Turn Key Gold standard for customer service. I talked to Jamie over the phone and he answered all my questions. I had some options to think about. Decided on a Cub LT46 and ordered the bumper and mulch kit. Mower was dropped off a few days later and the driver could not have been nicer or more thorough familiarizing me with the mower. My extra options noted above came in that AM and they had installed them for me! I was cutting my grass 10 minutes later. Very happy.

Great people and great service. Service is done right the first time and every effort made to make you happy before you walk out the door. Jamie and his staff will give you a honest review of the equipment you are considering without trying to sell you something you won't be happy with. I have purchased a lot of equipment and had service performed on other equipment and never felt taken advantage of. Something I can't say about other equipment dealers.

We mow 9 acres. Both of our 60" zero turn mowers broke down at the same time. The great service team at Butler County Equipment had us back up and mowing within days! They were very professional, caring and informative. This experience has certainly renewed our faith in good customer service!

I personally don't care for a company that calls itself an equipment store when all they do is basically lawn mowers.Now I have stopped in here for on more repair or to buy a new weed eater and have had great customer experience with

This place is amazing. Picked my tractor from liberty twp and fixed in a day. Last year a West Chester place told me there was no fix for it. Dunkelberger fixed it for $152.
