Let me just start off by saying Ashley is amazing. She seriously took her time with my elderly mother who is hard to understand sometimes but she understood every word she was saying and helped her understand everything she needed. She went to the extreme to help us and without a doubt made an impression on me and my mother. She is very professional and went out of her way to help us out! I hope you all go check them out if you need anything talk to Ashley. Thanks Ash

I stopped in at the Auto Zone store 4131. I had a squeaky belt. I asked Tom B if he could help me by listening to the car. He was happy to help. While under the hood, the beautiful young lady named Ashley (gosh I hope I am remembering her name correctly) walked up from break or lunch. Tom B described the issue and Ashley fixed the issue. I am so thankful for the help, exceptional customer service and dedication to knowing their jobs and community. I will always go to Auto Zone for all my car part need. I went to this store yesterday. I have been trying for 3 days to find this part. Commercial Manger Ashley just so happen to be out on a run when I delt with 4 people to get this stop light switch. Ashley came in this morning helped me and found it right away!! Awesome store the girl is a rockstar!! Thanks Ash!

Great service. I needed a new battery. The manager explained the differences between each battery and then installed the new one quickly. Total time I was at the store was about 20 minutes. Thanks again for a great job.

Best parts shop I ve ever been to, I always buy the parts I need so my mechanic friend can fix my car, and this is the first time I wasn t made to feel like a moron for not knowing about cars. Bruce is the man!

I bought an alternator for my car. My husband put in my car turns out they guy sold us a bad part never test it to be sure it was good or bad before selling it to mee. Try to get a different one and I would pay the difference. But told us they were not allowed to do that. Told me and my husband they don t have an alternator so we had to drive to west side of hamilton AutoZone to get another alternator. Which took about 20 minutes to get too. I want to say it text alternator and started to make sure they are good before selling it to other customers. Not good at all

Shirlisa, handled my commercial account situation to the fullest very knowledgeable and kind. This was a very complicated situation because they aren't even a commercial store. But she got me taken care of and back to my customer waiting for his job to be completed!

I walked in today asking if they carried a specific type of oil, and there was no one in site. Then, out of nowhere, a guy comes up and is very rude and has no people skills. I decided to turn around and leave.

We came in for a quick ODB read and the lady (I think her name was Sharyle) was exceptionally helpful and kind to us. The process was quick and easy and all of our questions were answered! Amazing service!!

The guys that work here are nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized. They were able to order parts for us and had them in two days.

The staff was friendly and the place is clean and organized but they don't know too much about the vehicles they are selling the parts for. I told them the exact tool I needed and they told me they didn't have anything like it. But I found the exact thing I was looking for right on the shelf in the sales floor, and they sold me the wrong size oil drain plug I needed for my car

Went in to get a car battery. Staff are extremely helpful and helped me pick out the right one. Reminded me to bring the old battery back for a cash rebate. The one they recommended is the one I would have chosen anyway based on reviews, specs and warranty vs price, so I don't feel like I was being sold something beyond my needs which has happened at other stores in the past.

Counter staff too busy to acknowledge my presence, at 7 pm, with 1 other customer in store. When finally acknowledged, told they could not check my engine light. Equipment not functioning. Will travel farther for good service next time.

Rude staff was condescending to my wife who had called me to make sure she got the right size of wipers for her car. I could hear them chastise her for being on the phone when they were available to provide assistance. There's not a shortage of auto parts stores in the area, if you want to be respected as a customer, keep on driving.

Great staff, they were very helpful and I liked the fact that if they don"t have the part you need they can order it for you. And prices are not bad either.

Went to buy wiring for spark plugs wasn't sure the cost. Asked if I could split tender because I wasn't sure how much was on my card. I was short 15 dollars of my purchase so I could not buy them. Their cpu froze when she gave me my card back but insisted there was no money taken from my card because it was declined. Come to find out they drew my account negative and it put a hold on my card. Now Im stuck at the gas station with my 3 year old about 20 miles from home. Thanks guys...

It is what it is. It's an AutoZone, just like any other AutoZone. You know why I come to this one? Because it's close to my house. Other than that they all have the same supply basically. However, if there's something that you need that they don't have, they can usually get it shipped within two days. So all in all, it is pretty nice. It is also clean and the staff is usually friendly.

Thought I had a bad battery and brought it to AutoZone to have it tested. The test seemed to confirm that the battery was bad, but then Dustin noticed that the person who had installed it previously had improperly put dielectric grease on the battery posts before connecting the terminals. He cleaned off the terminals and sent me off with instructions on how to properly apply the grease after connecting the terminals. Sure enough, that was the issue. Thanks for saving me the cost of a new battery!
