From start to finish, shopping for a car at Ricart was a breeze. I have been test driving all over town for the past month, and working with Raphael and the other members of the team was top notch and easy. Raphael was very patient as we drove three different cars, answered all our questions, and even stayed a little late when we had to run home to get our checkbook . I was happy to give my commission money to a salesperson like this, who didn t try to sway or rush our decision in any way.The actual facility was ran like a well oiled machine with tons of other happy customers in the sales area (very busy place on a Saturday!).The icing on the cake is the VIP service program they offer, which can be disbursed over your monthly payments. Only $100 deductible if any electrical parts fail for the next 6 years provides great peace of mind when I m buying a highly advanced car with all the bells and whistles.

Here is my honest and fair review on my recent experience buying a car with this dealership. I had went in needing a new car after getting in an accident, I had already looked online and knew what car I wanted it was just giving it a test drive to make sure the car was working well. Everything went well and I was satisfied with the car so I proceeded with purchasing. The salesman here sure know how to sell you on something, especially if you don't need it. Definitely keep that in mind if you plan on shopping here.My first disappointment was after my test drive I had gotten the car back and there was a massive crack on my windshield that was not there during the test drive. After being there for 5 hours I had no interest in staying longer to resolve the issue. Called back the next day and they hooked me up with a mobile glass repair group and covered all the expenses, almost like they knew it was an issue but thought I wouldn't notice and didn't say anything before handing over the keys. Fast forward to two months later l only put 1,500 miles on it and already have to change my oil and my brakes have begun squeaking. They obviously did no maintenance on the car before giving it to me wether it was to save money or lack of caring either way I'm the one dealing with the consequences now. From my experience I'd say their mechanics are the typical cut corners kinda guys.

I am A two time buyer at Ricart as well as my parents have purchased vehicles there . In July when I went for my routine oil change , I decided to browse the used car lot just for funsies. This is where I became acquainted with Joe. I told Him what i was Interested in and he showed me their selection while driving me around in the golf cart ( it was hot that day ! ) . He was very knowledgeable about the model of car I was interested in and even set me up to test drive one . He was very personable and easy to connect with, all while being professional . I didn t feel pressured to purchase anything and I didn t that day, but walked way with his contact information for when i was Ready . Fast forward two months later my car unexpectedly broke down , i reached Out to Joe knowing i might need a vehicle . He got back to me quickly and got right down to business . He did all the legwork with getting me prequalified in a matter of hours . He expressed his concern about my situation and was working hard to come to a resolution. He was very efficient and transparent about what i needed in order to purchase the one i wanted . He referred me to the new car lot to Andrew since the car I wanted was new . Andrew was also awesome ! I informed him of the situation and he worked diligently to make the purchase happen . He even went a step above and came and picked me up an hour away to come into Ricart and sign papers ! He was super personable and action driven . He showed me all the ins and outs of the vehicle and took his time to explain everything in detail . Not once did I feel schmozed or uncomfortable with the process . I want To express my gratitude for both employees who turned an unfortunate matter into a moment that mattered for my family and I . My car broke down on Wednesday and i had A new one by Sunday. It s outstanding and exceptional employees like Joe and Andrew that will keep me coming back as part of the Ricart Family. Thank you !

Bought a used Lexus there this past Monday. Process was smooth with very little fuss. I never felt pressured and both sales and finance respected my requests. The price of the car was the price listed online, plus tax and a $250 doc fee, so pricing was very transparent.John Thornton in sales answered all of my many questions via phone the Friday before. He unfortunately was out on Monday but I worked with Corey who was very nice. Mark in finance was also great. Buying a whole car is a long process but it was all very straightforward. They let me crawl all over and under the car and take it on a good test drive. I just had it checked out by my own mechanic who said it was in good shape. Only complaint is I have to put new tires on it.Overall I had a positive experience and everyone there was cool. I never felt pressured into anything I wasn t comfortable with, and the car is solid and clean inside.

I was very happy with the service that I received from rabid customs. I had led headlights installed as well as my front windows tinted. The dude that runs the front desk and what looks like all the scheduling and stuff Blake was straight up awesome. He was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. The work that they performed was nothing short of flawless. Only reason I didn t give 5 stars was because it took about another hour and a half to get the work done than what was quoted. But that s ok. Cause I am super happy with the results!

