Highly recommend. Had an issue with my truck, I thought it was a misfire potentially. They could have easily overcharged me for a ton of work. They said it was a simple fix and only charged me for an oil change. Definitely not many honest mechanic shops left, this is one of em

Went in with a flat tire thinking I needed repaired & it turned out to only need resealed. To my surprise I wasn t charged! I did insist on tipping the mechanic for his time. What an amazing place & the kindness was much appreciated!

James tire and Auto is the only place that my husband and I will go to for our tires and issues with our car. One of the mechanics are used to make fun of me and say that I deserve frequent flyer miles there for a while I was getting a tire every two months it seemed like, but they were always there always gave me a heck of a deal on a good used tire, but of course I have the option of a brand new one they always have all sizes and brands that you may want or need. There's nowhere else I would recommend Hamilton besides Jim's tire and auto service.

Great mechanic shop! Brent works on my car and I haven't had any issues, fair prices, most honest mechanic I have ever seen!Only thing I dislike is the mob of cats... but I hurry to pay then leave.Overall, highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things about this place. We didn't realize but the owner actually came and aired our tire up as we were stranded on road so we could make it to his shop. Promptly took care of us. All his employees were kind and friendly. This place is a rare gem!

I cried happy tears with the way I was treated here plus the price!! Once they found out I had 3 small kids, they worked my car in & I got it back in record time..I am 100% loyal.. they are stuck with me for life... Thank you so much!!

I drove here from California and had the shake in my car checked out in California and on the way here I stopped in Texas. I have numerous things fixed but the shaking was still there. I was told to come to Jim s Goodyear. They figured out that it wasn t the wheel barring but the bent rims. They got the shaking to stop with a great balancing job. I ve got new rims on order now. They refused payment because they didn t fix the rims, even though they balanced them. I m so impressed with the service and honesty. I had these rims balanced 3 times before them. None of the other people told me about the bent rims or even got the shaking to stop. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is stumped and tired of the run around.

Very professional and timely. They go out of their way to change the oil and check the tires on our motor home. Note they do it outside so call and make sure its not raining.

Emailed to get a quote on tires Alan responded quickly. I dropped it off on Saturday & it was ready in no time at all. Very quick! Pricing was reasonable, no BS or up sell. Ray was great during cashing me out. I m glad I was able to support a small business. I ll be back for sure!!

We have used their services several times. The guys work fast, and their rates are very fair. They have never tried to pad the bill,or tried to sell us something we did not need. Once,they towed my mother's van to their location on the westside,and didn't charge us for the tow.

Honest. Fair. Quick. Friendly. Everything you could ever want in a mechanic! Came here for new tires and a few other small repairs. Great value on tires, wonderful service for my vehicle. They truly made a customer for life out of me!

I used to have a licensed mechanic who lived locally work on my car, but he moved kinda far for me to drive for repairs. One of my siblings & her husband have been going this place for a couple years and have been very satisfied. My parents started going here as well, so I thought, may as well try.I was worried about the cost for parts because my previous repair guy would let me order the required parts myself. And I discovered, they would let me do that, too! They did a great job, fixing my car... It only took a little longer because I ordered my own parts & then my brother-in-law required an emergency repair for his car and mine wasn't an emergency, so it got pushed back a little.This is my place now to go for auto repair.

Got a used car across the street and they looked at it free of charge. However, they are apparently overbooked from the customers from this auto express sales and can't get to it for two days. Why are so many people needing repairs? What kind of cars are they selling to where theres an overwhelming amount of people coming in? The guy who looked at my car was really nice and helpful, though.

Honest, down to earth, good people.. I have never been overcharged and they don't try to talk you into a bunch of unnecessary work... Ive always got my cars back quickly even when they are busy.. Id give 10 stars if I could

The best mechanic in Hamilton. I love how they explain thoroughly what's wrong with your car so you can understand. And the service prices are affordable. I don't take my cars anywhere else.

They work with you in any problem you may have. They always are polite and get the job done with all honesty. It may take a little while but they are sure to have the problem work out. They put in a new engine in my son's truck and works like a dream. We send people there all the time with ease. So look them up and check them out you'll see. Tell them the Chism's said hi.

My dad has been going here for 20+ years and i've bought tires here 4 times , we just recently took our Highlander to get fixed to drive to the beach and my car drives like it's brand new again ! I always feel safe bringing my carhere and not only that but they fix your car cheaper than most places !

Jim's is the ONLY place I will ever bring any of my cars. I attempted to go to a mechanic down the street one day only because I needed a last minute oil change and to get my vehicle looked over before selling and they quoted me over $900 worth of repairs that "had to be done"... Not knowing anything about cars, I went ahead and accepted it, but before I scheduled with them I decided to have Jim's look it over and quote it as well. Turns out I only needed new tires. Jim's has saved me LOADS of money over the years purely by being an HONEST mechanic shop. I will continue to solely go through Jim's.
