BEWARE, THE SHOP AND DISTRICT MANAGERS DON'T OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES AND WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR AND ENJOY DOING SO WHILE RECORDING IT ON THEIR PHONE!0 STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT GO.They did an oil change on my car and did not put the oil cap back on right. After driving for a few weeks my engine seized up. I popped the hood and noticed my oil cap was laying loose in the engine bay. I called Valvoline right away and they sent out their service Manager Josiah to look at it. He did not know what he was doing and brought out a diagnostic tool and looked up and alarm that said misfire on cylinder 3. He said can you turn the engine on so I can record the video? I told him I did not feel comfortable doing that with no oil in the engine. He insisted that I do this because they need it for documentation. After attempting to start the engine for 10 seconds it completely seized. I towed the car to my mechanic and he said there was no oil left in the engine and that the timing chain had broke and the engine was destroyed. I had my mechanic talk to Valvoline and he told them this was due to no oil in the engine because the oil cap was missing. After Valvoline reviewed all the details and the video, which was not clear at all, they said that it was not their fault and denied all claims. I appealed this decision and they had the area manager look over the details and he also denied the claim. I will be taking them to small claims court because my $8,000 mini cooper with only 75k miles is now useless. Went by as a fluid was leaking in my car and I told the guys I would pay if they could please inspect it. They took pictures, filled my tires and added some fluid were needed all for no charge. Turns out it was a transmission fluid leak. The employees were so nice and helpful! I will be back! Thank you very much for friendly service!!

The 3 techs that worked on my car were professional and efficient. Had my oil changed, the air filter replaced, and fluids topped off, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. They offer a few other services I was not aware of but I'll be going back for future services.Thanks for the great experience.

Jo was incredibly nice and got my oil and rear differential done quickly. The employees quickly spotted that my transmission plug was missing and even gave me a rubber stopper until I get a new one. Greatly appreciate the work they do and will definitely be coming here again!

The following is my sons experience with an oil change completed on his vehicle by Valvoline Instant Oil Change on December 1, 2023.Four days later, while driving the car, it started running extremely rough and my check engine light came on. I pulled over and found that the oil cap was off my engine and sitting near the radiator. I checked my dipstick for the oil level, and none registered. Once home, I called my repair shop about the issue. They advised to call Valvoline and file a claim, as apparently they didn't do something correctly during the oil change service to cause the oil loss. I spoke the shop manager, who came to my home to look at the car. We discussed the issue and the fact that it appears his worker didn't get the oil cap back on properly, to which he eventually agreed. He then insisted that his area manager be allowed to come look at the car, which I agreed to. After a later discussion, I was advised to have the vehicle towed to my local mechanic, which I did. I never heard back from Valvoline, so I contacted them a week and a half later. I was told after review, they were not going to cover my claim. I spoke with my mechanic to ask how much the engine would be to repair. I told him that Valvoline denied my claim. He explained to me that my timing chain skipped a tooth and destroyed my engine due to low oil and that indeed it was Valvoline s fault. He also told me that he spoke to both Valvoline managers and told them that this damage was caused by a low oil level. I asked him if he would make that statement if I was to seek legal counsel and he agreed. I contacted Valvoline customer care to find out how to appeal the claim denial, because my mechanic explained to me and both Valvoline managers that low oil would cause the damage that was done to my engine. I explained to them that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General's Office and possibly seeking legal action against them.

Think twice before getting your oil changed at this location. Staff is uneducated on how to change oil. Had 3 technicians admit fault and now Valvoline is taking no responsibility for a ruined engine. Your oil change may end up costing you thousands of dollars in repairs.

I stopped in for an oil change a few weeks ago and after it was complete my car wouldn t start. Mike and team were fantastic, they helped push my car to the lot to have it towed and made sure I was safe getting home. The problem was nothing they caused btw.

I went to this location to get an oil change and an automatic fluid transmission flush and change. I have gone to this location several times and they have always recommended the automatic transmission fluid change but I had declined. So, this particular day I definitely wanted it done. They started the process but couldn't finish the job; they actually had me go to another location....another Valvoline place to get this accomplished. Basically, I had to go to another Valvoline store the next day to get this particular task completed. In my opinion, this was unacceptable. They need to perform all tasks the say they can do efficiently!

I've been coming here regularly for oil changes for about 3 years now. It's hit or miss on if there is going to be a wait and typically it seems if there is a wait it can be pretty lengthy. Once you get into the bay the staff of typically friendly and generally knowledgeable. I have had those that seem to be more knowledgeable than others but they try. The service is good, the prices could be better but your also paying for convenience and speed.Prior to the pandemic they used to be much pushier with trying to upsell services but they seems to have stopped over the last couple visits.Good experience, friendly staff, typically fast and convenient. I would recommend.

I arrived right at opening because I was starting my travel across the countries in my little civic and I needed an oil change before I left. Brooklyn and her team were so quick and so helpful. She explained everything to me in plain English and also was able to find me a good discount. I would recommend this place and her 1000x over!!! They forgot to put the oil cap back on which resulted in leaving me and my family broke down for 8 hours and when we called corporate to get help we received zero help or any type of sympathy. I went yesterday and they did an awesome job!! It took only 10:36 to do my oil change. They were courteous, quick and provided good customer service. Riley was the main attendant and did a great job. The other two women did their job with smiles and were so friendly!! Thanks for a quick and great oil change service. We will be back for sure!

Went on Sunday. They told me I had 4,000 more miles above the sticker from my last oil change and to save my money. That was shocking. They also checked over my lights and checked the oil. This place has stripped the oil pan screw on my van. They rigged it to work until I can get it fixed for real. THEY FREELY ADMIT TO CAUSING THE DAMAGE YET CANNOT FIX IT. When I said that they ll be responsible for the repair costs they said I need approval from corporate . They should be seeking approval not me. This is a $1500+ repair. Trust me, I will be contacting corporate to get this covered. DO NOT GO TO VALVOLINE FOR OIL CHANGE OR THE MANY SERVICES THEY TRY TO UPSELL.

Customer service was great and they were really good at holding a good convo. They got me the best price, however, I m not going to consistently spend $100 on something I can do myself, so, I went to change my own oil as I ve done in the past only to find out they d overtightened my oil pan plug so much the edges of the bolt pretty much sheared off as I tried to remove it, so, now I have to pay for a set of tools to remove it and purchase a new drain plug. I won t be letting them touch my car again.

Professional, courteous, quick. I had Maressa (spelling may be incorrect). She was thorough and fast. The others that assisted walked me through the process. They didn't try to sell anything but what I actually needed. A taillight was out and they showed me the bulb so I felt comfortable with replacing. This was my first time and I'll be back.
