I had a road trip coming up and needed brake work done, I called Doug's and even though they were booked out for over a week they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Their price was fair and much better than larger operations like Tire Discounters. The car was ready within a few hours and the work was done right with no surprises or a change in what they initially quoted me. I finally feel like I have found a reliable, honest mechanic. I have been wanting to find a reliable, professional, and trustworthy auto repair shop for quite a while so I can quit being a slave to the stealership. I was recommended to Doug's from a friend who had a great experience with them many years ago. I needed a steering part changed on my truck, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I was so impressed with Josh and Steven, from start to finish. They were prompt in returning my message and very courteous on the phone, gave me a ball park price over the phone which turned out to be exactly the bill when I picked my truck up. When I showed up, there was no standing around waiting for someone to help me - they walked right up and took care of everything. They were fast in fixing my truck and had completely fair pricing to do it. I feel like for the first time in a very, very long time - I have a found shop with professional and courteous technicians that I can trust. I will absolutely be back for all the serious repairs that I can't do myself. 5 stars across the board and I recommend them without reservation. Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was recommend this place and I ll pass on the recommendation. Had an alternator replaced on a 2016 Audi. They did a great job and were half the price of the dealer. They got me in and out quick. Josh is also very easy to work with.

Doug's Auto Service is our one stop shot for our maintenance and repairs for all of our autos. Josh and his team provide exemplary service at very reasonable/fair value. He only performs the work that needs to be done and does a great job in explaining the repairs and offering options to consider. Called just for pricing on some repairs on my vehicle, the staff was great to answer any and all of my questions, giving me multiple options and full pricing on everything (the prices I was quoted INCLUDED labor costs, which most places do not do). Recommended possible problems I could address for cheaper before bringing into the shop, and offered multiple appointment times. It has been a long time since I have received this quality of service. Will definitely bring my car back to these guys again :)

We've been taking our vehicles to Doug's for around 11 years for all their maintenance and repair needs. They are fast and very reasonable on any repairs needing to be done.

Dropped car off (Mercedes). Told it would be a few days due to volume of work, which is always a good sign! Gave me estimate, hit the number which was quite less than other outlets. Saw my drive belt was worn, offered a price that was very fair. Changed out another part with no labor charge. Car runs and feels great! Dont go to dealership, go to Dougs!

Had a issue with my 2010 Infiniti G37x and the timing chain and water pump. Josh was extremely helpful and honest about the repairs needed. I recommend this shop.

Every vehicle I have taken there was fixed right. Always called me if there was another issue that could be fixed easy while they where working on it.Very good service and quality work.
