Ms Angela is Awesome. Even before I met this lady, I was telling her she was a sweetheart threw text and based off the conversation I had with her on the phone. Excellent customer service, This is my 3rd car I m getting from Eagle Motors. I love this place, I ve never had this quality of customer service purchasing any other vehicle. She really welcomed me back with open arms. And made me feel good coming back opening up another account. I will recommend any Eagle Motors lot to anyone. But the Plaza Ms Angela and Andrea Rocks!!!!!

My purchase from Eagle Motors was somewhat unique. My dream car just happened to be on their main lot and I stopped to inquiry about it. The detail guy said it was just there getting detailed and was going to be transferred to their hi-end lot in Westchester. I asked to speak with the manager who confirmed the story. I explained that I was getting ready to refinance my house and could not have any new hits on my credit. I asked that if I put a considerable amount down would he consider me paying it directly to them. He said they don t do that on these types of cars but would talk with his dad (the owner) and would let me know. And 3 years later, I now own my car. I am so appreciative of the sensitivity shown towards me and my situation and I ve not had ONE problem with the car. And throughout my process of making payments, the owner always addresses me by my name, everyone always smiled, treated me with the utmost respect, professionalism and extreme courtesy! It s no mystery why they ve been in business for over 30 years! They are integral, honest, and I am a customer for LIFE! Thank you Eagle Motors!!!

Greg, and Shannon sold me my first car and it s been an amazing experience. Super easy super fast. Friendly as can be. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car!

My 16 year old son got a car in HIS name and they told us they would mail the title. They failed to mail it, then when my son went to pick up the title they told him they were short staffed and he would have to come back the next day to pick it up. He came back the next day(the day the tags expired) and they told him to go to the title place. Once he arrived at the title company they told him he needed a parent with him. We were unable to make it there because we was at work, too far away before they closed. I called Eagle motors and they claimed they had no clue he was under age when his DOB is clearly on the paperwork. The next day he took off of work early for the 3rd day in a row to take care of this and Eagle Motors still had not taken care of the paper work and had to come to the title company. This lady signed her part of the paper then hands it to my son and looks at him and says don t ever come back to our car lot, my mature well mannered 16 year old son smiled and said I won t.These people have NO clue how to be professional and apparently don t care how things work as long as they sell cars. This car has since been in the shop 3 times and he has paid for it to be fixed everytime.I don t appreciate how they spoke to my son and I don t like how they do business after the car was already purchased. You have to be an adult for them to be professional apparently.

Angie was amazing!! I literally went through such a horrible deal with a car dealership just two lots down and someone close to me referred me to Angie. She was so understanding and determined to get me into a car. I m so happy I came to Angie and would recommend to anyone I know!

Answer the phone On the weekend and we're willing to show the cars right away. Great communicators very good cars on a lot high the recommend them. Very friendly. Fair prices.

Bought my Truck there a couple weeks ago, Angie worked hard I was going to do buy here pay here but she convinced me to build my credit and said I can get you approved and to my surprise she called her guy I don t remember his name and they got me done. I truly appreciate Angie taking her time to explain things to me and encouraging me. I m very happy with my truck .

Angie was amazing. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of the concerns I had. My credit score was horrible too and they were able to get me approved for the car I wanted with a payment I can afford! Definitely recommend!!
