My 2017 Camry Looking like new again ! I was in my first ever accident and had no idea what I needed to do. This shop not only helped with the repairs but getting me into a rental while they fixed my car, and then took care of it all with insurance too. regarding both repairs and the rental I needed to be able to work. . Couldn t have been easier and I appreciate All the help making this first accident easy peasy.The office checked in often and always answered my call when I had a question and I picked it up when promised . Guys not only did my car get fixed the outside and the inside looks cleaner than it has in some years. Thanks !

They did an amazing job! My car looks like I just bought it. They even cleaned the inside. I had a longer wait time due it being a Mercedes parts took longer ect. But owner compensated me for my wait and I m extremely happy with work they did! Owner is very professional every employee I spoke with was very nice an helpful. I definitely recommend this company. My services are with warranty and my paint looks amazing Thank everyone of you who took great care of me

Front office staff was really awesome. The repair was 7out of 10. Just had a bumper cover replaced and painted and it looks fine but some of the edges don't look finished. I think they might have rushed the prep.Based on a few experiences with Straightline I would take my car there again.

Had my car taken here after it was in an accident as they work with my insurance company (Progressive). Staff is very friendly professional, reliable, and helpful. My insurance company dragged their feet, but Straightline did not. Any time I called they gave answers and kept their word. For example, if they said they would call back by X day/time, they did.

Straighline went above and beyond my expectations! I seriously wanted to cry when I seen the finished product. Dennis and the team did an amazing job!I appreciated the updates given by Ms. Vicky and the guidance regarding the rental.They washed my car and vacuumed and they even fixed something on my seat that was loose. I literally just noticed it after having my car back for two days! Lol I m a very satisfied customer Service: Body & Trim

Straightline Auto Body was my first ever experience in needing auto body work so I was very nervous going in and leaving my car in someone else s hands after a older gentleman had hit me (he was at fault). It was a new experience dealing with their insurance, finding someplace to take my vehicle and also making sure I was doing everything I needed to so that my vehicle was being taken care of and repaired properly. Skyler was an absolute pleasure in the office and I appreciate her walking me through the process of getting everything taken care of. Initially I was dissatisfied with the work that was done on my car due to some visible issues so I called and spoke with Mike about what happened. He apologized and appeared genuinely concerned about my issue and wanted to make it right. Mike, if you re reading this review I truly appreciate your honesty and empathy with my situation and taking ownership of the issue. My car came back the second time beautiful, clean and and perfect. My car s headed to the detailer here soon to make her inside match her beautiful outside. Thank you, Mike and Skyler for making my experience a good one!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my 2010 scion tc there to get a fender replaced and painted. They were friendly and willing to help the vehicle looks like it did the day I purchased it. Their customer service was excellent and their work was professional.

. I recently retrieved my car from Straightline Auto Body after they had my car for repair. My 2014 Chevy Cruze was hit by a 2015 Doge Ram pick up while I was in Chicago. Mike and his staff took very good care of me and my car looks AMAZING. They even went as far to detail my car. Let me just say, my car had been hit by another guy in a parking lot and I had my car at another shop that actually put the wrong bumper back on my car and even went as far as to drill holes in the bumper to connect it to the car with bolts instead of buying the clips/fastener/snaps (whatever you want to call it) to repair it correctly. Mike brought this to my attention and even went the extra mile to get the CORRECT GM bumper for my car. He dealt directly with my insurance company and honestly, the only job I had was to wait. Wish I could show you the picture here. FANTASTIC SERVICE and FANTASTIC WORK!!! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THEM FOR WORK IN THE FUTURE !! My suggestion... ABSOLUTELY NO BETTER PLACE TO DO HONEST WORK FOR YOU!!! THANKS MIKE!!!!

They were quick to get my vehicle in the shop & get my estimate done. Quick to call & let me know my cost and everything that they had to do, as well as what day it would be complete. They were done on the day that they said they would be. Very friendly both times I entered the shop. & My vehicle looks as good as new! Thank you Straight Line!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We worked with them out of necessity (car was stolen and had damage) but we would choose to work with them in the future. Such a nice team and they did great work

I had some damage to my Honda which had rusted. I went to several body shops for quotes for the repairs. My friend's husband recommended Straight Line. I stopped in that same day. The quote was the best rate I'd received and I agreed to get the work done. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! No rust, dent, NOTHING! I highly recommend Straight Line and will tell people I know to check them out.

I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the service I received from StraightLine Auto Body. My 2014 Dodge Dart was extremely damaged when a woman ran a red Light at Hamilton and Refugee and smashed the whole left side of my car. I was referred to StraightLine by my cousin and I'm lucky I took his advice. When I had my car towed to their shop I met with Mike Kraft, the owner, and he explained exactly what the repairs would consist of, how long he expected them to take, and he ensured me that he would use original parts from Dodge, instead of after market crap, regardless of whether or not my insurance company would pay for them. I stopped in every couple days to see the progress, and Mike and his staff treated me like one of their own. My car was severely damaged, but Mike and his A-team had it done in a week. When I came to pick it up, it looked better than it did the day I bought it. Every thing they fixed was flawless. The tires were shiny, they waxed the whole car, and even detailed my interior. I was completely blown away by the quality of the repair and the professionalism of the people. Do yourself a favor. Take your car to StraightLine.

