Victor and Carla (and their team) do a great job! I ve taken 3 different vehicles there, and 1 of those multiple times. The repairs have always been done in a timely manner (no easy task with parts supply chains still not back to normal) and my expectations have been met or exceeded. If you want it done right at a place you can trust, keep Shawtomotive in mind for all of your vehicle needs, large or small.

We had to take our subaru impreza there for a new valve body and they were accommodating to our schedule and budget and got the job done. Quality customer service and good communication, would recommend them to anyone with a car problem. Especially if you're close to town.

Had a problem with my tire 2 hours before they closed... Called them up and they got me in there same day. Easy fix for them, not so easy for me. And better pricing then the dealer!!!

Victor has worked on my vehicles for years & has always taken great care of me! Shawtomotive is one of the few great companies left that actually care. They treat you as if it s their own family in the vehicle. I couldn t speak more highly about them, They even came to pick my vehicle up while I was at work to work on it. Shawtomotive had great customer service. One they were very informative. Second they were about business. Lastly they were fast and accurate. Thanks to victor at shawtomotive I was able to have heat during this cold winter here in Ohio. We ve been taking our vehicles to Shawtomotive for years. We keep coming back because they are honest, fair and easy to work with. Their prices are great compared with dealership prices and they ve often fixed issues for me that the dealership couldn t figure out. We have a couple older vehicles for the kids to drive and Victor has kept them running smoothly. I needed two different issues diagnosed, power stearing and ignition. Victor got me in door within 24hrs and fixed the same day. After fixing each issue AND a related third, I was out the door at only $500. He could have told me $1000 and I would have believed it.Victor loves what he does and it shows.Please support this local, woman-owned small business.

I first encountered this shop when getting a quote on a work vehicle repair. We couldn't find a better price or time line for repairs and that encouraged me to take my own vehicle there. I make almost all my own repairs but their are some jobs not cut out for the driveway. Victor and his team are honest people who do a good job in a reasonable timeframe. My work van had been misfiring and running rough. My husband recommended this company and I am glad that he did. They got my van in on short notice. It was out of service for just the one day (spark plugs and 1 coil). Prices were reasonable and they also made suggestions for future work to keep me on the road. Van is running smooth now!

Had struck out with three different places who had tried to rip me off. I luckily found this place. They keep you updated every step of the way and make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. The price is very reasonable! I live 25 minutes away from it and it is the only place that my wife and I will take our vehicles from now on.

Victor has been taking care of my family's vehicles for 5 years now, he's always honest about what our needs are and what could wait. Fairly priced, and goes above and beyond expectations with his knowledge and availability in emergency situations.. now that he has his own shop he's been able to expand on how he's able to complete any auto repair imaginable. This is truly a one stop shop...

I can't imagine how well Vic took care of me when my car broke down while traveling home to Michigan. Great communication which is key to me. Quality and timely work. Realistic prices compared to the other local shops. Other shops try to charge dealership prices. Shawtomotive charges reasonable prices with better than dealership quality and detail.Highly recommend!!

Had a mystery oil leak, called, got right in. Diagnosed and serviced quickly. Got car back and two days later something didn't seem right. Turns out a part was bad. They quickly replaced it and made it right. Would highly recommend Shawtomotive!

As an enthusiast, there are very few shops that I would trust to service our cars, and this is one. The latest and greatest tools and technology. Top tier attention to detail. Add a friendly greeting at the front door, a convenient location, and it's hard to beat Shawtomotive.

I had thought that I blew a head gasket, seeing that I was losing oil. Within a week, I was replacing about 3qts. I heard about Shawtomotive and took my Kia in. I told Vic what I recalled happened (any information at all that you can give really does help)! He called me the next day and told me all that it was is a dip stick O-ring!!!! I certainly thought I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars, for a head gasket or other damage. As it turns out, it was a couple dollars, and I got a much needed oil change at a very reasonable cost.Vic and his crew at Shawtomotive is a very honest and credible company. I strongly recommend his company for any work you will need on your car.

Once again Shawtomotive LLC delivers. They've done all my aftermarket body modifications on my Ford Fusion. Today they did my rear window spoiler. Prompt service!!!!

Very professional. They go above and beyond. I had a lot of work done but they worked overtime to get my vehicle done on time for me to have to drive to work the next day.
