Very unprofessional sales person with very bad judgment. This guy gave me offer for the car with zero discount from what s shown in the online price and try to make it sounds like he had given lots of discount. Then I purpose my number, but after that he was just no deal, thank you so much. Zero effort in making any other offer or discounts. He made it like I was just there to waste my time, and not really to make the purchase. I was there to buy that car if he had made reasonable deal. This is my second time at Ricart, and would not now return there anymore. I only return there because last time it was similar experience, but I knew cars were low inventory during pandemic, and the car I was checking out was not exactly I was looking for. Thus, I tried for my next new car, and now would not go back there again. Get better people Ricart! By the way, I purchase my last car at a different dealer, and purchase higher trim model then I had planned. Beside liking that car, interaction of that sales person, and way of dealing had to do a lot as well.Two bad experience, don t expect my 3rd would be any better.

I brought my car here due to overheating issues and thought it would be a reputable place however, the service I received was atrocious.They did a full diagnostic on the car and found a thermostat issue, and replaced it with the cost being $900. After, because it was still overheating, they ran a simple block test which should have been ran alongside the initial full diagnostic, which came with the result that I actually had a blown head gasket. So the repairs that were done to the thermostat alongside a strut before they even checked the head gasket were done for essentially no reason, with a cost of well over one thousand dollars. They were taking shots in the dark to repair the car which is now unusable.On top of that, the communication was terrible, getting hold of the my repair contact Nina at Ricart was one of the most difficult processes during the situation. I spoke to the service manager about this, in which he said he wasn't sure why it happened and the situation was very uncommon and would look into something and give me a call me back asap. He never called back. They truly don't care here, fair warning take your car anywhere else.PS: They never contact you, even if they reply and say they'll have someone call you.

Sent my car in to get repaired.I was told a week when I dropped it off. It ended up being almost 3. The communication was awful. They wouldn t ever text me back for days and whenever you call they will transfer you and no one will ever answer the phone. Such a terrible experience.When the car was finally done I had it shipped. I was told they couldn t get the inner fender lined up, but that it was barely noticeable and wouldn t affect the car or driving. $5300 later I can barely open the driver door to get in, and by the pictures you can obviously tell that the damage is still noticeable and not repaired.Take your car anywhere else. They don t care about talking to you or communicating honestly. Stay away from Alex Mohler. Scammy work. Again, anywhere else can do better, honest work.

Super fast and easy. I went back and forth with the dealer before going in. I showed up, did a test drive, saw the final numbers and walked out with a new car in about 1.5 hours. Couldn t have been much easier. Will do business with Ricart again. Mike did a great job working through a deal, answering questions and helping me out after purchase.

I would give my service experience a three out of five star . I brought my vehicle in early . The person who brought me in was great , however the service manager who processed me seemed to be more focused on trying to tell me what my car needed versus what it actually did need . I bought my vehicle in November , the first oil change was recommended at 2700 miles . That was a week ago . Brian , my service manager first told me I needed a tire rotation , I declined , next he told me that my vehicle didn t pass the alignment check , he showed me on the board where my car results were supposedly. As he continued to tell me , I advised him my vehicle wasn t even up there . The vehicle he was showing me was four years older than my car . Mine is a 2024!, the one he was showing me was a 2020 just the same color . When I pointed it out he said oh thesethings don t update as quickly as they should , I hate that . Question was for me , shouldn t you make sure you are relaying to the proper vehicle info before you open your mouth ? Wasn t impressed by him but other staff was professional and polite .

Large selection of models and trims to see. I worked with Bill and he was very helpful and not pushy. When Bill was away, everyone else around was checking in with me and seeing if I needed or wanted anything. I was there for about 5 hours but buying a car always takes a long time so I wasn t shocked by that. Just setting the expectation for you. Bring a snack. I m happy with my new vehicle so far! Would recommend Ricart to friends and family.

The entire process was transparent. There were no fake fees and no forced add-ons. Destination and document fees were reasonable. Add-ons were presented as something to choose or decline, with no pressure. All questions were answered directly and without evasion. Great communication and friendly service from everyone I dealt with. The car I wanted wasn't in stock, but Ricart quickly obtained one from out of town for me. The support after my purchase was also excellent, demonstrating and setting up features. Nice follow-up, too, later in the week, to see if I had any questions. This was the smoothest car buying experience I've had.

After a grueling experience at a different Hyandai dealer, we decided to go to Ricart where after 3 new purchases from them, it would have made sense to start there. Our salesperson Kori made the transaction smooth and painless. He was very knowledgeable in his field. The staff were all a pleasure, you could see the amount of respect they have for each other by the way they spoke. They have a wonderful customer service team and I'm so glad I went to Ricart!

Really pleasant experience. Walked away from a lease deal last week (just couldn't make the numbers work, nothing wrong with Ricart aside from some communication jumbling), but was able to come back in this week to talk new numbers on a new-car finance deal and finalize it. (Also worth noting that they offered an additional $500 more than anyone else in town would offer on my lease trade-in allowance.) Got there around around 3:30 to finish negotiating and got home with my new car around 8. Especially thankful for sales rep Bill, sales manager John, and finance manager Janda. Kind people who really seemed to care about their jobs, respected me as a customer, and worked as efficiently as they could. Definitely give Ricart a chance if you're looking to drive off in something new.

Jason Motter was super efficient and such good customer service. Was able to confirm payments over text / email before I drove half an hour to the dealership. Checked in on me often when waiting on other departments. Very efficient and organized! Well knowledge! Ricart and Jason are a great team!