I am very disappointed with the recent experience I encountered during my visit to the Ricart used car dealership. A few weeks ago, I visited Ricart as I was searching for a suitable vehicle.During our initial discussion with the salesperson, I communicated explicitly that, as a student, I preferred to avoid any hard credit checks. My purpose was to obtain normal quotations and ascertain the price range of available vehicles.Despite conveying this preference many times continuously and receiving assurances from the representative that no hard credit checks would be initiated, I was disheartened when I discovered upon returning home that 4 hard credit checks had been conducted. This deviation from our agreed-upon terms is regrettable and does not align with the level of service one expects from a reputable dealership. The representative, who had previously assured me that no credit checks would occur without my explicit consent, failed to uphold this commitment. Furthermore, when I raised my concerns regarding the unauthorized credit checks the following day in the call with the salesperson, the representative had only focused on closing the deal, demonstrating a clear lack of empathy towards my situation and the breach of our initial promise. Subsequently, upon realizing that the deal could not be finalized, the representative shifted the conversation and abruptly concluded the call. Such behavior is not reflective of the professional standards expected from a dealership of Ricart's caliber.

This is the worst car buying experience I ve ever had. 1st they never contacted me to let me know I needed to resign my loan (it was a day before my payment was due when I decided to show up and was told that surprise). Then, to add insult to injury, they send the title papers and all other important documents to the wrong place and in the wrong name. Now I have to go back a 3rd time to pick it up assuming I get a call back which I NEVER do. My temp plate expires today. I DO NOT recommend and I feel so willfully disregarded.

I will start off by saying Amy Ingram was polite and pleasant. That's about where the good ends. I was unable to get an answer to a very easy question (what's the price?) about a vehicle they were advertising for sale, William Menjivar was especially unprofessional in his response to me when I voiced my frustration about this shortcoming.

I want to thank both Aaron and Joseul for working with me on my car deal. I know it can be hard especially when you have a car that has negative equity and trying to get something within your payment range. They both worked very hard to ensure that I m satisfied with the deal I walked out with today, they did not pressure me unlike other dealerships, because they actually tried to help me and today was a successful approach. Again I want to thank the both of them for helping me get to where I m satisfied. Thank You!

I bought a car about a year ago and it s an okay car they put tires on and more which an other dealership would have done. These are some of the worst tires I have had ever because I have had about 6 slow leaks since I bought them I was supposed to get a spare key and whenever I called I kept getting run into circles no nobody would give me a straight answer.Would I buy a car again? Probably not! If they tell you they can do something for you, get it in writing, heck maybe even notarized because they seem like the type to tell you that you forged it!Never got my spare key they told me I would get. Drive a little longer and go to a different dealership! You will have better experiences there, they won't treat you as anything less and overall you will feel like a humanOverall, don t waste your time here! Someone wrote that a manager will get back to you based on this review! It s a lie, they don t care. And don t do business with someone who does not care. I never got I call and they will never call you. I called them and got a rude response and I was very respectful and understanding when I spoke with them! Still no response, I emailed, only a bot reached back out not even a person. Just don t wait your time here! I might start talking to lawyers to see if there is some thing here in one last attempt!

0 stars. Horrible first time car buying experience. manager asking what s the baddest car we ve ever driven, when asking questions about a specific vehicle to test drive to compare to another model and said it s too much to handle . manager did not take the time to talk to customers and form a relationship and based on appearance, discriminated against customer to test drive the vehicle although being pre approved and cash on hand with ability to purchase day of.

Rabid Customs has done a few things for my trucks over the years. Always professional and top notch quality! Why I continue to refer others and stay a loyal customer.

We have tried to get a used car from them twice the first time we had a trade in and they said they couldn t help us we have to get a new car. So dumb us we got a 2023 car with a high payment. Now we are trying to get a second used car. No only have they ran our credit so much but they tell us they can help then never call we always have to call them. Last night they said we got approved, never heard from them today. My husband called and instead of someone answer the dude texted saying his job time wasn t enough. This company is not professional at all and lacks when it comes to call backs or trying to help!

They definitely are "not dealin" like they say in their ad. I'm shopping a car and I'm looking out of town but saw that they had a very similar car on the lot (slightly lower trim package), but was priced a few thousand more than about 8 other similar vehicles that were also listed within 200 miles of me. Figured I would call about seeing if they would be able to move closer to the price that was listed for similar vehicles in the area. When I reached out to them, I was told "no they aren't going to budge on that price, good luck buddy". The dialogue was terse and incredibly unprofessional. While I have had many dealerships tell me that their price on a listed car was firm, the tone at which the person on the phone talked with me lacked tact or courtesy that I'd expect from someone working in sales. The almost seemed like they didn't have interest in having the conversation with me, and I've happily taken my business elsewhere.

