I had my 2012 BMW 550i come in for an exhaust job. I asked for an X-pipe and a muffler install. After some speaking with Rob and his wife, I was informed I would need some new tips and some additional piping to allow my wants to be granted. After I approved the work, I had complete transparency to view the work that was being done to my car. Rob ensured himself multiple times that the work done on my car was adequate, and as someone who is extremely picky about his car, I was very pleased to see the extra stride to ensure the work was perfect. My expectations were well beyond exceeded. Safe to say, I will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I can!! 10/10.

I had two flanges rust out. I took it to two shops knowing exactly what I wanted and they tried telling me I need a new muffler and cat. I made an appointment at back home creation. Rob did exactly what I wanted and needed without trying to up sell me anything I didn't need. Although I had to wait a little bit, which is fine- once he started working he was done in 15 minutes tops. He even lets you sit in the garage and watch him work. That's transparency. The price was exactly what I thought was anacceptable price for this work! Thanks guys! Hopefully I will not be back for awhile, but when I need exhaust work this is where I'll be going!

I recently visited the exhaust shop for some work on my car, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.Firstly, scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The staff was accommodating and found a time that worked perfectly for me. When I arrived at the shop, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were ready and waiting to work on my car. There was no wasted time or unnecessary delays they were prepared to get the job done efficiently.Throughout the service, the technician/shop owner demonstrated his expertise and professionalism. He tackled the job with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that everything was done correctly. Moreover, he were friendly and approachable, readily answering any questions I had about the process.What truly sets this shop apart, however, is the exceptional value they provide. Not only did he do a fantastic job on my car, but he also did so at a very reasonable price. It's rare to find such quality workmanship at such an affordable rate, and for that, I am truly grateful.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at the exhaust shop. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Five stars all around keep up the fantastic work! I will come back for more work that is for sure!

Appointment made two days out. Dropped off in the morning and was ready in the afternoon. Staff was super friendly and work was exactly what we requested. Installed dual exhaust on old truck and sounds great! This business is a throw back to real customer service. Very affordable! Thank you!

I am very impressed with the work I had done. The pricing was extremely affordable for custom work of any kind, but especially for custom metal fabrication.I was able to drop my car off after hours at a time convenient for me, and received a call with an estimate and to go over the work to be performed.It was a really easy process and the results were great.The welding and fabrication done to mate my stock exhaust tips to the new system was really well done.I would recommend this shop to anyone with any type of vehicle.

Got a resonator delete, the whole process was quick and easy and everyone there was super friendly. Definitely would come here if you need any exhaust work.

I have used this place for custom exhaust work twice in the past and I can't express enough how refreshing it is to do business with people like this. They're reliable and do a good job on time for a good price. Their shop is clean and staff is kind and courteous would definitely recommend.

They set a new standard for all family owned shops. The nicest people I've met. They had an opening due to cancellations the day before my appointment. Had me in and out within hours. Called before they did any work and communicated all the concerns they had about my exhauste and didn't try to push me into anything extra. Very affordable but also very good work! Going to recommend them to anyone I can.

First let me start by saying i was taken by hpw clean the garage was. I was looking online for someone to do some custom exhaust work and come across these guys and I'm sure glad I did. I called and set up an appointment the lady was very nice and professional. I came to appointment he lifted the car asked me what I wanted done then showed me exactly how he was going to do it. Gave me the price got to work few hours later I was on the road. He did a WONDERFUL job I am very satisfied with the work. The price was very reasonable. I am recommending this place to everyone I know any future exhaust work I need done I'm coming back here.

Great Experience start to finish. Saved me a long trip with a noisy exhaust. Super nice people from the office to the shop. Extremely clean shop and work performed was quick and clean. had a 9:00 appointment. Took me in 15 minutes early and I was out the door at the time my appointment would have started. Have found my go to exhaust shop and they will be at the top of my list for recommendations.Service: Exhaust

Made an appointment for 3:30 pm and I was out in 45min. Refitted my Ford Lighting inspired exhaust so it wasn't vibrating on the suspension anymore and so it looked right. These are custom ordered trucks with the 5.0, There are no "Bolt on" kits. Did quality work and was able to use the factory exhaust hangers. Good price as well. Thank you.

The service is wonderful , shop is well maintained and very professional, easy to work with , went in there with an idea for an exhaust set up and he completely did a 180 and did a fantastic custom job car sounds and drives amazing now I was surprised with the turn out ! Came in today to get a resonator delete/straight pipe back to the rear on my Saab and he did a fantastic job with it. Asked me exactly what I wanted and the price was very reasonable. Amazing service! I was down to one vehicle. so I couldn't leave it overnight. They got me in that day. Not only that, unlike the big stores. When you walk in the office. Does what you want. If you want to keep price low he will do that. If you want OEM or custom, he will do that also. Small family business that owners always have a smile. I have had 3 cars exhaust fixed in the last year.

My man got me right in and did an amazing job matching bends. Welds look great and the time efficiency is top notch. spend local plus his pricing is very fair. Wife at the front desk is as pleasant as can be. Got the mercedes sounding great!!!!Thanks!!!!

Absolutely the only place I will take my car for exhaust repairs. Rob is very friendly, honest, fair, and approachable. He will show you exactly what needs to be done and won't add extraneous work in order to run up the price. Both times we have been in (once for my husband's car and recently for mine) Rob has completed the repair in less than an hour and for a much lower price than we expected. I really appreciate his honesty and work ethic, and will never take our cars anywhere else. Thank you Rob!

My exhaust pipe was rusted and fell off. I had no idea where to go and the person I was referred to was charging 300 dollars. One person then referred me to Rob and told me of how good he was and affordable. I went there and was immediately met by great hospitality. The wife who was doing the reception was extremely understanding and they got me in the schedule as soon as possible. He then fixed the car and only charged me 98 dollars. (including labor). I was so thankful I even tried to give him more!!! This is a place I would highly recommend for stellar services and great customer care. I will definitely be going back especially for the other products they have i.e. leather and handmade accessories. Please check them out. You will not regret it.

As a "car guy," the importance of having a great exhaust guy is paramount. After years of searching the tri-state area, I have finally found it here. They put the quality in custom. When I brought the car in for its scheduled appointment to their immaculate shop and showroom, they asked what I was looking for I told them what I was thinking. With their expertise and experience they told me what they thought was best and within no time I was backing out of the shop with a smile on my face. Sounded and looked so so good. Not only was the work top notch but the price was so much easier on the bank account than any of the big box store muffler shops (not sure why anyone would use them) I'm currently trying to not make it obvious that I am sabotaging all the exhaust systems on all our cars just so I can have some more work done...please don't tell my wife.I am an actual customer and not a paid spokesman, but I would be willing if they'd pay me in some custom exhaust work.Service: Exhaust

Rob was fantastic. He was able to work me in without an appointment and was able to replace my defective catalytic converter right away. His prices are great! He also gave me a quote to do a custom dual exhaust that will fit my budget. We need to support the small businessman!! Rob has earned it! Thanks again Rob!
