First and foremost I want to say the customer service at this place deserves 10stars, Carrie and Nate are amazing people, I wont take my 3 vehicles to any other place. Nate was so knowledgeable about my civic and Carrie did everything she could to help me, even called me an uber home because it was pouring rain today so I didn't have to sit in the lobby for 3hours. This place is awesome!

Called and spoke to Rob and he was very friendly and patient when I was inquiring for a tire. The broad st location was closer but the guy I spoke to seem very impatient on the phone so I decided to drive a bit further to the groveport location. Rob has excellent customer skills and helped me along the way making the transaction smooth. Thanks a bunch

Terrible time management. Had an appointment to have front tires rebalanced.Was there longer than at Goodyear getting six new tires on my dually.Once I left I found that they didn't even fill air. Was at 30psi,should be 35. I asked them to check all four and the clerk at payment said they were done.Left without estimate paperwork for rear tires because he seemed too busy in the back to print it. Not the best experience.

I had an emergency with my tire and they were so nice and helpful! Got me in right away. They even played with my two year old ON THEIR LUNCH BREAK to help me out! Best place I ve ever been to!

It ll only take an hour and a half. 4 hours later. I m still waiting, with a lot of stuff to do today, that I now have to cancel on because this place cannot keep their word. Terrible time management.At least be honest about how slow you operate.Edit: We are now at 4.5 hours, after being told 5 more minutes an hour ago.Don t come here!!

Alignment was done very quickly. Little too quick, hour before they closed. Over hear workers saying.We're wanting out of here... mind you it's the only window I had to get it done....Few days after getting alignment my steering rack boots was off, after checking the wear on my front brakes... not really trusting of this place... and mind you I just replaced entire front end suspension and replaced boots and triple checked worked... everything with tight and snugged. After getting alignment I now have to check their work... complete dissatisfied and DO NOT TRUST this place to bring it back to look at... I work on cars and know the games....

On Saturday, the service technician that waited on me when I ordered my tires didn't order the correct sizes. Today, I dropped off my car at lunch and return around 5:40 to pick up my car. Nate explained the issue and how he wanted to corrected it. He made sure I was taken care of! Nate provided amazing customer service and he knows his tires!

Prior experience was great. This experience is interesting given double the expected wait time and everything left on the rim after the mount. There are gouges in both rims where the stems were replaced as well as around the lug nuts. Lost confidence in the business and unless something is being reimbursed, no I don t want to e-mail your support.

Great service at the Hamilton Rd location (Groveport). Kenny the service manager and his team were very professional and handled my service extremely well. My vehicle needed a lot of maintenance and they took care of everything quickly and efficiently.

Nate, Kenny, Bentley and Rob handled an extremely rude customer who woke up looking for a fight extremely professionally this morning. The customer was cursing at and threatening me for speaking up about how the employee was only trying to help. Very pleased with my service.

Love them, free wheel alignment when you buy 4 tires $120 you save for front and rear alignment. Fast and friendly . If the find a problem they'll tell you to get your car running 100% . Affordable to me.

Will and his team at this Tire Discounters location did an incredible job. My daughter was in a jam and needed her tire fixed ASAP. They went above and beyond to get her back and moving and I really appreciate it.

I bought two tires through them at two separate times and they had me in and out in 45 minutes each time. My dealership took 6 hours to get me one tire....... Customer service at Tire Discounters has been amazing and the service is quick, efficient, and affordable. I worked with Duffy and he was great! Very pleased!

Had an appointment scheduled at 11am. Was at the store at 10:54am and it took the associate 20 minutes to get the vehicle checked in. When we called the shop at 1:45, they said they had just pulled the car in to be serviced. Don't have an 11am appointment if you can't service the car til 2pm. We didnt end up getting the vehicle until 3:30pm. Lousy service.Not only this, but previously we had a different vehicle serviced and they did not call to say that our vehicle was done even after they closed for the day (dropped off around 4pm and it was after 6pm when we went over to get the vehicle after receiving no call). They were still in the shop finishing other vehicles but should have no reasoning for why we didn't receive an update about the vehicle, even if the update was that they were still working after close.