Our vehicle had 2 recalls on it and we were contacted to get them taken care of. Initially went online to book an appointment and when it came time for said appointment after driving to the facility was told it would be a few days still. A rescheduling of my appointment was set a week later than I had expected. Upon dropping the vehicle off on said date I was then told the job would take a couple of days (not couple of hours like previous had been told). A couple of days turned into a little over 9 weeks later. We didnt have a service representative to contact because it changed everytime. We only received text messages every so often and being told our vehicle should be ready about the middle of next week . For 9 weeks this went on. 3 times we had to return to fill out rental agreements because the time would run out. We were offered to have our vehicle detailed and cleaned for us when we picked it up and it was not done. (No big deal but like if you re going to tell somebody you re do it, do it.)The rental department couldn t have been better however. I wish there was a way to split and give them 5 stars for their part. They were helpful and worked with my overnight shift scheduling.

The experience began with using the Ricart online listing to find appropriate pre owned vehicles. I found three that I was interested in but one wasn t available. The salesman, Jason, quickly found the two and allowed us to look them over and drive them. When we started to look at financing, Jason pointed out a current incentive program which could put us in a brand new car for just a little more money. When we crunched the numbers it was obvious the new one made more sense! Throughout the process Jason was kind, patient and helpful.

Still waiting to hear back on if they ordered my arm rest panels. I ve asked every time I ve been in for an oil change and still have no update. The service is slow but when you do get to talk to them they are friendly enough. Great coffee in the waiting room so I don t mind the wait too much. I think this is the new building and it is very clean and well kept. I did call in and ask for a quote for 4 new tires and never got a call back for that. Definitely missed my business on that. Overall, seems pretty standard in the car world.

Malik had thee best customer service I've ever had at a car dealership! He knew his product(the car specs) and If he didn't he was able to look it up or bring in a colleague that was just as nice. He helped install some items on our truck without us asking and that was greatly appreciated! He gets 5 stars and 10 stars IF that was an option too. You and your humble persona would make a client like me return over and over. Great job, young man!!! True Ricart asset!

The service experience was great here. Much redeemed from the last time I was here with the previous service manager ,Mark, who was clearly above his station in his position. Great changes Ricart! It started with removing a weak link.

I had been in for a recall and waited 2 hours to tell me they didn t have the part. Rescheduled and waited another 2 hours. No updates until I had to ask what was taking so long. The expected wait time was 1 1/2 hours with no communication. I have always had bad waiting times. 4 1/2 hours with 2 visits is ridiculous for a recall. Have an old vehicle but should treated with the same respect as the 3 customers that were consulted and arrived after me and left before me.

Knowledgeable polite staff.Resolved a problem for me that was caused by a 3rd party.Went to another service vendor first because it was not a warranty issue. Learned my lesson.. go to Ricart first. They fixed it in 15 minutes and were very gracious about it.

Horrible Service, I walked into the place and the workers were just eating popcorn, no one ever welcomed or greeted me. i had to sit there n wait for someone to ask me why i was in the building. I got to where i was supposed to be, i scheduled a appointment over the phone with grace, gave her my vin number to my car, i even got a email about my appointment and how if i needed to cancel i could. anyways i pull into the garage they ask my name and everything get a picture of the vin, alex comes back and tells me there is nothing in the system for me to get done today. I asked what do you mean, i called like friday and even got a email from you guys saying that. He was like i m sorry i ll open the garage for you then opened it, didn t even try to fix what happened or see if i could still get it done. I ll never be going back there, it s ALWAYS something because of there workers.

I brought my car into Ricart service department last week for my scheduled maintenance appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they offered complimentary snacks and WiFi which made the time pass quickly.The technicians thoroughly explained what services were due for my vehicle and made recommendations based on the make/model and mileage. They kept me informed of any additional issues they came across and obtained my approval before doing any extra work. The pricing was transparent and very reasonable.My vehicle was ready when promised and the technician who worked on it went over everything they did and answered all my questions. They even topped off my wiper fluid!Overall the team at Ricart service department surpassed my expectations. They clearly take pride in the work they do. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back and highly recommend Ricart for maintenance and repairs. Top notch customer service!

My last appointment with Ricart was very pleasant. I brought my car in to replace a part in the trunk from the day of purchase. The history of the need was in the records and the part had finally come in but was wrong. When I came in this time they replaced the part. My baby is as good as new.

From the first time I meet Mike, he was extremely professional, friendly, kind and most importantly for me, he wasn t pushy.Was up front and transparent. (Another plus for me). Service was good. The only issue was at the start when my service rep was at lunch and everybody tried to pass me off to the next person. This went on for about three minutes until someone drew the short straw. From that point on everything was fine

Went in to get my knock sensor replaced. When they called to tell me when my car was supposed to be ready, the service advisor, Alex Mohler, told me that my spark plugs needed replaced, as well as other services I needed . I mentioned when I dropped the car off the day before that I had replaced my spark plugs the week prior to bringing my car in. Fail on y all for trying to get one over on me.For those taking your car to these scam artists: do NOT buy into what they are saying you need done. If I didn t have to have warranty work done, I would have never gone there in the first place. Take your car to a reputable mechanic instead.Shame on y all for trying to take advantage of people. Do better.FOLLOW UP: never received a call from a manger like was stated in the copy and paste response comment left by the dealer. Pathetic.

I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The person handling my car care was great. Satisfied with service. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is length of time waiting. Otherwise very good service.
