I have gotten my Subaru worked on multiple times here. Everything from brakes to engine work. They are very professional and do quality work. Prices seem to be on par with the market, but the customer service is far above the rest of the market. Most of this has been thanks to Calvin and Billy. Highly recommend!

Billy and Calvin were very helpful with answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on the repairs. The car was a train wreck when I brought it in and now it runs great. Thanks to all of the mechanics for repairing my car. I will and have recommended Firestone to my family.

I have always received the best customer service when ever I would bring any of my vehicles to be serviced.This time lived up to that same great customer service. Calvin So the store manager and the rest of the team are awesome. I am so pleased with the way that everything worked out this time as well.

Staff was very knowledgable and were able to answer all of my questions. I was able to make an appointment with no problem and the wait time for my tire to get fixed was not long at all. Staff was very professional.

Experience was fine until I realized in the snow tonight that they hadn't rotated my tires as requested. Mechanics get one shot with me. If something that simple was overlooked why on earth would I ever trust you to touch my car again

The work was done in a short time. They informed me of possible problems without pushing me or trying to scare me to get the work done right away. They gave me the info I needed to take the car back to the dealer that caused the main problem to begin with.

Can t say enough about the service. I called them for an oil change with less than an hour before they closed. The manager said sure, come on up ! They took care of us and kept us posted the whole time on what the status was of our vehicle. They have earned my repeat business!

They do excellent work and it's a friendly environment but let's be clear they are like all other's if get a chance quote you one price but charge you another get EVERYTHING in writing to cover yourself. Definitely read your paperwork before you leave the store & off they property.

Zero stars if I could...Highway robbery. I went in needing a brake line replaced, as it had cracked, leaked out all brake fluid etc. Petal to the floor kind of thing. Very scary to drive like this, obviously. I took it to Firestone where they quoted me $1,215.15 to replace a brake line. They said they needed to take off the subframe to get to the line, and included 6 hours to do this. They also wanted to charge me for an entire role of brake line when I really only needed a few feet.Needless to say, I got another opinion and was able to get the exact same job done for $188.65, nearly 10% of the Firestone price. I think Firestone quoted me this way because they believed I had no other options due to the unsafe nature of driving without brakes, however for those kinds of numbers I was willing to risk it. Even if I chose to have it towed rather than drive myself, it would have still be significantly cheaper than their quote. I will not return to Firestone, EVER. First time, last time for me. Never a customer and now, never will be.Attempting to add photos of both the quote I received and then what I actually paid to another company. Upload keeps failing...I'll try back later.

Service was good but was surprised that they used 4 floor jacks instead of a lift. As a mechanic I always check to see if everything was done right , all lug nuts were properly torqued and not stripped. I also check to see if tie rod end jam nuts are secured ,which they were (some shops forget to do this). So all and all you'll get good work and a good price on tires , at least the ones I bought (Cooper all terrain).

At this location, our car was never completely fixed and they kept saying more things were wrong when we d take it back in for them to re-do the requested repair that they didn t fix correctly the first time. They consistently fixed things wrong and had to re-do. Very disappointed and frustrated with the auto service. Spent so much money last year and we re still having issues, but no way we re taking it back to this location. I don t understand the dishonesty. Not the best way to run a business.

Always drive past other Firestone stores to come to this one. I have always had a great experience there but under new management I was quoted a price under $700 and the bill was over $1,000 never had that experience before and had to GO BACK TO get the tires balanced which the shop manager took care of quickly. Also while I was there a lady was quoted a price for 4 tires she agreed then the job was almost done and the guy told her he miss quoted 2 tires and not 4 So she obviously had to come up with the rest. This instance was also not the manger an unfortunate experience where I really like to do business.

Calvin really did a great job helping me today on a very busy Saturday afternoon. I brought the bad tire in, and he mounted a new tire In less than 20 minutes, I was heading home to get my Wife's van back on the road. THANKS Calvin, great service

Went for a patch on a tire just after they opened. I had a screw in the center of my tire, I knew it was an easy fix. I explained it to the manager and the sense of urgency as I am a buisness owner myself. I was told they couldn't accommodate the patch and that I had to come back in the afternoon. Sadly, this was the same place I got my tires from so, I expected that when they pulled up my information and warranty on the tires it wouldn't be any problem to knock out. I ended up going to Discount Tire directly after. (Which is where I got tires for all of my other vehicles at) they took me in within and hour, and because I am a valued customer there and recognized for my service in the Marines being the Combat Veteran that I am- I paid nothing! Plan on buying their shop lunch soon. I won't be coming back to Firestone. Don't waste your time or money.

Manager and staff are great to work with. Their pricing was fair. My Volkswagen Eos ended up needing a battery. That same battery at O'Reilly's was more expensive than what Firestone charged. I really like the people who at this location.

My tire got nail and was irreparable. I called this store for a replacement of one tire (with the same brand) and was able to have an appointment. RJ, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the pros and cons of tire replacement. He was also friendly and courteous in assisting me. The price was very reasonable and their service was excellent! I will definitely be a repeat customer and use them again if my car needs service. Good job to the crew as well!

Horrible service. Nobody knows what s going on besides the manager . They tried to charge me $128 for an inspection which was never stated when I dropped off the time before that it was $30 for an inspection and they were $200 higher than another mechanic for the same job.

I was getting an oil change and it took forever to get the car in and then they didnt kniw jow much oil went into my car so it'll do i know they they over fulled my oil

Website and location says they do AC service. Put my car info in and requested an appt. Appt was approved. Took my car in, They verified my info and AC service request. They pulled my car in the bay and at that point apparently realized they don't do AC on Land Rovers. High level of incompetence. Service tech didn't even know where the AC unit is located. Also was confused how to replace a bulb in my headlight housing.Service: Air conditioning

Went to the Bridgewater location today to buy a new set of tires. The employee that helped us was incredibly helpful, and kind. Very patient and friendly as well. Went above and beyond to make this as simple as possible, explained the products and services to us, pricing and product differences. Very very professional. Will return to this location every time now for all our family's automotive needs and repairs. The employee I'm referring to is Sarah. Great staff. Very happy with our purchase.

I called last minute for a patch of a tire. They got me in on Christmas Eve of all days. From the time I arrived till the time I left they went above and beyond my expectations and showed great customer service. I had my son with me and they even went out of there way to make sure he was taken care of. The store manager RJ was the main one I dealt with and words can t even explain the gratitude I have for him. He was personable, professional, took the time to explain why I needed a new tire instead of a patch and in the end got me an amazing deal on a new tire. Even though there are several businesses closer I will make sure and go to this location for all further services. Thank you guys for your hard work on Christmas Eve and showing me that there is still great customer service out there!!!

The asian guy that works there is VERY unprofessional and talked to me like i was a dog. I been coming there every other day to get my tire pumped bc i didnt know what was wrong with it and he told me i needed to get it figured out so i made an appointment and got it looked at here at his location amd they said it was plugged that they couldn't fix it and i told them i didnt know it was plugged bc it was my papaws truck amd i was sry for how often i come there and they all told me i was perfectly fine and wasnt bugging them to keep coming back until i get it fixed which i dont have the money to right now so i go today to get it oumped and the asain guy comes out and immediately has an attitude and says "didnt we already have this discussion" to which i told him this info i just put here and he said "well i wont continue to pull on ur heart strings amd we wont keep pumping it up u have to get it fixed" ... He was so rude about it and very unprofessional u do not talk to people like that specially when i never gave u an attitude in the first place
