This shop has always treated me right! Good people that run an honest business.Thanks Zach, you were right. The Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires are awesome. I felt the difference immediately over the previous tires. Very smooth and quiet.

Unfortunately this visit was not a positive one. I had made an appointment at 10....came back at 3 and vehicle was up on the lift but no work being done on it. Finally got out about 5. Manager expressed sorry, but only had one mechanic that day. But I noticed work being done on other vehicles which just came in. Seems like appointment work needs to have priority. Or tell me you can't do it and I'll find another vendor who can. Not the best way to treat a good repeat customer. And I was eligible for a prepaid card offer and I have having trouble getting that. Sent copy of invoice but they say they can't verify I used my card. Pretty clear on the invoice to me. Somewhat disappointing.

I have been to Tire Discounters a few times over the last few years either for new tires or related service and they have always been AMAZING.In fact I will say that I ve had multiple occasions now where they stood by their work and provided service free of charge. My last trip was another great one. William Randolph and team took care of my lug nut issue free of charge.I won t go anywhere else for tires/service.Thanks TD team!

When I dropped off my car, I had the sales manager Sam Collins with NO EMPATHY , NO SMILES, or I m sorryI had tires bought about 2 weeks ago and I bounced in my car for that length of time. Like no balancing was done.I always have to ask for a sticker in my window after my oil changes.

I went in here to get a set because my back left tire was going flat everyday for a week . So I bought a set and they changed it or so I thought but really what did was not fix the problem they moved the tire that went flat everyday to my front left. I know it same tire because it deflates at the same right at the one that was supposed to replaced . Was even worse is I went into the store the next day I told the guy at the desk what they did and said I can t help you with that problem but we can look at it . This place will screw you over I m beyond mad and I ll make sure nobody goes here that i know so it doesn t happen to them

I don t know why everyone has 5 stars at this location. My experience today:I drove 30 minutes for alignment. Alignment was done but few things still not straight manager said because of factory or lift.I aspect same way that front guy explained to me. Front cashier was rude and mad didn t even talked well. When I went to pickup car his expression still same rude to me. I figured he doesn t want see indian people at tire discount. Never ever having service at discount tire any more and not referring any friends and family at tire discount anymore!This guy deserved negative start if I could give. His customers service is bad as hell.Not happy

I came here in an emergency, I have a trip coming the next day, and I discovered a hole in my tire. Unfortunately it was just in the sidewall. However, they said they might have the tire completed by 6pm (brought in at 4ish pm). They called me back by 5pm with a new tire. Fast service, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Great service, and I would totally recommend them. I also took my other car here a few years ago and had great service then too. Thanks all!

Unethical. Their website wants to sell you a set of 4 tires, and then call you up to say they only had 1 of the 4 so they sell you more expensive tires. And then when they get it on the lift, they say they sold you the wrong tires and the sell you even more expensive tires to replace them and then refuse to give discounts on the inconvenience.. then they take their time during check out just to inconvenience you more. Pathetic excuse of a shop. Rude employees and terrible customer service.

I had a warning light on my car that said my trunk was unlatched. Someone came out to my car to look after I explained the situation and remedied the situation. I am so grateful!! Thank you for your time. Grove City Tire Discounters never fails to satisfy my auto needs. Thanks to everyone there and especially to the gentleman that took the time to look at my car.

We ended up in their shop due to our vehicle overheating on the interstate. I called them to see if they could squeeze us in and take a look and fix it if they could. They closed in two hours so we weren't entirely sure if it could be fixed that quick. But they did. They got the part there and installed in just over an hour. As well as rotating the tires and checking the alignment.They were very polite and professional. The inside of the location was clean.

Made an appointment for first thing Friday morning for brakes and odds and ends. Checked in promptly at 8 with Bill. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Left the vehicle to get some breakfast and had a text before I had finished eating that all was complete, on a day they were running short staffed. I had in my mind that it would be a few hours, but in under an hour and a half all done! Great service, great people will definitely be back!

Bad service I would never recommend this place. I took my car in for service and it took them 7 hours just to take a look at it. Then I had wait until the next day then had to wait another 4 hours just to pick up my vehicle.

They didn t even bother to stow the spare tire. Didn t put air in any of the other tires leaving one pretty low and the lady at the counter can t look you in the eyes or smile. Really disappointed with this trip to Tire Discounters!