I bought my vehicle from Ricart last year and had a wonderful experience with our salesperson. It was the best experience from beginning to end. I took my daughter there today for her to purchase her first newer vehicle. We had the worst salesman, Matthew Peters. He was busy running around from us to another buyer. We didn t have his undivided attention, as we should ve. This was her first time buying a car from a dealer. The vehicle my daughter was interested in was brought up for her to test drive and it was dirty. They said it had been detailed but it definitely wasn t. There were stains on the seats that were not coming out and rust on the rotors. We told him that the price was too high with the things she wasn t happy about. He said the price online is the price and they couldn t lower it. Then he said he had another vehicle similar that he could show us. She saw that one and when she went to test drive it, he told her the first few times she braked there would be noise because of the rotors and it not being drove in a while. And he told us it wasn t listed on the website for some reason. After that, he came to ask which one she wanted. Mind you, he had been seeing multiple clients and not giving us the attention we deserved. We told him for the price, she wasn t comfortable with either one. He said he would go talk to his manager and see if they could lower the price. About 10 mins later his manager came over and said that Matthew was tied up and didn t want us to wait. He asked if there was anything he could do. My daughter told him that both vehicles were priced too high for that they looked like. He told her the price listed online was final and they couldn t change it at all. I know that s a lie because they did mine when I bought it last January. He asked her if she was interested in looking at any other vehicles. She told him she would be interested if he had any to show her that was similar and the price she needed. I told him she is a single mother, and knows how much she can afford to pay monthly. She had already been approved for financing with Kemba for a low interest rate. I told him she had another vehicle she was interested in that was located at a dealership in Marysville and we would go there if he didn t have anything or couldn t work with her. He said that was fine, he didn t want her to buy something just because. He went and found only 1 vehicle that he could show her. He told her if she didn t like it, then it was fine and she didn t have to buy anything from them today and they would always be there. She looked at the car and didn t like it. So we were there all that time, ignored most of it and they didn t help get her into a car she wanted and could afford. She is buying the other car at Honda Marysville. I was highly disappointed with the whole experience. I wish it would ve been a better experience but it was definitely a valuable lesson for her, not settling for anything just to have it, but to get what she wanted and could afford.

Had a great experience at Ricart when searching for cars. Didn t end up purchasing one from there, but Dustin and everyone else that helped us were great. We were able to test drive a few different cars and never felt pressured into making a decision on the spot. We will definitely stop at Ricart during our next car search.

Soooo I waited 3 months to write a review just to see how things would go and I can say I would never recommend this company to anyone. They gave me a 2019 Jeep. That had problems a month after me recieveing it. First the head light went out. Then, I get an error message saying coolant temperature too high. Then, I take it to services and then they give me a run around on when I need to make a payment. I have only had the car 3 months and warranty covers basically nothing. Why?????? after 3 monthsAm I paying $1700 to fix problems on a car I just received?????? that is truly dissapointing and crooked.

Never even got to buy the car. Salesman had me fill out a credit application AFTER the car was sold to another person. He apparently didn't even know it had sold until like 6 hours later. Now I get a ding on my credit report and don't even have the car to show for it.They have a huge selection, but also a huge organization that obviously can't communicate effectively. If you are ready to walk in and literally sit in the car so they don't sell it out from under you it may be ok, but definitely not worth trying to work with them from a distance.Edit: the car that was sold out from under me showed up on the website the next day for $800 cheaper. I called and talked to a manager. He told me it was sold, but told me a different time for the sale than the sales rep did. He had no explanation for why it was on the website or why it had a lower price. Apparently nobody knows what cars they have, when they sell them, or who is working on selling it.Again: they appear to be too big to know what is going on in their organization, make sure you stay with the vehicle until you take it home.

