We have been visiting Ricart Ford on and off for many years, 25 or 30 years to be exact. It was hit or miss for a while, but we have had two positive interactions with the sales people, service, etc. within the last year or so.We can honestly say that we will definitely do business with Ricart in the future. Jacob, Drew, and Scott in finance were terrific to work with. Alysia and Tyler in service were great as well.Absolutely no complaints from us at all.Here s a photo of our latest truck purchased from Ricart.

We have purchased 2 cars and purchased a third through their used car service. We thought they would be reputable. Sadly, they are not. The 2019 car they checked and fixed that was gently used , well they did the bare minimum. They knew full well the running boards were out of warranty and on very borrowed time. (Never had them before, had no idea and they never disclosed info on this issue) Instead of doing what they should, as a home town dealer, they did not disclose nor did they replace so they car was in truly, great shape. One week after driving off the lot, the running boards started not working. Brought it back, they said it was fine, just dusted them. Brought it back the following week, same thing. Had to take it back in to have MULTIPLE things that should have been done before purchase, on their fine point inspection fixed and corrected, as well as the running boards to the tune of several thousand. Then a month and a half later those running boards motors quit and they wanted to charge another 1500. Wow, sad you knew they were bad, out of warranty when you sold it, living on borrowed time but thought you would squeak by and get a couple thousand more after the fact. Just plain dirty and contemptible. Our suggestion, Go anywhere else, don t purchase from Ricart, new and definitely not used, they are horrid. I love capitalism but that is slimy. Oh, and I found a copy of the bill in January and NO WHERE ON IT does it say recommended next time or anything to that nature, so they falsified documents.

Richart Ford is the by far one of the best Ford dealers to do business with in the country. They go out of their way to help customers. They make sure everyone gets the best and most fair deals, they best finance options and to answer all your questions or concerns. If you are in the market for a new vehicle. You should definitely work with Richart Ford, or any of their other franchises.

Buying a car from Ricart Used Auto Sales was a very enjoyable experience and my sales consultant Brandon Kuznar was so nice and accommodating!! Unfortunately my car didn t come with a second set of keys but Brandon gave me a voucher to get a fob made. He really went the extra mile try to make everything go smoothly throughout the whole process. My husband really thought it was awesome that he even gave us a full tank of gas before we left.

I purchased a vehicle. In November last year. A 2020 Mitsubishi outlander. supposed Motor trend certified. But then the back brakes and rotors were hosed 3mm on brake pads! Front were ok. Wasn't checked that's for sure. Touch Screen also broke. The good thing is they fixed that. Also little things were bad like wipers had original 4 year old one's then accent on the bumper came off that was super glued! And head light went out immediately. They changed 100 bucks on headlight!!

I was very pleased with the service Ricart provided. I was on my way to work Friday morning when my car starting acting up (jerking and slowing down like it was going to stop), so I got off the highway and went straight to Ricart. The service department was not open yet, but a nice gentlemen saw me and came to assist me. The Rental office was not open for another hour so they called an uber driver to take me to work while they checked out my car. I was contacted via phone and text about the problems and what it would take to fix my car. When I got off work, Ricart sent an uber to take me back to Ricart to get a rental. On Sunday the Rental failed to go in reverse so I called Ricart and left a message. Ricart's rental office called me Monday morning and a Rental car was brought to my home and the first Rental towed. I received several calls and texts about the process of the repair on my car. On Tuesday Ricart called and said my car was ready for pick up. I picked my car up and it runs like when it was new. No one likes to have car problems, but we all do at some point and it was great to receive this exceptional service from all the Ricart Team. Thank you.

Great service, just very expensive compared to other automotive service centers. I really appreciate Ricart though as they give me peace of mind with their inspection each time I get my oil changed. I have bought two vehicles there and they have done a good job each time supporting me and the purchase. They even fully replaced a leaky windshield after I bought my latest vehicle there.

From the time we arrived we were treated by the most helpful salesman. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and directed us to the vehicles that best fit our requirements. We picked out a truck that was more than what I required and paid less than what I expected. A price and payment plan was setup that fit our budget with no issues. A week after we made our purchase I was informed of a factory defect that was under recall, a date was scheduled and repairs were made in a timely manner. I can t say enough how much we appreciate our experience. Everyone made our time there as pleasant as possible. Thank you

Oil change went good as always but they said they couldn't get the wheel locks off so they didn't rotate or balance my tires. Funny, they didn't have a problem with them when they installed the new tires a few months ago. I got it home in the garage and didn't have any trouble getting the locks off. It took them an hour and 30 minutes to change my oil this time which I didn't understand because as soon as I pulled in they jumped in my vehicle and drove off. After an hour and a half I went to see what the hold up was and they said they couldn't find my keys. I was going to re-up my VIP but not really sure if I should or not now. Do you know if another Ford dealership will honor the warranty on the tires I bought at Ricart?

