Excellent service. Called and talked to Connor. Said come in and check the flat from this morning. Walked in and Connor actually greeted me and knew my name. He checked the tires and said the flat needed to be replaced and the back 2. This was fine especially after he saud the front I had purchased a warranty the last time I was in. So I figured I'm getting 3 tires for price of 2. After an hour they were done. Great service. Good price. With all of the tire stores in the area they are by far the best. Thank you Connor.

We have always been treated very courteously and respectfully here. We believe they are honest and dependable, and they have always gotten above and beyond. They now have an alignment rack and a very fair price for doing alignments, but they don t try to upsell you on services or products that you don t really need right now. They just keep you informed on the overall condition, and help you make wise decisions to keep you and your family safe. They even fix flats for free! One time they fixed a flat for me and I didn t even buy that tire there. The employees always seem happy, and there seems to be a very low turnover rate, happy employees make happy customers. Highly recommended!

Talk about great customer service! I ve never felt good after going to a tire shop. They always try to upsell, tell you there s a million things wrong, etc and I always leave or end up mad and more stressed than I already was.Discount tire was up front with pricing on the phone (great prices may I say) and had me in and out with an alignment in record time. Same day rapid service with no stress or typical salesman stunts? Yeah you just gained a customer for life and earned every one of these 5 stars.

Just took the wifes car to get rotation and balanced. The last couple of times I've taken my vehicles here, there have been issues. On my Mazda 3 bolt got striped, ok things happen it was an 08 pos, whatever didn't care, on my new to me Mk7, the tire changer scratched my rim. I let that go. this time, the Nissan sentra Center hub cap just fell out. Knowing they have to pop them out to balance, Just want accountability, I've been a loyal customer for years. I understand things happen, but cmon. Don't come at me saying you can order me one for $40, I'm not paying for something one of your rookie technicians broke, Zack is an awesome straight-up guy who told me he'd order a replacement cap for me. To replace the one they damaged, Corporate needs to make that guy top manager, and Noah, who i think is the manager, has been good to me as well. He's worked with me on discounts, etc... And I do appreciate that. Hope we can continue to do business in the future. Maybe have a meeting before the day starts about being more careful with customers' vehicles . Then, just maybe you'll get less feedback like this.

Absolutely the best tire shop in Hamilton. I had a valve stem break when I was having my oil changed (these are the metal ones that are prone to breakage) and needed it replaced fast. These folks got me in and fixed up without an appointment in no time. This was 2 years ago - since then, they ve replaced another, fixed a few nails, sold me tires and at the end of the day, I wouldn t go anywhere else. They ve earned my business every visit and they will certainly earn yours.

Noah has helped me more than once. He is very professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with my experience with him and the whole staff. The tires he sold me are great and the alignment is perfect, my car hasn't rode this smoothly since the day I bought it. Discount Tire will always have my business. Thank you again for your help.

I was at this discount tire this morning for the first time. I had a nail in my tire. When I went there a guy named Connor assisted me. He was very polite and professional. I told him about the issue on my tire and he didn t waste no time to check out. After few minutes, he told me that I could still use my tire because the nail wasn t big or long enough to make a damage. I really respect his honesty. Besides that, he also made sure all my four tires were good along with his team . I highly recommend this place.

Best car trouble experience I ve ever had thanks to these guys!! Connor and the team are amazing. Took care of everything super fast so I could get home to Nashville safely and on time!! Connor especially is so wonderful! The way he was interacting with every single guest who walked in as well as employee was unlike anything I had ever seen before! I know nothing about cars and the work atmosphere Connor cultivated almost made me want to learn just to be part of the team, lol! The team was so clearly just that, a TEAM, and they were being so playful with each other yes professional and efficient all at the same time!! Seriously the best work atmosphere I have witnessed quite possibly ever. Customers were like regular family and friends to them, and they were all confident, knowledgeable and happy to be there. Not to mention, they answered all of my questions with enthusiasm! Their joy was contagious and Connor made it very clear that he is customer focused in the way he made sure everything was fixed, double checked and affordable for me, prioritizing my safety above all else. Thank you Connor, Jadon, and the rest of the team who was present on 1/29/2024 around 9-10:30am! Any time I m in town with car troubles, I m stopping in here first!! Did I mention it took about 35 minutes for my alignment? Lightning fast!!! So impressed all around

UPDATE 10/20/2023Still buying yours here, still great service, still just walking in (no appointment). Today 2 new tires and a tire pressure sensor. In and out in literally 20 minutes. Haha there isn't a competitor around that can do that! Some of them act like you are the one doing the service. Discount Tire though is old School about service. You still rock!I pulled in and a guy was checking people's air, a line of people in and out one after another. I bought 2 tires from them earlier in the year and had a really big screw in a different tire and wouldn't hold air, not one of the 2 bought from them, but they got me in immediately although all but one of their bays where full as I pulled in. They fixed it anyway in no time!! This is now the second time I have experienced above exceptional service at this location. It's 5:40 right now. The tire with the screw was bought at Firestone and I just spent 1000 bucks on front and rear brakes there not to long ago too but they wouldn't fix it cause they closed at 6. Came here AFTER Firestone and Discount Tire is DONE already. Not another dollar goes to Firestone. Oh, they fixed it for free too. Up yours Firestone.

