Just bought a 2017 pre-owned Buick Encore from Fiehrer Motors, Inc...This dealership is top notch.Everyone was respectful, warm and welcoming, No high pressure sales, no bait and switch tactics no blowing up phone or emails several times a day like some of their competitor dealerships in the area... Negotiations were abit lengthy but fair and respectful..We reached a very good deal...I bought car on Saturday, a couple of minor flaws that need attention but got a written IOU with an appointment next week to fix or touch up..Dealership exceptionally clean inside and out.Salesman Kenny Edwards went above and beyond in helping me in this purchase. The finance guy was great too.. All on all best experience I have had in choosing a car and the buying process.That is saying alot.. Definitely TWO THUMBS UP . My mother and adult niece went with me and both were impressed as well.

The part my car needed for repair was back ordered. I was given a loaner car for the duration of the wait. It was a long wait, but keeping the car was not an issue, which I really appreciated. I was in touch with both the owners throughout the process. I really felt like they were working to help me. The owners and service advisor were all very pleasant to work with. My experience was very positive.

The dealership was clean and inviting. Everyone I came in contact was professional. Travis Truman was outstanding. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and he treated me so kindly. He helped me navigate everything including the app on my phone. He treated me like one of own son's. I would come back when I need anything and would recommend him and the dealership to all. Thank you. It reminded me of going to the Pontiac dealerships when my Dad worked for Pontiac. He would have been so pleased with my new Buick and the treatment I received.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment for my Buick service for oil change and tire rotation. They did the necessary work and checked all fluids and tires. I was able to use my GM points also without any difficulty.

The battery in my Acadia was dead in the morning when I needed to get to an appointment. Fortunately, my husband was home and I was able to use his car. By the time I returned home, he had gotten it started and left it charging in the driveway. I immediately called Fiehrer. Adam got me right into the shop for which I was very thankful. In a short time, I was on my way with a new battery. I have been going to Fiehrer for more than 20 years and have found their service department to be outstanding. One time, I even called when I was hundreds of miles from home and asked for advice. My question was happily answered and I continued my trip knowing that everything was okay.

Techs got my service done while I waited, quick and easy. Owner passed by the waiting area and made a point to stop and talk to customers making sure service was up to expectations. A+ team all around sales, service and ownership!

Just purchased a truck from Kenny at Fiehrer Motors. I appreciated the quick painless purchase. From test driving to getting handed the keys, it was stress free. I would recommend to anyone buying a vehicle, check with them first.

I was very pleased with the attention and patience of the staff, especially Ron Schatz who took time to show me all the car s features. I would definitely recommend Fiehrer Buick/GMC as a great choice to buy a car.

I had a few things I needed done on my GMC and the service manager and the technicians went out of their way to get my install completed for me and it was something that needed some additional care to install my trailering brake switch. I appreciate everyones help to get this installed and it turned out to look really great. thanks for all your help.

New car with issues - no backup camera or 360 degree vision. I stopped in to get some help without appointment. Car was checked right away and found to need a part. Part was ordered, temporary car given to me to drive. Work was completed 24 hours later.

Your service dept. is the BEST! William and Adam are always a joy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They always call to verify and go over everything before performing any work. They always let you know costs as soon as they have them. They are super, the entire dept. is.

Nice waiting area with coffee, and someone even came around this time with donuts Service guy at the desk made sure I used one of several coupons I had to get the best price on an oil change!

Just had my truck serviced at Fiehrer Motors. They aways do a very good job and the price for service is better than those 10 minute oil change places. The quality is aways good and the service guys know their profession. Keep up the good work Fiehrer dealership.

Ron Schatz was amazing and very attentive. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the dealership. I even met one of the owners, Tom. He was just as respectful and personable. They were not pushy and didn't pressure me at all to make a purchase. I came back to the dearlership at my own time when I was ready and finally decided on a vehicle. The process was easy and Ron is very knowlegiable about the vehicles, leases and purchase processes. I have been to about 4 other dearlships in the Cincinnati area and received the worst customer service. The sales people were pushy and spoke to me as if I didn't have an ounce of intelligence.If you are looking to purchase, lease or trade in your vehicle or maybe just want to inquire about a vehicle or the process this is the place to go!Thank you to everyone at Fiehrer Motors for being so patient and respectful. The best car buying experience I've had.

The crew is always attentive and listen carefully to the client. They have been trying hard to solve the ongoing problem with the car. Although the problem is recurring, I so believe they are honestly as frustrated as we are. They have gone to great lengths to find a solution.

Ken was amazing, We had been looking for over a month for either a blue or Solar Flare yellow. We are from Berlin Heights up by the lake and it took us 3 1/2 hours to get there. When we called Ken to ask about the truck he was very knowledgeable which we hadn't gotten form the other dealerships we had been speaking with. All they wanted was to sell us the truck Ken actually cared. He said if you are serious about driving up call when you leave and I will take off the market till you get here something the others did not do and we lost out on several because of that which really made us anger and ready to stop buying GM (which all my cars have been GM) Once we got there he had it ready for us to drive and I fell in love right away. Ken even stayed over even though they closed to finish up with us. Everyone was very friendly and I would drive 3 1/2 hours again to buy another one from them.

I worked with Dan to get into a new Sierra 1500 and it was a great experience. Normally when buying a car the worst part is dealing with a salesman trying to get a commission. Dan was not like this at all, I truly felt like he wanted me to be 100% happy in my purchase and I never felt pushed. He took the time to truly understand what I wanted and made the process to get there nice and easy. I would recommend going to Dan to anyone that wants to buy a new car! Jim in the finance department was great as well! He understood that buying a car is a big purchase but he took the time to explain the different warranty options and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the level of protection I had for my new vehicle. I will definitely be making a return to Fiehrer Motors when it is time for a new truck!

You service department is very friendly and knowledgeable. We trust the work that you do. The waiting area is nice and comfortable. My husband saw some of the work shop and it looked neat and organized. We will be back.
