Rachel and Stephanie, owners of Collision Masters were patient, kind and empathetic to me when I brought my car in for body repair. They made me feel better and confident plus their work is outstanding. All their employees were quality people which is why my car looks new.I appreciate their advice and I appreciate all the extras they offer.Collision Masters is quality and I m pleased to recommend them.Thank you dear ladies!!

My son was rear ended a few weeks ago and after getting a couple of estimates we chose Collision Masters to do the repair work. They did an amazing job and in a timely manner. The owner Rachel is vey easy to work with and even went above and beyond by fixing another paint issue that we had with the car that we had been trying to get fixed under warranty with the cars manufacturer. This company really cares about the work they do and their customers!

Daughter ran over some orange cones that were out of eye sight and they pulled the bumper off the car. First estimate was higher than we hoped a friend suggested Collision Master s. So glad we went to them as they did a beautiful job replacing the bumper and headlamp plus it was still less than the first estimate. Easy to work with and kept us updated. Highly recommend!

Make no mistake, this shop is no longer owned-managed by Charlie. We were greatly disappointed in the fit-finish when the vehicle was returned. It didn't look as clean as it did prior to hitting the deer. The front fender was still damaged as the shop missed that. The Ford emblem looked worse than the original. And a fog light wasn't replaced as it should have been. Not to mention the bumper didn't align with the fenders as designed. The shop manager, Dain was told about these concerns when we picked it up.Then a month after getting it back, the hood flew up into the windshield causing more damage. Keep in mind the hood and core support where it latches were both "repaired" by the shop. After strong discussion with the owner, he did agree to repair the hood damage. However no other concerns were addressed, even after they were pointed out. The owners were made aware of the issues multiple times and items were pointed out to them when the vehicle was dropped off for the hood repair.We definitely won't be back.

Thanks to Collisionmasters for fixing my daughters boo boo on her Golf. They always do a great job at a competitive price. Thank you Greg and company for being the kind of shop I like to deal with.

High quality work, on time and within budget, plus, they treat you like family. Laid back atmosphere with professional results. Highly recommended. We will come back if we ever need collision work again and you should try them out if you need major (or minor) bodywork . you won t be disappointed.UPDATE: Charlie sold the place and I cannot vouch for the new owners, although, I was in the other day and talked to them about a new situation and they may do the repairs for me. They seem like very nice, very professional people. We ll see how it goes and I ll update as needed

The car who owns the place named Charly is a good dude! The quality of work I received was excellent!!! They went above and beyond when it came down to fixing my truck. I brought it to him because someone broke into it causing over 2,600 dollars in damage. Even though installing stereos isn't thier specialty, they did a fantastic job especially when it came to routing the wires. The dash looks better than it did before I got destroyed. The paint job they don't on my door was superb! Definitely recommend!!!

Competitive pricing and excellent work is what I was told when I received an estimate. Collision Masters did exactly what they said and on time. Can not tell there was ever any damage to my vehicle. Wherever you are in Central Ohio, it worth the drive. Charlie and his employees work on steel, fiberglass and aluminum. Restoration, custom paint, frame damage and collision repair are some of their specialities as well as Corvettes and motorcycles. The staff is also very personable.I work in the automobile industry and Collision Masters are definitely some of the best professionals I have met.

They did amazing work at an amazing price the first time I brought my car to them. The second time, it's still not fixed right after the third time. Charlie does not know how to contact a customer to let them know what is going on with their car. And one day, when I was supposed to be picking my vehicle up, I showed up and nobody was there. Look elsewhere for your body shop needs. This place is in need of new management and staff all around.

Collision Masters is amazing. They did such a great job with my Camaro after an accident. I looks and drives like its brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our car got rear ended and we went to Charlies on a on a recommendation and they were Outstanding! Done on time, fair pricing, perfect work and extremely friendly! Would go here every time for any bodywork or paint needs.

I have used Charlie's for 2 of my cars over a 9 year period. I go back because the repairs have always been done right the first time.I first used his services for a car that had pearl white tri-coat paint. The paint job was so good I could not tell where it had been repaired. That's why I go back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this body shop!! Charlie and crew DO NOT compromise quality workmanship, using only genuine parts (not aftermarket) with customer satisfaction as the primary focus.....NOT pleasing the insurance company that wants to cut corners on parts and labor to save them $$. CM repaired the damage on roof on my truck caused by a garage door and you can't tell it was ever damaged. Exceptional!Service: Body & Trim

Went to Collision Masters because my dealer recommended them. They did great work on my car, couldn't even tell that it was damaged in the first place. Even went out of their way to get in touch with Enterprise when my rental pickup was late. I highly recommend this shop.

The biggest liars on face of planet. 78 days car came back 3 colors , hood didn t fit , and forgot emblem on side. Never mechanically checked vehicle , coded on way home front end sensor. Resulted in months of insurance problems. They said take your car , we lost on this , we will pay your deduction. They didn t do half of repairs charged for. Didn t blend paint, didn t clear coat. They also threatened me in office while 4 dirty guys glared at me. The car lot recommend them too. They paid for repairs at another shop totaling 5000$ after good old boy Charlie gave me car back. . They say I don t exist now but I have papers, just another lie , red 2016 mustang, it actually was 93 days then you gave me a 15 year old car to use because you lied about time , it would take to complete. Liars

I was in accident back in September, the damage was pretty extensive on the driver side. After 3 months of Charle's Auto Body begging Ford for parts to become available off the assembly line. The finished product looked better than it did before the accident. Really the fit and finish was better than the factory. I found the couple that run the business were always very pleasant and accommodating. They went out of there way for me more than I can count. I hope I am never in an accident again but if I had to go through this again, I would want Charlie's Auto Body to complete the work, they understand what customer service is suppose to be.

It took them more than a month to repair the front end crash damage on my vehicle. I finally received a voicemail message stating my vehicle would be ready the next day. I walked there to get my vehicle. The body shop manager was rude and loud. He stated my vehicle was not ready and he would call me when it was ready. When I went to pick up my vehicle I spoke to the manager. I did not report the body shop manager's rude behavior. (The body shop stood next to the owner the entire time I was there.) However, the manager waived my insurance co-payment because it took so long to complete the job. They did excellent work but I will find another place to repair any future collision damage to my vehicle.

What business doesn't have a voicemail set up yet??? You cannot leave them a message. What a shame. Stuck waiting on a car. Have been told I would get phone calls for updates 3 times now and they still didn't call me back Having to hound a business is so annoying. I don't know why Ricart dealership recommended these people. They have no professional abilities whatsoever. Now once again the finish date is pushed back. Maybe I will have my car back this weekend, maybe not. And do not drop your car off after hours, their so called "drop box" is old and damaged with no lock. If your car is drivable it could be stolen since your keys would be sitting in what looks to be an old ass mail box. It was a mistake to use this place and I will never return. Don't expect any clear communication from these people. They get insurance money checks pouring in so once you're in, your stuck so find somewhere else to go and save yourself the headache.

A PLUS! Could not have gone better. Estimate was at my convenience and done quickly. Drop off was a breeze and at my convenience. Price was as quoted and done on time. Work looks fantastic. What else could you ask for. Highly recommend!

They take excellent care of you, help you with everything in the process of getting everything fixed up after a auto accident. Plus they work directly with the Ricart dealership across the street so if any service is required after the body work is done they take care of getting it over to them to finish the job.

When they got my car they went over every inch of it right away and a speedy process about informing me what was going on what I am glad about after the estimate was done on the car when the work was getting completed they found some other things wrong let me my insurance company know right away
