Do not waste your money!! Worst wash job I have had the 3 times I have been in the one in Columbus Ohio! They didn t even touch the wheels and I asked about it cause I paid for the citrus bright on them and the kid said we can not touch them cause we will scratch them, the kid one one side barley even touched the truck and trailer he was to busy looking at his phone! Pics are right after I pulled out and parked down the road they could not even get the bugs off the mirrors

First time here . Will never come backWorkers spraying floor near by your truck more then they spray your truck. $104 trk and trailer wash . Its should be sparkling clean when you charge that much . And I have new truck 2023No grease or old stain on it. They Cant cleand normal over the road dirt.They will never wash clean older truck.Dont waist your money comming here.

Stopped by today for a trailer washout and a basic wash. Came out pretty good and they made sure to get the dirt completely off the rims for polish prep that I'm having done at another location. May schedule or come back and check out them for polishing if you guys are available next time I'm in the area.

Probably the worse wash I have ever got at a truck wash. Not too busy, watched a few guys playing with water spraying the air and what not instead of helping the guys in the bay washing. Whateverinf my business, so they took their time washing mine so I thought. I pull out no one even washed none of the wheels on the truck or trailer. Start inspecting closer trailer barely washed, bumpers not washed, windshield covered in bugs, literally looks like they just sprayed soapy water, moved some brushes around for noise, and rinsed. Pull back around to let them know they offer to rewash on the side. Pull back around, a few mins into the wash they start scrubbing the dirty wheels with a giant brush and they start scrubbing the truck with the same brush no rinse no switching nothing.. Instantly told them to stop washing my truck. Stick to blue beacon people. Place sucks. See pictures of the second wash after I told them to just stop after the wheel fiasco.

The guys at the Columbus location did an amazing job on my truck! Ron took his time and was very detailed. My truck has been sitting for about a year and was covered with scum. They made it look new again. Huge thanks to the guys at TNT Columbus!

First time here , it seemed under staffed and the equipment could be better , the guys were struggling with the washer and didn t have soap buckets , just sprayed soap and brushed, they got my truck clean had to get them to touch up a few spots but overall a good job , just took awhile

Absolutely ridiculous. $71 plus a $20 tip in the truck was still absolutely filthy. No exaggeration

We usually get a good washout here. But they need to see what we got this morning. We didn t check the trailer until we were parked down the street. The photo doesn t include a 12 piece of pallet that was also in the back of trailer.

Decided to bring my food truck in for a wash after serving nearby. I am delighted to say I think I've found my new favorite truck wash!After going to another local wash and being consistently disappointed, I'm glad to have an alternative.I came in 40 minutes before they closed, Niko and James were both ready waiting to service our truck.They quoted me an excellent price, $13 cheaper than the other guys, and threw in a free wax since it was our first time there.I cannot tell you how delighted I was to learn that they also do a mobile washing service, they come to you. I will definitely be in contact to see if they can regularly wash our 5 going on 7 food trucks.

I just wrapped my truck and ceramic coated it so I m very picky about what products are used on the truck. I spoke with the guys and the manager to go over what was being done. These guys went above and beyond to take care of my truck like it was their own. They made sure the didn t get too close with the power washer so it wouldn t hurt the wrap. And they used a microfiber wash mitt which I supplied to wash my custom rims and all the gloss black wrap on the bumpers and every other chrome part I wrapped. Of course I had to leave the guys a tip since I m so picky. Truck came out great. And thank you for dealing with my pickiness without complaint. Ill wash my truck anytime I come through. Thank again fellas.

If you need your Semi truck and trailer washed to ride in style going down the highway this is the place to get it done. Also they do whole fleets and commercial properties so you can keep your store front looking top notch all year long. Quality work every time!

Came here to wash our DRW pickup and they did an excellent job! Staff took time on it and even when we made an extra request to wash the bed out they were more than willing. Very reasonably priced in comparison with other truck washes and even much cheaper than some we have been to.

Horrible truck wash the truck wasn't clea. And dude had a horrible attitude I paid for a acid wash and didn't get it then was given 10 dollars for my next wash after an hour of waiting DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCKS HERE

Trailer guy was amazing takes alot of pride in his work. The 2 kids that washed the truck could use a little more pride but did a good job. The manager at the front counter care about what your equipment looks like and was a great guy. All in all I will definitely return here to have my truck washed again.

Seth out there does a professional job. The whole crew is great. They wash your truck how you want it done. Been going there for over year now and always been taken care. Excellent job you all. Google and even their automated messages when you call, has the hours wrong. They are open M-S 6:30am -8pm and closed on Sunday.These guys do a great job.

This was a very poor experience. I was there 2 hours (in the wash bay), they had NO hot water, and their high pressure kept shutting down. To top it off I had to keep pointing out areas they totally missed washing. I will not be going back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

Overall I usually get a good wash when certain Bay Attendants are working. But I have to keep reminding them that when the brushes aren t wet enough it leave streaks which makes the wash pointless

I was a first time user of their truck wash. Expecting better than Blue Beacon, that didn't happen. Although, they didn't leave streaks, they did break the antenna mounted on the back of my sleeper and didn't say anything. I found out 100 miles down the road. They left bugs all over my stacks and heat shields too.

The owner should quit wasting time posting fake positive reviews and hire more help. My tailer wash was absolutely pathetic. They got one guy washing trucks 2 hours waiting.

It's a company account so I always get a basic wash on the tractor. They always take good care of it. Nice, clean and quick too! All the guys around here are pretty cool also!

Omg the hole staff was GREAT it was my firsttime going there i work for Goodwill Columbus and the van I use on daily basis it was dirty the staff was awesome with individuals in the van they would pretend to throw on the window every one in the van laughing. Can't wait to see theam again

Absolutely the worst truck wash I have ever Ben to in my life they washed truck I got out to over look and ask them did u even wash it my 6 year old does better I just started my truck and pulled away $73 basically stollen from me stay away far far away and paid for tire dressing lmao that s not on the tires

Do not expect perfect truck wash. There will be bunch of spots untouched. To me it doesn t matter because I m not that picky but if you want perfect truck and trailer wash this is not the place.