Took both my wife s car and my car in for service over the same week long period and they could not get the invoice don t correctly in either instance. They performed a service that wasn t quoted or requested on my vehicle. The service manager, Brendan was less than helpful and could use a little help with his social skills.

I called about a mustang they have. I live over 3 hours away and asked about shipping or delivery. I was told they don't deliver to where I live. I said I might have to buy from a different dealership and the salesman on the phone told me that that sounds like a great idea. Very unprofessional. I don't care how big your dealership is and about you being a high volume dealership. It's the little people like myself that makes your dealership survive. Remember that. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

So buyers beware Ricart is no longer the family caring about the customer business they once were. I have bought multiple Vehicles at Ricart 3 Super Duties and one Mustang GT and there was a time I would have given them 100 stars if possible. I moved to MO a couple years but as a loyal Ricart Customer i bought my 2022 F350 there. I drove 750 miles to buy from them not one time have i received a call about it and to see if i was even happy with it. I ordered the truck and when it was delivered the price had increased 2000 dollars i was told i would be refunded that money and everytime i call they tell me they will check and never call me back. I have emailed the salesman no answer. It is sad because since 2006 I have never went anywhere else to buy a new Ford. But i guess those days are done i will spend my money with someone that at least pretends to care!

I have been coming here for years and since 2015 have purchased and serviced all of my vehicles at this establishment.The customer service has become very poor and today 2/6 the girl working the check out counter in service with long blonde hair Hannah, is EXTREMELY rude for no reason as I only asked why it takes 2 hours for my oil change because I wanted to be sure they were not doing any added services that were not requested. The way I was spoken to by Hannah is unacceptable! Very disappointed on how bad the customer service has become and the wait times for an oil change is two hours??? I was the very first appointment of the day. Most likely will not be back.

Impressed and happy with all. The automated systems are done well and helpful. Genuinely a great way to communicate without misunderstanding.The human contact was just enough too.Even appreciate that follow up/review is a week or so after work done - to give folks like me the opportunity to really evaluate/experience quality of work.

I received great service today. Service Agent, Asia kept me informed about my vehicle and gave me her recommendations for it. I took her advice about my brakes and I m so glad I did. My car is running smoothly and safe!

Purchased a new Ford Escape and got a very good deal including the Protech appearance package. This is the second time my wife and I have purchased from Ricart. They do a very good job. The young man Jacob Noll that waited on me was very good, I would definitely recommend him

I bought a F150 and brought it to RICART for a first service and to address an issue I had with it . I was and am impressed with the service here, a video was sent of the inspection, full explanations and solutions . The cost was not as bad as I actually expected ... I will use RICART for all my service needs .. and when I'm ready .. I will even consider buying another truck here ... thank you all in the service department.

Maintenance at this dealership is a nightmare. Multiple times I have waited months for recalled parts just to find out that the dealership had them in stock months before my next maintenance window and yet they couldn't find them when I ask for a status.I have had issues with my vehicle since I drove it off the lot. I'm told repeatedly that the issue is fixed or that no problem was detected. The check engine lights and ford pass app disagree.This dealership also employspushy sales people. I understand informing the customer of an issue such as needing am alignment, but when I say no to the sale, I do not like being badgered repeatedly in an attempt to make a sale.I dread going to this dealership and I will never buy another vehicle from them.

Overall, the service was OK with Ricart. There was some major issues with the fact that our service alignment was never done correctly in the first place. And we pay for that service. They comped it to make sure that it was done however, it should ve been done in the first place. That is one issue. The other issue is our guard under our car that s taken off whenever we get oil changes was not properly installed back when we had our last oil change. We mentioned this to the service center and they still never fixed it. Also during the oil change from my understanding the tires Should have air in them but our tires are still flat. They still don t have the proper air pressure. We come to ricart because we trust them to take care of our needs and make sure that our car is up to standard but these have been ongoing issues that have never been resolved . And there was issues that we were not notified about when we came to get the alignment. But for some reason they just chose to not do it but still charged us.

It's been a couple weeks since we visited and purchased our new truck. This is our second vehicle purchase through Ricart. Everything has been a wonderful both times. This visit, Ryan was really great at helping us pick out what we were looking for with the options we were wanting. Everyone was friendly. We got a very fair value for our trade-in. Communication throughout the process was easy, a little long, but worth it. We love our truck.
