I have taken our 2005 Honda Odyssey to Fred twice now for different issues. Both times they been friendly honest and very helpful and their prices for what they've done have been very competitive. Fred does amazing work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Scam scam scam absolutely 100% scam then does not do the work at all they say they have done. Keep your car for several weeks and says that it has taken eczema hours flavor on your vehicle which is a complete lie and your vehicle is never touched. I personally went up there after taking my vehicle every single day for four straight weeks just to see my vehicle sitting in exact same spot and position I left it and I even marked the tires to see if the vehicle has been moved oh, and it never was but then promised it would only be one more week but the vehicles was never fixed and I was charged twice the amount it would have cost anywhere else. Vehicle doing the exact same thing I took it there for as I pulled off from this shop. Please BBW do not take your vehicle to this man I swear and promise to you on everything I love he is an absolute fraud

Fred was awesome. He got my car in quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and get the repair done within a short time. Prices were a little less than other places. Highly recommend.

Fred is a awsome strait up guy. I was there from AZ, my rear pinion seal was leaking on my 99 dodge ram 3500 4x4 dully. Out of 12 shops that I called he was the only one that said he could and would work on my truck. Also he was way cheaper than a quote i got from Madas of 400.00 bucks and they wasted half of my day and couldn't even do the work. I took my car to Fred to fix the brakes. I left and had no brakes. I took it back and he had to bleed the lines because he had neglected to do so. Stephen my nephew brought his car to him to fix the brakes. When I picked up the car, the brake pedal went almost to the floor. I took it back. Stephen was driving it and the brakes went out totally. I took it back and he said it was the master cylinder. I took it to another shop who repaired the brakes for less than #100. It was not the master cylinder.

I have had a positive experience everything I utilized Wards. They are professional, straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to those I meet needing car repairs.