Where do I start.....getting into an accident sucks and this was my first (hopefully only one ever) and these guys made the bad experience bearable. On December 11th, another driver ran a red light and hit my car. I had my car towed to this shop. When I called to check on my vehicle, I was kept up to date on the progress. It did take longer than I was hoping, but that is no fault to them. My accident was during the holidays, so parts were delivered late. Mike and Shawn really went above and beyond for me. After installing all my parts and testing everything to make sure it was running in perfect condition, the after market part that my insurance approved was flawed. Mike went ahead and rush delivered an oem part for me. When that was complete and fixed, he noticed that my after market bumper was also flawed and this needed to be fixed too. Mike knew that my insurance was no longer going to pay for my rental and offered multiple times that he would pay for my rental cost, because he wanted the car to be perfect and understood that I needed transportation. Thankfully the car was ready on the last day of my rental and he stayed open well after business hours so I could pick up my car. When I drove it home, the engine started to overheat and I was worried that it would have to go back to the shop. Since it was late, my husband just followed me home and advised that i call in the morning. When morning came and i was heading the 3 miles to work, i called the shop to advise of the issue. I thought i would just bring it back on my day off. However, to my happy surprise, Mike rushed out to my work, fixed the issue and even tested it out to verify it was working properly. There was an air bubble in my coolant line and when i hit the freeway, it released and was acting like i had no coolant. My car runs perfectly and i am so happy that i came to this shop. If i ever need to get work done on my car, this is where i will go and recommend them to friends and family. Mike and shawn were amazing and i am thankful my claims adjuster recommended them to me.

hap a car accident two months after getting my new car. It looked like an accordion. After Mike Kraft and his staff got through with me it looked like it did right off the showroom floor. They are great and was treated very well. Very nice organization and would highly recommend them.

I have had my car at Straightline Autobody two separate occasions lately and I have to say they are a stand up operation. Mike does an exceptional job. He is very professional. My car looks grreat and he even detailed it for me. I recommend him highly.

Progressive sent my car here after one of their customers ran into the back of my car. After 2 days with this shop my car ceased to run. They of course wanted me to send it next door to their buddies to look at to which I said absolutely not. I had it towed to firestone to find out there is $1400 worth of repairs suddenly needed for my engine sensors and fuel lines. My car had no issues before leaving it with Straightline. I will be getting an attorney involved. This place is a total scam!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Mike Kraft (Owner) after someone hit my 2012 Dodge Charger RT. The front end was badly damaged and I knew it was never going to be the same but I never expected the odd behavior that Mr. Kraft exhibited when I questioned the distance between the tire and front fender in relation to the other side non damaged side and some other miscellaneous scratches. Me and my wife sat down with him to discuss these issues and he started going crazy saying it was a good repair and that he was going to tear the entire repair down and put crap parts on it and that he is very rich. Honestly I would have overlooked all that but some other things really bothered me for one I asked to keep all the parts because I have the exact same engine in my truck. My insurance paid for them why didn't he keep them? He told me he would but when I asked for them they were somehow missing....I doubt an $800 headlight goes missing Mike! The other major problem is that his Angies list profile is a complete lie! It states that the customer will get a 10% rebate to help claimants recover deprecation loss. I had to fight tooth and nail to get any kind of rebate and it definitely did not come to 10%. Last and final issue was that he returned my car to me with a missing rubber piece that keeps the hood from rattling and after repeated attempts to work it out with him I have given up and will just get it myself. Thanks Mike Thanks for making our experience the worst ever and you don't even deserve 1 star.

I was sent to this shop by Progressive after a minor car accident. I was pleased with the repair and everyone I had contact with was very nice and professional. I would recommend to others and would use them again if needed.

Cannot agree to complete work within insurance rental car limit of 30 days and was told to go elsewhere.

Just got my 2011 Buick Lacrosse back from Straightline body shop .The team there was awesome, pleasant and understanding not to mention did a great job on my car ,I will recommend the auto body shop to everyone .Thank you again

Progressive sent our car there , we were told it was not totaled , they called 3 days later and said it was totaled, we decided to keep it as not much was wrong , we get it back in pieces, the parts just thrown on the inside bent up , a lot of missing parts as well I refused the car called them as it was in running condition when they got it that's how I wanted it back , sent it back , they acknowledged that they done more damage but refused to fix it told me to make another claim , they put it back together somewhat found the parts they kept and were trying to sale , they stole all the change had been in our trunk had our jumper cables out they r very unprofessional do not go there !!!!
