I've been here twice now, and it has been perfect both times. Josh at the front counter is great; he tells you everything you need to know. And Marvin, the mechanic, is awesome, too. He explained everything and didn't gouge me like he could have since he had to clean up a mess that another place had done. I would definitely recommend going here and will definitely be bringing my truck in for whatever I need in the future.

Very friendly. My vehicle has oversized tires and wheels. Spent the time to do everything as I requested. Even put in the tire pressure I wanted on the front and back. Great price as well. Will definitely be back!

BEST. SERVICE. IN. TOWN! These guys really know what they're doing! They pulled me into the garage and gave me a complete and detailed explanation of what I was going to need, and prioritized what work I should have done first. I really appreciated the fact that SAFETY was their MAIN CONCERN. Big O Tires has some of the Best Prices around and treat you like family. I drive a good ways to get here because I know they will get the job done right the first time. Marvin the mechanic is the most thorough car mechanic I've ever met and he truly cares about the well being of not just the car but of the people as well! I will forever be a customer of this fine establishment!!

These guys were great! Great price on the tires, fixed the alignment on my truck and did an oil change for me as well. The services in all took less than an hour and a half. Very happy with my experience here. Josh at the counter was great too! Very personable, kind and most of all very knowledgeable. I price compared Big O with competitors, even Costco and I m very glad I went with Big O. 10/10 would go to this Big O location again!

They have always been great at this location, I ve been here a few times to get my oil changed and never had any problems with them until now. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change & full inspection on the vehicle for $35. On the inspection sheet given to me they stated that the only problem was that I needed break fluid & there was nothing stated in the recommendations portion about my brakes. My car started to make noises soon after and I took it to a mechanic who told me that my brakes & rotors needed to be replaced immediately, that my brakes are very thin and the noise was caused from metal scraping against metal. They either didn t do the inspection or simply lied. Nor did they speak to me about anything being unsafe or needing replacement soon once my car was ready. Definitely wouldn t trust this place again.

I went to Big O Tires and was extremely happy with their customer service. I brought in a part from online and they installed it without hesitation. I highly recommend this garage and it s manager and mechanics!

That Darrell is one top notch guy working at the Fairfield Big O Tires. He s help my two or three times with repairs and just great free info about my Mustang fixes.He s full of knowledge about Mustangs, and a super nice guy as well. Thanks Big O Tires.

Great service, and very fair prices. I stopped in to get a tire repaired, then decided to let them change my oil. I have always went to the dealer before. They did everything the dealer does, but at much better prices! I plan on getting new brakes and tires through them in the future!

Got approved for in store credit and the system couldn't access my information for purchases of work performed. Had to pay $1,600 from my other finances, which wasn't in my budget. Very inconvenient. But at least Josh was patient (store associate)

My wife s new tire failed after 8 days and I had to replace the tire on the road.I was extremely agitated to say the least when I went into the shop.Darrel Jones proceeded to calm me down and replaced the tire very quickly.I am very pleased with the Big O Tiers response.

BigO shops have always been good to us so when we moved we found this one. Their prices are fair and work was done well. They helped us identify tires that are best for our car and how we use it, rather than upselling or telling us our tires were more worn than they are like some other places have. This is a good shop.Adding to this, I had a flat the other day driving back from work and got there 30 minutes before close thinking I'll have to drop it off. They immediately put it on the lift and got it patched for me, for free. Never going any place else.

Once again, great job, Store manager, assistant, store manager, Darrell, Josh and crew excellent customer service they walk me through step-by-step on every detail and saved me lots of money on my brakes something around $600 that s not counting my tires I was very pleased. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere but BIG O TIRES.. thanks again Darrell, Josh and keep the team you guys have Great technicians Brandon, Michael and Marvin exexcellent service in and out the door

This is my 2nd time at this store and the guy at the front of the store is always so helpful. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly. These days that can be hard to come by. They are quick and expedient in their work. Definitely will be back!

Was trying to find a mechanic that could install an after factory part for my jeep. So I went to Big O Tires and asked if they could. Marvin helped with the install. He told me about buying my shocks then coming to them for a better deal on install. Will definitely be coming back once I need shocks. Thank you Big O Tires!

Tires balanced. Fit me in promptly. Guy at desk very friendly. Price reasonable. Would have been a 5 star but feel like if someone is balancing tires they could have also added air in my tires. All four were low!
