Billy at GSC is honest with straightforward pricing. They complete the job right the first time. Scheduling is easy and the staff is friendly and inviting. The car detailing team did an amazing job on a really dirty truck. I had my oil cooler replaced by Bill and his crew at Groveport Service center. I can't recommend these guys enough. They did great work at a great price and above all were fast. The have gained a customer for life!

A shout out to Bill Smith of Groveport Service Center. My son and I responded to his ad for a van donor-door for sale. To our surprise, It did need additional work as the advertised picture did not do it justice. He simply gave us the door recognizing that we were entertaining a wasted trip. We really appreciated his professionalism.

My friend recommended them and glad she did!!! The side mirror was damaged. Billy was quick to respond, get the mirror, and fix it! The communication, service, and pricing was amazing! I recommend them to everyone!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! No one wants to get their vehicle damaged and have to wait weeks to get it back. This place knows what they are doing. Not only was I kept in contact with the entire time but after only a few days I was back on the road! I would recommend this place in a heart beat to everyone. My black Jeep Wrangler had a ton of scratches all over and I was unsure what could be buffed out. Billy was able to buff all of the scratches out and my car looks absolutely amazing with no scratches in sight. I am so happy. He also installed a new rear view mirror, Jeep emblem, and gas cap cover too. I couldn t have asked for more. Thank you Billy and I highly recommend this business!

I am extremely glad that I selected Groveport Service Center to repair my car. I hit a deer going 55 mph. My front bumper, fender, hood, and headlight all needed to be replaced. The team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very professional and kept me informed during the entire process. They were able to service my vehicle in a timely manner and the car looks amazing. I will continue to use GSC for all related issues, and I will recommend them to everyone. My grandson had auto body worked performed on his Lincoln SUV and they did such a great job. Recently I needed auto body work performed on my wrecked 2015 Honda Pilot again their work was excellent. Great experience working with Groveport Service Center after a minor accident. They really helped out and managed the communication with the insurance company. The work looks great and had the car detailed while it was there. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Groveport Service Center - excellent customer service and excellent quality of work. They did some body work on our F-350 quickly and at a fair price. It turned out beautifully and looks original. Billy goes above and beyond expectation. I recently asked him to look over a car that I had purchased out of state to see if it had any hidden issues. Sure enough, he not only found that it had been repainted (which the dealership had concealed) he also found that there had been significant rear end damage that was not noted on the carfax. He saved me from getting stuck with what I thought was a beautiful luxury vehicle. His diligence and honesty are rare. I cannot thank him enough. He has found a customer for life.

The best experience I ve ever had with a body shop! Ever. A seamless transaction! Billy and the crew were so nice and professional. Not only was their estimate cheaper than other shops, they also finished the job quickly! After the repairs and a clean up my Jeep looks brand new! Perfect! 100% recommended! Thank you!

Needed a door replaced when an 18-wheeler's front lugs zipped through it like a can opener. They did a professional job at a good price; the new door matches PERFECTLY with the rest of the car. To top it off, they even fixed a dent in my bumper (unrelated) while they had the car in the shop.Very pleased and will definitely go there again if I need body work done.Service: Body & Trim

I want to thank the team at Groveport Service Center, they were amazing, great work and did it with a smile and on time. My car looks fantastic, Ill recommend them to everyone. Thank you. Mickeye Stewart, I want to edit my review, I was putting groceries in my back seat of my car and my white coat was filthy and i looked and the back seat was not even touched, the back floor board was swept but the leather seat had the original dirt on them from when my car was stolen. I was shocked, the front seat and dash were wonderful and the back seat where the biggest issues were was not touched. Completely disappointed....I don't have children or pets, so this is not something that i caused, I haven't even been in the back seat since i got the car back..I have emailed them twice and they have not bothered to respond to either of them.Ill post the pictures once i clean and detail my back seat tonight.

I have taken my car(s) to GCS for almost 20 years! I am always impressed with the amazing work they do. This last visit was an emergency so we could go on our family vacation and they were able to exceed our expectations and had us on the road in a timely manner!! I highly received GCS!!

Great experience. Our 5th time using GSC, sadly our daughter is a multiple repeat customer however this time our 4runner was in due to a deer. GSC took the time to do the repair right the first time. We didn't have to do anything GSC took care of everything. We would highly recommend GSC to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I appreciate the honesty of the technicians and how knowlegable the lady at the front desk is. But keep in mind that invoices are handwritten and they only accept cash or checks.