I have been to this tire discounters a good half dozen times and have always received quick and courteous service. They keep the waiting area clean and stocked with coffee. They will give an accurate picture of how long it will take for them to fix or replace something.

The GM Will along with another employee named William were extremely helpful and got me new tires at an affordable price and in a more than reasonable time. I would recommend the 665 location to anyone! I ll be going back for tires and other car repairs/ services from here on out!

This location definitely has a forever customer from my husband and I!They are extremely fast, friendly, professional and courteous!! We stopped in to get a price and make an appointment for 4) new ties and an oil change, it was 5 pm and they close at 6 pm. They immediately took the vehicle back and went to work. It was 6:30 when they finished and we were extremely thankful that they chose to work over and complete the job instead of making us come back. The employee even went the extra mile to help me download the app and apply for my mail-in rebate. These days it is very hard to find someone who offers great customer service and this is one place that goes above and beyond with customer service!Thank you so much to Tire Discounters in Grove City, Ohio

It s nice to find a provider who really cares about their customers and provides top notch service. My family and I have received quality attention and tires from Tire Discounters in Grove City for many years.My most recent visit was due to a screw in my tire causing a slow leak. William took care of my phone call and welcomed me as a walk in and fit me into an otherwise tight schedule. There were several people receiving services and I even overheard 2 men in the waiting area complimenting the fairness of price and quality of care they too have received from this location. They genuinely do a great job!

Felt as I was lied to, and my vehicles are in the same shape as when I took them to the Grove city location. William/Bill was very deceiving and pretty much told me what I wanted to hear to get business. After spending $3300 I find out that my problem that I was told they could fix still exists. Zach had enough nerve to tell me to take it to another shop to get it fixed because they couldn't do the job I paid them for. He is very arrogant and cocky. I hope this doesn't happen again to anyone. Will never take anything back and I have spent thousands here.

This use to be my go to place but it has gone down hill. Horrible service and quality of workmanship. If you value the money you have go elsewhere.

I had the absolute best time here, I was freaking out thinking I needed to buy a new tire and I was struggling thinking about how I ll have to buy a new tire. The only time I have ever been in a repair under an hour. I called in and chuck (the general manager) answered, ahead of time and explained that I had a nail in my tire and I didn t think my plug was gonna hold. He told me come in we will get this fixed. I came in a little while later and he checked out my car himself, he came to me and said I m not gonna tell you you need new tires. Their brand new tires and I m not gonna lie to you they re in great condition. He could have very much scammed me out and told me I needed a new one. But he said okay we can do just a permanent plug it s so much cheaper. I ended up getting a tire alignment check for free and went ahead and got a tire alignment, that has a year warranty. He checked in with us constantly. Made jokes with us, they had free coffee and water and they kept us up to date the entire time. William and chuck were so sweet and laughing with us it was great. At the end of our service he told us our car was ready and they brought it right to the front door for us. They re truly amazing and now i feel comfortable coming here with anything going forward. 10/10.

Got a flat tire on the interstate, had to get towed here but talked to Will and they got me a new tire on quickly! They were so nice as well!

It was a very pleasant experience, They were quick and did a good job. The tires look great and drive well. The alignment had made a huge improvement in how my suv drives and feels much more safe.Thank you!!!

We had an appointment for tomorrow to get four tires replaced. We had to drop the car off today, and we came at the perfect time because they went ahead and put it in the garage and said it would probably be done within an hour. They were able to deliver, and we had it in 60 minutes! It definitely made our day easier and takes the stress out of tomorrow!

I received excellent service. I had not bought tires in years and they were very helpful. I got 4 new tires at a reasonable price. They were efficient and gave me information on taking care of my tires. I appreciate the friendly service I received. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Caught a screw in my tire and noticed a slow leak. Stopped in to see if they could repair it for me. Even being short staffed they knocked it out for me within an hour. My experience and overhearing other customer's experience I'll definitely be shopping here next time I'm in the market for tires. Thanks!

These guys are fabulous! If I lived in the area they would get all my business. We were traveling back to Austin, TX and my tire light came on, pulled over sure enough had a nail in it. Pulled into Tire Discounters with my two girls and dog hoping they could patch it so we could be on our way. Not only did they get us in and out in 30 minutes, they patched it and didn t charge. Not all hero s wear capes, can t say enough good things about them!!! Thank you!
