I had a problem with a driver that crashed making a delivery on Lowes, He hit a pole and destroyed my truck completely and quit on me., I called Diesel Expert Truck Repair. Johny when to repair the truck, He basically build my truck., He installed a Radiator, Fan, AC compressor, Inter Cooler, Condenser, Alternator and etc.. He did a tremendous job., I recommend this company , they re experts just like the company name.

Had wheel seals, kingpins, hubs, brake chambers, spindles, tie rod, bearings and a couple other things replaced on the front of my dump truck.In the opinion of 2 other shops, Johnny the owner overcharged for the work. 3500 bucks, tho I paid for a new spindle, hubs, drums, bearings(twice). He 1st tried to quote me 4600 until I challenged him on it. Thats just the beginning of the problem.He mentioned I needed an alignment afterward and that he doesnt do them, fine. Took it to Jones, they said the tie rod was too long on there and my NEW WHEEL SEALS WERE LEAKING. They didnt have the correct rod, fine.Went to Smith Spring, they had the correct lenghth tie rod and did the alignment. They used the ends on the 1st tube so Johnny was not able to refund the cost of the wrong tube. Tho I wasnt told by Johnny "we werent able to find the right tie rod" or givin the chance to look for one myself, ok fine.Took my truck to B and B to correct the wheel seals, no way I was going back to have my truck incorrectly fixed or babysit Diesel Experts to make sure its done right. Come to find out THE BEARINGS WERE TOO BIG, they moved around on the spindle! I drove the truck on the road like that. Johnny in his own words "....oh, thats not good".When brought to Johnnys attention, he said Truck Pro gave me the wrong bearings. They were THE BRARINGS HE TOLD ME TO GET plus HE TALKED TO THEM 1ST TO GET THE RIGHT ONES. They didnt fit, HiS MECHANIC STILL ATTACHED THE WHEELS AND GAVE ME MY TRUCK BACK! Insult to injury, he wouldnt refund any repair costs because I didnt bring it back to him to correct it.So yea, save yourself the trouble n go somewhere else and get your truck fixed right the 1st time, beware of this place. Reciepts attached.Edit: AFTER this review was posted, I was contacted by the owner because of this review and refunded $600 for the cost of the labor for replacing the bearings and wheel seals.

Good people!Antonio was very friendly and went out of his way (way out)to get me back on the road quickly. Tosha was very helpful got the bill paid and invoice sent.Very good job! FlyingJ can have their pump back

Johnny and Mauricio took GREAT care of me.. Spent 8 hours on the side of the road waiting on a Roadside mechanic who said he could fix it but could not.... Had my truck towed to Diesel Experts, who came out on a SATURDAY to diagnose it and said No problem!!! The bill was well under what I expected...Will definitely recommend and go back to Johnny anytime I'm in Ohio!!!

My truck cut off on me while driving down the road and I contacted Diesel Experts and the guy came within 15-20mins at 3am and was professional the whole time and was able to find the problem and fix it. Great company to have working on your truck!

Diesel experts is the best truck repair shop in town my guy Johnny works miracles. Highly recommended Best prices, quick turn around time I recently went there to have AC repaired he ordered me new lines. I highly recommend to stay away from here. The price for everything the guy Johnny kept trying to charge extra for service. The service was absolutely horrible they have no clue who was doing what the driver took off drive tire from the truck brought back a trailer tire that took about 4 hours. Driver came took the tire off and went back to shop to change then bring back incorrect tire. They don't have tools to change it on the road.Service: Tires

I own a asphalt company. I took both my diesel dump trucks to Diesel Experts and these guys really do professional and quality work the price for the jobs were very reasonable,no extra fees and very please with u guys again thank you,I will definitely be back if I have any problems.

Worse diesel mechanic in ohio . He unprofessional and have no sympathy towards clients . We took our 2018 international to him and he charge us $3500 for some work and a month later same issues came back and we went back to him he didn t care, he ask us to pay diagnostic fees before he even look at our truck . This place is not professional they are over priced and they are a Janky mechanics. The owner is a Asswhole who really don t care about your truck. They service sucks. Their communication level sucks. I had my truck there for a week just so they can diagnose it. I paid double the price cause they said it took them 2 hrs. Still no one can tell me where the leaks coming from. If I can save you time and money. Don t go here they don t practice good business ethics. Save your times and money and go some where else. This place is the worst, they claim they don t take Amex payment and once we try to pay them with a visa then the lady in the office Pamela state the credit card machine is not working and that we need to send them a wire. Mind you the job didn t even start. Then she proceed to tell us that if we not sending the wire to have the truck picked up. We made arrangements to get the truck picked up then she try to charge 560 for fuel in reefer and an additional 100 for storage. What storage? You refuse to do the work, cause you claim your merchant service wasn t working.

I would like to start by saying my first review was taken down because the truck was not fixed at that point but truck has been moved to a different location so now I can let all you wonderful truck drivers know DO NOT LET THIS FLY BY NIGHT BUSINESS work on you truck my fiancee's truck broke down on December 30th it was towed to this business where it sit for 11 days they had no ideal what the problem was they have no clue about CAT motors and it turned out to be a cluster for the driver and the driver went from Hotel to truck everyday for 11 days and got no answers when he would get to this business they wouldnt show up till sometimes noon and he would sit in the cold truck waiting for some answers this cost the company alot of money for nothing and cost the driver as well and on the 11th day truck had to be towed out of there where it could be fixed correctly I do hope our truckers read this and I wouldnt trust this company to fix a wheel barrel do avoid this place it well cost you mega buck and lots of wasted time this post will not be taken down again

I had a leak in one of my axle differentials these guy told me to bring it in. I had my driver take up there and Diesel experts got them back on the road same day. Ace Carrier LLC appreciate you guys.

I can't say enough good about these guys! If it was possible to give them 10 stars, I would. They got me in immediately, and stayed late (without me asking) and got the job done. Price was INCREDIBLY reasonable! I will certainly use them again!

Had battery issues with my Skelton Orange 2021 Peterbilt 579. They gave me a jump start Come to find out, the alternator wasn't charging. They replaced it in a timely manner and were very professional. Trust me these people care about your truck, they took care of me well. It took them over 5hrs to fix my truck but they only charged me for 2hrs rate. Other companies will show up, take your money without fixing anything. The best road call service I have ever been to.

Took a 2016 peterbilt to these ppl they culd not get the truck out of derate n still charged 1277$ n my boss still had to come from Tennessee n get the truck running...absolutely garbage business..I wuldnt take anything back...all they want is ur money even if they don't fix the truckService: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Waited two weeks for a appointment. Got my truck towed over there on Sunday. They where suppose to look at it Monday. Monday and Tuesday they did not return any of my calls . Tuesday after work I went in and the guy told be they would do it wendsday. Wendsday nothing no call backs. Thursday I called they didn't know they had my truck. Had to call back in later to get the same guy who told be they would do it Thursday. I have given up and am takeing it elsewhere. So much wasted time..

They don't know what they are doing just that they will charge you and double charge you...and they do not care if they fixed the problem...in fact they will cause more problems so you pay them just for telling you--NOT FIXING IT.. They have no concept of good faith business...they are ready to be rude. I have never seen a worse place to take your truck to..They will cheat you and fix nothing...they might even be called fraudsters.Service: Transmission

I came to them at 5pm with oil leaking from my drain pipe to turbo.. they looked it over and got me running again clean before they went home. Did great work very impressed with them I will definitely use them again.
