Ridiculous. Called in and spoke to manager Barb, asked if they'd flip my tires around on the rim since they're wearing uneven. She said $11 each, no problem. Drive 25 minutes to get here just to have another manager, Steph, (I think) says no, we don't do that. We can only remount a tire if we patched it. Then came up with some nonsense about how they won't remount a tire if its under 4/32, mine are at 3/32. This Walmart TLE sucks. Go somewhere else if you want honesty. I see now why they could get me in right away.

I went to the Georgesville Rd. location in Columbus Ohio. They were so friendly and actually accommodated me with a good wait time. None of the other Walmart locations I went to offered that. Furthermore I didn't have to make an appointment. Kudos to Walmart Auto Care Center at Georgesville Rd.

Had battery issues and needed an oil change. Tech corrected the battery issue immediately no charge and quick GREAT service. Hate Walmart but love this tle

good luck getting someone to answer the phone, auto center and store manager. dont these stores realize they lose sales and customers when they dont take time to answer the phones

I had an appointment that I made on Monday for Friday at 6pm. I get there Friday at 5:56pm and was told they had one person that could put tires on and he would check to see if he felt like doing 4 tires. I am like feel like it but I have an appointment the guy Luke says we were told that was not a real appointment and just a place holder. Like what do you mean a place holder. Walmart has good prices on tires but their service is garbage. I got off of work at 5:30pm and went straight there when I could have saved my gas and my time. The manager still has not bothered to call and they could not reschedule me because they claim their system went down at 6 but they don t even close until 7pm. Would never recommend this place!

Came in and asked for help with my AC. The person working there was not very interested in interacting with a customer, and she told me to come back tomorrow because they were booked for the day. So I come back the next day, wait 15 minutes until someone shows up to help customers, and this person tells me they don t service ACs at all. Poor customer service, wasted my time

Don't come here; they take 3 hours to do an oil change, close early, and the lady SANDY is ruder than all get out, being rude to people of color specifically!

Had issues at the Hilliard roam rd- closing early/ had to have an appointment to get 2 tires on. Called the grove city location and told me I can walk in or make an appointment. They were done before I even made it to great clips to get my hair cut which was walk distance. They always replaced my lug nuts which apparently had been stripping. Not even mad about it- they answered the phone and got the work done.

Over 3 hour wait to rotate and balance tires.... arrived at 830 am, it's now 1154 am and I'm still here. Was told an hour and a half wait.People that dropped their vehicles off an hour after me have come and gone.Update - so, the total time spend here was 4 hours!Would not recommended.

I had a tire blow out on a Sunday evening and I cameTo the shop at 4:45 and they said that they closed in 15 minutes. The sign said 6pm..but they still refused to swap out a single tire for me . They left me stranded.. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. I have never seen more terrible service in my life. I will not go to Walmart for anything ever again.

Got in at 2:45 p.m. for headlight restoration, which i was told would take an hour. There was only one car ahead of me (that they were already working on when I got there) for the same service. Other people were complaining about the wait while I was sitting there, and I heard a "manager" tell a customer she wasted his time. Didn't get out of there until almost 6 p.m.Never again.

Only place in town open on Sunday, came in to have a tire plugged because a screw was in it. Guy @ counter had to be told 4 times which tire had the damage. 2.5 hours later we go to check the car before we leave AND THE SCREW WAS STILL IN IT!!! The paperwork was written up incorrectly and they said they patched the tire written- there was no plug or any damage to the tire they "worked on". The young mechanic was mad and peeled out in our car speeding back inside and nearly hit the building! We told them not to do anything, we'll put the spare on it at home and take it elsewhere tomorrow.SAVE YOUR VEHICLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went in for an oil change and wipers replaced,after waiting 3 hours still hadn't gotten to my car. Mechanic left for lunch without anyone letting me know.Thanks Walmart!!!

I purchased 4 Pirelli tires from Walmart online. They arrived 4 days after ordering with free shipping. I had them installed at the Walmart in Grove City. They mounted the tires on the rims, installed my TPMS sensors balanced the tires, installed them on my car and programmed the sensors in a timely manner. I was impressed! Everything was done professionally without a problem the first time. These were directional tires and they were mounted correctly, my donut spare was placed back in the trunk and the TPMS sensors programmed to the correct location. Between the price of the tires and installation costs I saved about $200 for the same tires and service at other tire outlets. I also upgraded to a higher speed rating in the process. It's nice having things done correctly the first time.

Wanted to buy a new battery and get Walmart to install. They said that the other battery was "stuck in hole" that was there works. So I bought the battery and had my disabled brother to install it. He had no problem. The battery had a handle on it. Walmart took off the retaining clip to battery, it was under my passengers seat. So if you need something done to your car YouTube it.

Got an oil change for very good price. Service folks were friendly but they didn't notify us when the car was ready as they said they would and therefore we wasted some time.

They only had 1 tech on board and was unable to fit me in for Same Day Oil Change & they do not do Alignments if any kind.

I have to say the price is very competitive, and the service is good. Accept walk-in service without appointment, rather than Costco. Great experience.

The lady handling the register was slow and seemed not to be versed on how to ring up certain services. I had to go to the electronics to purchase a bottle of oil bc I had been in line waiting for close to 13 minutes.

I appreciate that they helped me but I came in with my oil overfilled and they took the oil out and I was thankful for that but the guy told me I should be fine and soon as I get on the freeway my car stopped because they took to much oil out yesterday and was a terrible day for me why everything had to happen on Easter

I was there for 7 hours. However I had 4 new tires put on, oil changed, headlight restoration done. My headlights look brand new.

They didn't have my tire. The worker didn't know how to use the new tablet. It's walmart they should have everything.

Got in right away ! Didnt take very long but didnt have filter for my car which is a ford focus thought they didnt have alot of options of things for my car

I just needed air and was told that I needed to park my car. And there is other people ahead of me...I found my tire pressure and did it myself. This is why I go to Tire Discounters (Grove City) which I wish was open today and the Tire Shop (London).
