If I could give a 0 star I would. Horrible service. First off the lady was too lazy to get up and help. I could not see her when I walked in because she was sitting down. Then I was trying to explain to her that I just needed a battery and I wanted to know if there was a warranty left. She was too slow to understand what I was saying and the whole time just getting smart. Then told me she could sell me a battery but they couldn t install it I would have to figure that out. Even though the sign on the door said free installation. So I went to where I always go Auto Zone and had amazing service as always. I bought the battery and had it installed within 30! I love Auto Zone! Go there instead! Never have problems there!

Eric and Joe , helped guide us through replacing a headlight bulb they was kind enough to take the time to come out in the cold out of there time to help when we didn t know how to replace it or the first step. Definitely recommended good customer service and will be back again.

I had the best experience here. The young man who helped me was not only friendly but also respectful. He found my item quickly and also installed it for me within minutes. I will always buy items I need from this store because of his great customer service.

Nice! The attendants very helpful, store clean organized, the trainee did ask what I needed,,, a plus,,,,,but was still finishing up with another customer.., so my service fell short. But I quickly forgot that once the experienced worker took his time to lay out all of my options. I do have to return tomorrow to pickup my parts. It would have been nice if they would have called to inform me that the parts did arrive as scheduled.

Rude employee behind counter.While waiting in line with my 2 1/2 year-old, employee told the person he was talking to that "she needed to be louder because she was way too quiet and 'they're making too much noise'", while pointing at my son and I. We were barely carrying on a conversation with a sweet lady who was next to us talking with the boy.Returned my item to the shelf and took my business elsewhere.Good news is, there's an O'Reilly Auto Parts next door where apparently, they do teach their employees manners and good customer service :)

After having a horrible experience at the Orillies down the road this store was a breath of fresh air... I was happily helped by the staff and they not only helped me find what I needed, they did it in a timely manner... I wish I lived closer or I would make this my permanent autoparts stop!!!

I've always had good service at this location..Jessica is wonderful! She put on all my wiper blades for me today and was very friendly and helpful!

Make sure you ask for rebecca! She thats right ladies and gents. SHE knows her parts to alot of vehicles! She is very sweet and caring has no issues helping you even replacing parts on the car or testing batteries! She is amazing and my family & friends come here to be taken care of by her ! She is amazing! Highly reccomend coming to this store!

Great experience! Moved to a new state and now my steering wheel begins shaking when ever I hit the breaks. Not knowing where to go or whom to trust... The guys here was more than knowledgeable about the products they sold!

Below par as to what I expect. Yhe young ladies were rude to say it nicely. Pretty much got told off by the new girl who has no idea about speed perks or even how to do coupons. Or how to speak to customers. This review shouldve been for Parsons store not Hamilton Rd store.

Went to try and get my battery switched with my warranty spoke with a lady that morning who looked up my info and said I was good to come and swap it out when I got there the guy behind the counter gave me such a hard time I left with my bad battery that still has a month left on the warranty! I ve chosen to take my business to auto zone bc this is the second guy in that location who was rude and frankly a a**hole.

Jason and Nelson were very prompt and helpful with my AC problem. The dealership wanted to make me wait half a day to even take a look at the AC then charge me $200 just for a diagnostic. I called here and talked to Nelson. He said he could top off my A.C. for free with purchase of the product and that's exactly what he and Jason did in less than 10 mins. Only cost me $40. Thanks for saving me money and time!

I went there because I have a two year warranty on my battery & the battery was replaced once in December 2018 which is stated on the receipt that I have. So I had 13 months left in my warranty & I m here with the receipt and the phone number and clearly have a warranty but the supervisor Jaison (with a i) wants to come up with his own policy & tell me that the prorated warranty time only gives me $40 off of my next battery under warranty for prorated fee. WRONG!!! Then he tried to show me paperwork that didn t say none of what he said but was trying to make up his own rules, every word that he was reading said nothing about price. Only prorating time! So I decide to call the location on Sullivan Rd & spoke with the Stan & Stan tells me that he ll cover my battery no charge & that prorated mean that the time left on Warranty will be recalculated for the balance on the time left. On TIME Jaison! So there you go, two locations but company & wrong information from Jaison. But still wants to argue with me & even say Stan is wrong & not going but the papers (rules) that he tried to falsely show me but Stan fixed it over the phone. Horrible service & need a new manager! I plan to call corporate next because this dude was about to make me completely waste my time and have me drive all the way on the other end of town in rush hour traffic just to deal with a situation that he should ve been able to handle right there in the store. When the battery was right there on the shelf where I was. No time for games!

Advance Auto Parts is one of my favorite places to go the only problem I come across is sometimes I'll come across a car apart that has been used and return and put into a box that is actually sold to another customer which completely sucks if you get home and you already have your car torn apart and you have to go back up there to make a part exchange but for the better part they always do have what you need

Nice customer service, I bought rotors and breaks for my car, and couple of months later, the front brakes started making squeaking noise, I bought new ones from Advance Auto Parts which are of a better quality and they returned the old ones and refunded my money back. Later on I bought wipers and air filter and the gentleman working there helped me install them.
