This review is for Hannah the cashier or whatever her role is. She needs customer service training. Because of her I will not be back to that location. One key to customer service is acknowledging the customer and thanking them. She did not do either one and had an attitude when I asked to be cashed out. She wanted to remain in a conversation with another customer and the agent. Do better

Do NOT get work done here. Went to get simple service done, they seemed trustworthy until they tried to charge me $2700 for work that was not all necessary. Completely took advantage of me and tried to lie to my face about the severity of multiple issues (I got multiple opinions to verify). I was able to get the same fixes done for half of that price. They also had already been in the process of my oil change when I denied the rest of their services, and immediately after my check engine light turned on and now I am having starting problems which has never happened before. Don t know if they messed it up on purpose but I wouldn t be surprised. They told me to bring it back to look into the issue but I am never trusting my vehicle back there again, will be taking it somewhere else to get checked out.

I went to the car wash and was impressed that there was a que of two cars ahead of me. I didn't know how busy it would be knowing that Moo Moo carwash is nearby.As far as how well it wash my vehicle, I'd say it was a nice wash considering it is free for most that get a vehicle through Ricart. I'll add photos of me vehicle after the wash. You can see some stuff missed.

Ricart does not explain any warranties to you, and never fails it is never covered by warranty. Convenient.They have horrible customer service, we bought 2 cars in one day from them and it took 2 months for them to get the financing fixed because they said they had sent the paperwork to another bank. Really?? I called 10 times to see who I paid my payment to and they kept blowing me off.We thought going to a big name, been around forever car lot would be the best place to go to trade and buy cars. We were wrong. Husbands truck had to have over 500 dollars in work 4 months after he bought it, and when Ricart gave him a quote on fixing it, they put things on there it was not time to change for another 20,000 miles. They tried to charge over 2000 dollars. But with the warranty we got, you can fix it yourself and nobody told us that.Buyer beware. I can t say what the new car side is like or act but the used car side is horrible!!!! Don t do it.You will regret it. Look up the BBB reports they have on them! It is a lot!!!!Make sure to look into what car lot you go to. Look at all the reviews. If someone is complaining more than once about something it is probably trueRicart also will not have anyone other than service managers call you. I asked for a higher person to speak with about my payment and either that person just blew me off, or they did not tell him.

Was highly disappointed that I had to return several weeks later after having The Works Oil Change .. The window washer fluid wasn't filled and then the low tire light came on for 2 tires!Was told that sometimes they get so busy and things might get overlooked! And they wouldn't be changing for this service! SERIOUSLY

Communication is off they never call back they ignore your questions only few are nice when I call to ask questions about a package they sold me and I know nothing about first time buyer and I ll never buy another car from here again . They charge you a arm and a leg when it s all said and done and they don t tell you until the end of the sell they added a pro tech package then when you try to use it you have pro tech and Richard telling you 5 different stories they want your money but not to actually use the pro tech pro tech and ricart work together both was unprofessional and I didn t get my questions answered had to figure it out on my own . I ll be looking for somewhere else to go to trade this thing in .

I bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade (Calligraphy) 2/2021. The Crome strip has come off on both sides. I have drove my car there (over60miles) for service and repair. The chrome piece when it came off scratched the car through the clear coat. Their solution if we send to the body shop it will show up on your car fax and depreciate the value of the car . They are done with us, we have already purchased the car, we are of no value to them now. Nobody there would listen. I have tried to call and speak to managers and I never get anyone that cares. My first and last car purchase from Ricart. You are just a body, HORRIBLE customer service. Even after they talked me into every extended warranty that I m sure will be an absolute hassle to use should I need it. Coughlin Hyundai in Heath will be the only Hyundai dealer I will deal with in the future. They act like they care on social media, don t be fooled!!

This was the worst experience we had with service. I miss Paul Shoemaker. He always treated customers with care. Our car we spotted outside parked and ready to go. No one called to tell us our vehicle was ready. 29 mins. Later we asked and they said if not called its probably in "paperwork stage". We actually saw the girl we spoke with go get keys/paperwork and then 10 mins later said ready. Nobody came with paperwork to go over issues or service. All I can say is Mr. Shoemaker always made us feel important if only free vip oil changes and sent texts when ready. He went above and beyond in my opinion. This new crew is disappointing at best. Very down hill. We are thinking of buying a new car. But hesitate to do so if this is new customer service standard.