Set an appointment for a set of new tires 4 days in advance.Dropped my car off having a coworker pick me up and drop me off nearly 7 hours later not only did I not have tires but they weren't even at the shop.If you value your time as well as quality customer service this is NOT the place to go.Before I left this review I reached out to their corporate customer service to allow them to remedy my issue with no response. Mistakes happen but what happens after tells you the truth about a company.

Purchased tires, routine oil changes, brakes etc over the last 2yrs. Thus is the only location I will go to. Worked with Jeanie on my most recent visit 7/19/2023. Got 2 new front tires and a oil change, they had my vehicle riding smooth like brand new

Won t be back to this location. The workers don t seem to care much and I just got two tires replaced and have had nothing but problems. 4th time coming back for a problem with a brand new tire. Having to fill my air every few days and they say there s nothing wrong

Both of my daughters have brought their cars here and both times I've had to bring them back the next day because the tires were flat, the first time he fixed it no problem, second time was told I had to drop it off, after paying over $400 for 2 tires I have to wait, I don't think so! They will take advantage of you if you don't know what's going on and they don't take pride in their work. I'll not return to a tire discounters.

Love this place man! The guys at this shop know how to take care of you. Short story long I slid into a curb on New Year s Eve during the snowstorm and jacked up my alignment and frame. Knowing I was going to have to come out of pocket for the other work that needed to be done they fixed the frame and bent it back together for FREE! Seems like a fair trade to me. I'll be back next week for both of my front struts. Thank yawl for coming through for me!

This place doesn t know how to communicate with customers. Came in with a scheduled appointment for tire rotation at 10 told them right when I got there I had to be back to work at 123:30 they didn t have my car taken back by noon No communication that that they were running late. The rude customer service guy said at 11 when I went up to the counter to ask about my car I can t make the guys back there work I don t know what they are doing out there. I had to leave without my tires being rotated to get back to work on time. They should ve been upfront about being behind and rescheduled me right from the beginning. Why even make appointments if they can t keep them. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied.

I have used this tire discounters for several years. I believe they have great deals and perks like free alignment, tire rotation and balance and if you pay a little extra you get free roadside assistance in any state. The staff is always friendly. The reason I am giving them a 4 star rating is because the amount of time it takes for them to perform their services even when you have an appointment. Maybe they're over booking? Not sure. I made an appointment for my tire rotation and balance at two pm dropped my vehicle off at 12pm. I had to call to check to see if it was finished at four pm. They were just getting to my vehicle and asked me to wait another 20 minutes before arriving to pick my vehicle back up. Needless to say they had my vehicle all afternoon just to rotate and balance my tires. I would love to see improvement in this area! I will still continue to use them as there is always room for improvement anywhere you go! Thank you tire discounters for your friendly staff and great deals on new tires!

Not a good experience. Customer service is lacking at this location. The manager admitted that they have no manager training. I had a scheduled appointment but after I saw how things were run, I took my keys back and got out of there. This location just lost a customer who has spent thousands there. Do better TD.

Classic bait and switch, not to mention a completely useless online experience that gives inaccurate pricing and still requires you to call them and provide all the information again to actually schedule an appointment. Save yourself the headache and just go to Discount Tire where you get honest pricing and a true online scheduling experience and 100% accurate pricing info.

My wife always says that repair shops try to take advantage of her as a woman that don't know about car repairs. I always thought she was exaggerating.These guys make me believe it.She went there with a nail in a tire. They wouldn't even come out and look at it they just told her to make an appointment and come back in a week. Since it wasn't losing air I let it wait the week and we took the car back this morning. It's out there for half the day and they forgot all about it. Then we called to find out about it. The manager goes out to look at it and after about a minute and he says it's not repairable nothing they can do. It would have been nice if they had said that to my wife when she walked in a week ago.I might need new tires but I'm definitely not going to give them my business.

Tonight my daughter had a flat near this shop and realized that she didn t have a rim key. I got there five minutes before they closed to see if they would be able to get the tire off to get the spare on. They got the tire off in minutes and had us in the way. I asked how much I owed and he said nothing. They are awesome!!!!!
