Couldn t get anywhere with the insurance company. My attorney didn t deal with personal property so I was on my own. Thank God I found Drue. He helped me get a rental, coordinated my car getting towed, and made this process so so easy. If you get in an accident call Legacy first! Thank you for getting me back on the road! Drue and his team were very helpful, willing to answer questions and very transparent about the collision repair process. I appreciate their responsiveness and advocacy for us with the insurance companies. While our car was ultimately a total loss, the folks at Legacy definitely did right by us!

This was my first accident so I didn t know what to do. Legacy collision took care of me, to making sure that I had a replacement car rental while they worked on my car, to fixing the damages so well you could never tell I was in an accident. They even threw in a free car wash Legacy collision gets 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work guys

I've got a transmission a flush and a alternator replaced. The turn around rate is fairly quick. It's the best family duo in the area. I've never experienced the most organized business in Hamilton.

I stopped by for an estimate and was told it would be a couple of days. The lady in front of me was dealing with the same. We both left the office with nothing. 2 weeks later no call. I went down the street and got a same day estimate and the car fixed within 2 days.