Update - As per most of the other review who have bad sevice, I was never contacted by a manager (don't need to be contacted now - thanks). a technician did reach out with their 3rd different recommendation to fix the same/different problem. Was reached out to for a 4th different reccomendaiton and had enough and went and got my car. It took them 20 min to find where they had left the car but that seemd on par. Save yourself time and money and go to Germain Hyundai or an independent service mechanic.I don't normally rate places and I don't know who was having good fortune with service, BUT I would avoid the Hyundai service group at all costs. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and have not been able to speak to anyone who knows the status of my car since. I have called no less than 20 times. It's a bad sign when the general service operator has to answer the call after the phone ringing for minutes and says, "oh you're trying to get a hold of the hyundai service guys? I'm sorry but I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days as well." Terrible service.

Like all places there is good and bad. The good things were they gave me a rental and charged me nothing, and even though we got off on the wrong foot the service manager Paul really tried to help. Paul was good in trying to bring the price down and working with me on time. The bad it took longer than expected, the price was over the top and I've been told by a couple mechanics that the price I paid was way to much. Their texting system has a lot of bugs and in my personal experience people respond better if you call and tell them immediately what is wrong with their vehicle. They told me the would change the oil and rotate the tires I don't think they did. Not saying I will never go there again but I think it will be my contingency stop not my regular mechanic and I will expect that the price will be extreme.

They charge $175 per hour for LABOR!!! let's start with that...other dealerships...$125/hour labor. There's no way they offer that quality of service. Don't go here whatever you do!!! They up charge the price of the parts being replaced by 50%. They overcharge for labor per hour and I was told it was a 1-2 hour job (by mechanic stamdards) and they were charging me 4 hours of labor. they are thiefs in the day. Btw I pointed out how many employees didn't wear their mask when a sign on the door says "mask required." Foolish company!UPDATE!!!!After research...I found a certified machinac that did exactly what I needed done. I paid under $500 (466) for what I was quoted $1200 for at richart. It was not even a personal machinac it was a certified machinac from a national business chain who charged $50/hour of labor unlike Richart $175/hr for labor. The part itself was around $350. This place is undoubtedly a RIP OFF!!!! They may do good work but they are ripping off customer after customer. Please shop around and don't even go here for any issue with your car. Unsafe and way overpriced!!!!

A woman that works Ricart Automotive told me she would help me get my car towed because it had to be towed for the 3rd time in less than a month after being worked on twice by them already. Each tow bill costing over 700 dollars mind you.So this woman who knew how frustrated I was said we will cover this tow for you have the tow company bring us the bill. I thanked her and did just that.I go to pick up my rental from Ricart Ford that said woman said they could have covered for me as well (have had no issues with this) and leave.Pine Tree Towing gives me a call and says that Ricart no longer wants to pay the bill and that they are sorry and ask if I would like it taken back to my house free of charge (great company)I get back on the phone with Ricart and speak with Mark Reed who tells me 700 dollars is too much for a tow bill and that is ridiculous. I said I know I've paid it twice which is why I though it was nice when your company said they would cover this. Mark Reed and I argue and exchange heated words he says this is not how he does business I agree that's not how a business should be ran. He agrees to pay the bill ( so I thought) and we go on.Fast forward to today my car is still in the shop that is neither here nor there you would think a car would be fixed the first time but hey who am I. But when I was in there Making a scene because yes I was I am not innocent in trying to get my engine paid for. Mr Mark Reed informed me that the company did not pay for my tow. But his employee did. He stated he had it taken out of her check. The one who so kindly helped me get my car towed for the third time in less than a month. To cover my over 700 tow bill.So is that how you do business Mr. Reed? How respectful of you.

I've been a Ricart customer since 2002, but that all ends now. Took my Nissan in for service for an engine misfire/timing issue, originally diagnosed by my mechanic who didn't have the ability to work on some timing issues, so he recommended I take it to a dealer. Dropped the car off at Ricart service and explained what the car was doing. After a few days they came back and said it was a faulty catalytic converter, which they replaced. When I picked up the car it was doing the same exact thing as before, but they said it was running fine. Took it back to my mechanic, who said they would troubleshoot. They replaced 2 timing sensors and all the issues went away. Complained to Ricart about not diagnosing the problem correctly and after waiting for 2 months for a response basically told me to F off. Will never deal with Ricart again, and will steer friends and family away from dealing with them as well. Shoddy service IMHO.