Drove 6.5hrs from Carolinas to buy a $70K+ 2022 F250 that had been sitting on the lot for 74 days - they and refused to move a penny on it (they said after 100 days an employee could get a discount on it so it was a waiting game). Wrote to the owner on the terrible customer experience since they didn't even want to take a deposit to hold it until i got there (finally at least did that), never received a response from anyone. Got there and had to wait for paperwork (they had 6.5hrs to prepare) and they could not even fill up the tank or even wash or prep it for delivery!! It's like they don't want to sell cars and you are bothering them, so rude! Spend all that money and can't fill the tank and clean it for delivery?? Come on...

They have sold me a wrecked car and refuse to do anything about it. I purchased a car a couple days ago with 1 owner and a clean carfax, sounds like a good deal right? Wrong. Just to my surprise in the sunlight (I purchased it at night) I see a bad paint repair with cracks and paint all over the seals. In the doors and all over the window. I go in and tell them what's going on just to be told "We trust our techs, they looked it over and it's all good." I went to school for auto body and I've done many repairs I even had an independent shop look at it. I guarantee you it's not all good. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Ricart unless you'd like to take the risk of purchasing a death trap.

Carlos was very very helpful finding just the right fit for us. Aaron also went above and beyond for my fiance and I. We just had a baby and were looking for a very specific car to fit the needs of our new family and Carlos and Aaron made that happen for us! We are so very grateful!

Greg was great! I live an hour and a half away so I called before I went. He took my app over the phone. I told him my situation and what I needed and he and his team got me approved for a car before I got there. I called Wednesday night after work. Drive off the lot Thursday night! He is one of the best car sales man I have met. Respectable guy, Did not pressure me about anything and is high energy so he s fun to work with! Definitely not a sales ie type of sales men that people dispute. Thanks Greg! You Rock!

If I could give zero star, I would. I didn't think these people were worth the review, but I want to make buyers aware. They over promised the world to me and did not deliver. I brought all cash to the table. I drove all the way from NC to buy the vehicle. They did not have their information together. I almost walked out of the deal because of it. But I fell in love with the car and was stranded with my daughter without a car. Hence, I drove a rental one way. The salesman told me one thing and the finance woman told me another. The finance woman was a bit arrogant, and her demeanor was low. After the purchase, they totally dumped me and didn't have any care in dealing with me. I was professional and courteous through the whole process. The seemingly oriental salesman lacked a lot of knowledge, and the manager didn't care if he provided wrongful information. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place.

Great vehicle selection of both new and used vehicles. Customer service was the best and completely hassle free. We bought a used dodge Challenger at a great price. We plan on returning to buy a used Subaru soon.

Worst car buying experience of my life. Incredibly unprofessional. The man that helped us finalize our loan used incredibly vulgar language and made a multitude sexualually explicit jokes. After a week of ownership the vehicle began experiencing issues. Called multiple times for assistance. It has now been 7 weeks with no resolution. I will never return or refer anyone here.

I called 3 times and sent an email asking about my extended warranty. Every call I was passed off to someone else and the phone only rang. One said the finance person I dealt with wasn't in but would get someone else, the next sent me to a totally different department, the last said hed run my info to the finance department and theyd call back. Hours later no call.I finally get someone to text me based off my email but no answers. Someone else finally text my husband, not me, with a very vague answer. Still didn't know what I needed to do to get information on my warranty. Was told someone would be in touch. Finally figured it myself. Customer service is an absolute joke. And unfortunately this isn't the first time I've dealt with their customer service

We are greatly disappointed at the car that you sold us with a host of problems which were obviously not visible in the report you gave us. We bought the car from you in late August and by Oct, the coolant was completely drained out and we found a leak in the pipe. It cost us close to $500 to replace that. And then in late October, the car just stopped running. My wife contacted your dealership several times and spoke to a guy who speaks Spanish. He just kept saying we did not take the after sales option and avoided her calls. We don't know what the problem is and how much it would cost us to fix it. Never have I bought a car from someone who has no ethics and moral obligation. We are gutted by this. How can you make it right for us is the question? The car is currently with a mechanic and he is looking at what the damage is.It is appalling how you could sell a car which can fail within a 2 month period after we ended coughing up over 11K. That totally negates any trust that I had in your dealership. Bad business practices. Its own service department identified problems worth $2000 plus.

We brought in a car we purchased from Ricart for a diagnostic check. Since we did buy it there we assumed they would know it was a diesel. They performed the test, then told us they couldn t work on it because it was a diesel. So they basically took $150 and did nothing. I wasn t very happy. Luckily the cashier was good at her job and I knew it wasn t her fault. But all together I m not happy.
