in our scooter tire to just get it on the rim. I brought it in and they looked at it but wouldn't touch it. Could have saved us a lot of trouble by telling us they don't service scooter tires to begin with. Thanks...

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!Arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon, needing to replace 4 bald tires on my granddaughters car. Also a long overdue oil change. His said an hour and don't believe we waited that long. Jason took the time to educate the kids on their particular car and the ways Midas gives back!