Would like personal customer service. It use to really good there but not anymore. I sit and wait for my car and instead of someone coming and talking to me about service on my car I get a text message. Also had recall on my car which I called about after I got text from car fax . Was told Paul would call me back . But he didn't and nobody else did either . So I had an extra wait for my car. I got better customer service at Jiffy lube when I took it there for my last oil change. Really disappointed with Ricart. Guess they have grown so much that they don't have time for loyal customers. Don't expect I will hear from anyone. I never do . But that's how I feel after my visit today.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Went in to the service center to have a new key fob made and programmed. They called and said it was ready and when I arrived the fob did not work. I waited an additional 2 hours for them to try to program it and during this time the tech broke the ignition lock cylinder, but told me this part was worn and I would have to pay to replace it. They informed me that they got it back together, and I would need to schedule a time to replace the ignition cylinder. I drove the car home, and when I pulled the key out of the ignition, the whole tumbler came out with the key. I called back to express my concern because I did not experience this prior to them working on it, and the service manager refused to fix the damage that they caused. This is the worst service center that I have ever used. They have zero integrity and are not truthful with their customers. If you need a Ford service center, use one other than Ricart.

The service was great!! There was no wait and the staff was very friendly. After the service, a technician actually spent some time explaining some of the new features on my car with me. The manual did not relate to my specific model so some of the options were not in the book. He did a very good job explaining some of the features. I will definitely use Ricart service in the future. The Ricart service department is top notch! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They got me in for an appointment two months before the other dealerships that we called would ve been able to. Additionally, they had the broken part on hand and were able to install it the same day as my appointment. I just bought a brand new truck for work from Ricart, new customer. Took my Camaro in for an oil change at the same location. They messed with my car...oil is coming out of my exhaust. My back cameras are on the Fritz. My Camaro is no longer running smooth. I will never give them my business again.

Showed up at 9 am as scheduled for window tint to find out I wasn t entered into the schedule (50 mile drive). They did go ahead and take me. I waited as they tinted the entire car which was almost 3 hours later. I got in my car and found my battery light was on with a message on my dash lights indicating my battery had been drained basically as the key was left on while working with the power windows. When my key is on the headlamps stay on, the 2 inside dome lamps, dash, stereo, a/c and more all automatically stay powered on. Obviously the genius tinting the windows didn t ever think to start the car to let the battery charge every so often. So for 3 hours I leave my car run burning premium gas in fear of shutting it off and it not restarting and being late for work. I call them and they deny all this by the way which I find very unprofessional as it s quite clear what happened. To top matters the back window tint is hanging off where it never stuck at the top. I tried to call them but they must be avoiding my phone calls and messages. Ricart you owe me a battery, and a professional tint job, and a phone call back with a better attitude.

Ricart service center was able to service my car the same day and wrapped up the regular maintenance and check engine issue within two hours. They also called me an Uber to return home while the work was being completed. If I could leave 10 stars out of 5 I would. Used car repair and Customer Service went above and beyond. Definitely recommend Ricart for anyone looking to purchase a new/used car and their repair. Ricart has a lifetime customer with me nowEDIT: I take back what I said. What i thought was great serviceto only be back with the same problem. Their fix only lasted about 7-8 months and broke again. I would get a second look at your car before taking it into Ricart. They're dealing is only one sided.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had a positive experience buying our car at Ricart several years ago and have driven across the city just to experience their fantastic service department. We trust them to do it well. It s always efficient. We had to wait only once, and it wasn t long. Plus we enjoyed downright delicious goodies in the clean spacious waiting area. I normally don't write bad reviews, but you sent out link asking for reviews, so here it is. I scheduled my appointment on line over a week ago. When I arrived ten minutes early, around 1:30, my service rep informed me that it would take about an hour and 20 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation. I told her I planned on waiting and she walked me to the waiting room. I heard nothing more... At all. At 3:50, I finally went to the check out to see if my car was going to be done soon and they said they would check with my service rep. I sat back down and waited another few minutes and my service rep came in with my paperwork. She went over it with me and said I was ready to go. She never even said "sorry for the wait". In fact, nobody did. Nobody said they were running behind. If I hadn't asked about my car, I'm not sure how long it might have taken to get it back. The very nice lady at the check out did offer me the explanation that sometimes they get walk-ins and offered me a small credit towards my next visit. I didn't get out of there until 4:05 for a 1:40 appointment for an oil change. Why bother with appointments at all.Service: Oil change

I had an oil change/tire rotation/car wash at 8am. I was first one in. The customer service was excellent dropping off and picking up. The whole process took about an hour and a half, just as I was told. We went and ate breakfast. The two gentlemen I dealt with were excellent, even though I saw them dealing with a customer who was being alittle nasty with them. They came over to me with a smile and took care of my transaction and such. I told them to keep smiling, and have a great weekend, and they told me to have a great weekend as well. They are two using guys doing the best they can in a time when people think that its okay to say whatever they want. And they did it in a very professional way. I totally recommend Ricart, especially with employees like these two gentlemen. 5 STARS!!! Service: Auto maintenance

Service staff is always friendly and helpful and will review the assignments before executing. It did take an hour longer than expected to do the two services requested.