Got a flat tire and decided to replace all of my tires here. Connor was the one that helped me at the front desk. I left something and went back for it, he walked it to my car. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much!

Extremely high pressure sales person! Noah was VERY pushy, to the point of trying to sell me the wrong size tires for my car - saying that s what the manufacturer recommends - just to make a sale, since that s what he has in stock. I called the dealership, they did NOT recommend changing the tire size. Repeatedly pressured me to make the purchase immediately, no matter how many times I let him know I was in no hurry & was going to continue shopping around. Even if they were less expensive, I wouldn t give them my business. I m willing to spend more for HONEST and ETHICAL treatment!

They repaired the nail in the tire for free even though I didn't buy the tires from them and knew exactly what they were talking about the tire pressure monitoring system on my exact car. I have never met more honest mechanics.

One of the workers brought my center cap to me and said somebody broke it and showed me the bolt would go all the way through the hole. He admitted the cap wouldn t stay on the wheel so how did it stay on when I drove the car there? They took it off after they pulled it inside. Somebody there broke and I caught them in a lie. Lying about it is worse than breaking it.

Had my tire repaired here today (10/16/23) and I must admit these guys are on the ball. No one was dragging - all team members hustled to get the job done and were working together. These guys are professionals from Zack up and down the chain. The waiting room also has a nice atmosphere. When I pulled up and got out of the car, Zack ran out to greet me. This is just excellent service. You guys keep up the good work - I will be back.PS - There was no charge to patch my tire and I know some places charge $30 - $50 for this service. Thank you!

I get all my tires up here at discount tire. Noah, the manager in there really enjoys working at this store. He has been able to increase the business so much that they've been able to almost double the capacity of the store and the amount of workers that they have. By doing this they've been able to provide excellent customer service and go a step above and beyond. Every time I go in there they always make sure to have tires that I need for my trailers and if they can't have them that day they'll order them and have them within the next day or two. They always give me a good deal at a fair price and always remember to offer the extended warranty on the tires. This works out great because whenever you have a tire bust or something they replace it and all you do is pay for the warranty again. You just can't beat it. Quality service extend warranty. That's a lifetime of care and one little business.

Jadon and Scott were phenomenal. They were able to get my car on the alignment (car is lowered). Had a slight hiccup but Scott made everything right with no questions asked. Solid work great people. I will be returning in the future

When they called to tell me my tires were there he should have advised me to make an appointment to shorten my wait. Since I didn't have an appointment, it was 3 1/2 hours to mount the tires and align them.Don't go on Saturday morning unless you have an appointment.

Worked with Mike at this location over the past couple days to obtain a set of wheels they had on sale. It became very obvious to me how much these guys care about their customers and exceeding expectations. Definitely will remember this positive experience and the help and John quality service received at this location and intend to come back here for all my tired and wheel needs in the future. Far exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much!

Stopped in had 4 low tires, pulled up to the designated location for air ,the guy came out and aired my tires to the proper PSI and I was on my way took like 5 minutes and I didn't have to get out of the car..this is my go to place now for air ..thx again...

Got new rims and tires for my Taurus Limited. Came with 20" rims and the tires were junk in rain and snow. Every place I went tried to sell me the exact tires that came on car after telling them why I hated them. Drake gave me options and went out of his way to help. I went down to 17" rims and absolutely LOVE the tires in rain. Will have to wait for S--w to see if I love them just as much. They do look great though.

My boyfriend went in there with a nail in his tire looking to patch it up. They told us that the tire needed to be replaced but we couldn t afford a new tire so we were going to put on the spare and go buy a used tire somewhere else. They ended up giving us a new tire for free. They saw we had our baby and wanted to make sure he was safe! They definitely have new lifetime customers and we really appreciate them. Thank you Noah and everyone else that helped!

Their price on an alignment was the cheapest. Their availability was the soonest. When it wasn't quite right when I took it for a drive, they checked the balance of the tires and made it perfect. All while being professional and couteous.

I have been here twice for tires. This is the first time I bought Arizonian tires. After one year I bought two more of them, the tires have held up well. The first time I bought two tires I didn't receive a registration card, today I bought two tires and got registration card. Caleb was the mechanic that worked on my car, he was quick which made up for having to wait 25 minutes for scheduled appointment.
