Painless. Beautiful work. Efficient, professional and friendly staff. Pricing was very fair --I would have felt comfortable paying out of pocket even if it was not an insurance claim. I highly recommend.

Took my car to these guys about a year ago where someone backed into me causing a dent in my fender and headlight to be cracked. Upon dropping the car off to be worked on, I made sure to inform the staff the car was brand new and was also ceramic coated and that I would appreciate if they were very diligent with their work. Before I even got the car back, there were multiple communication issues in terms of when the car would be ready for me to pick up, resulting in two different trips to their shop when the car was still being worked on. Once I was able to finally get my car back, the interior looked like it was used to work on a construction site. The door was removed during this process and now every time I roll my passenger side window up or down it sounds like a flat sheet of ice being thrown on the ground. When traveling at highway speeds there is a loud whistling noise which I can only assume is from the major fitment issue where a large gap occurs between the hood and the front bumper on the passenger side. Lastly the black trim next to the window is full of swirl marks and scratches that were most certainly not there before. If you have a damaged vehicle and are thinking about using Rieser's, I'd highly suggest you reconsider.

I ve been to them twice from car accidents and I always have been impressed with the work. My car comes back amazing looking. Each time people can t tell I ve been in a wreck before. It drives just the same, I ve never had issues. They got me in fairly quickly and will always ask if I m okay when I say I got into a wreck. You can tell they care and it s not just for money. They are professional and friendly. Andrew kept me updated on the status of my car which I really appreciated. The girl in the front office is super outgoing and nice each time she called me. This is the only body shop I trust working on my car, definitely recommend them

Please do not take your car to these people. Very unprofessional. They tried to be bullies Did not listen to what was wrong with my vehicle. Needless to say another parties insurance was paying for my vehicle to get fixed, the paint doesn t match and they didn t correct an electronics issue that was going on. They make sure to wash your car before bringing it out to you so you don t notice certain things like the paint being incorrect. Trim was not put back on correctly and it was cracked. I should have taken my vehicle else where. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got both my vechiles detailed there and the price were reasonable and they did a fantastic job!. They even went out of the way and transported me home, since I was getting both vechile done. In my opinion, they went above in beyond what normal places do. I will definitely continue to go back.Highly recommended!!!

Shoutout to Rieser Bros body shop! They took excellent care of our Mazda and when we had any concerns or questions they were on it and willing to right any wrongs. Highly recommend if you are looking for any body work. Best body shop through out columbus, highly recommend. Andrew Reiser is very knowledgeable as a mechanic, with car body work, and insurence. He ll go out if his way to provide the best service possible, and only orders the best parts to complete full restoration of your vehicle. Beyond Andrew, all employees here are competent and capable of completing what s needed at hand from those working on your car to the front office. If you need a body shop, look no more, this location is a top option!

I am so happy with Rieser, Andrew in particular. My son was hit by someone out of state and their insurance company was really being difficult. Once I finally got them to accept responsibility for the claim (a police report I got in one day, they hadn't been able to get for 4 weeks!), the next nightmare was their ridiculous estimate! I was so stressed out but Andrew totally took over from there. He dealt with them, handled all their nonsense, and got the claim covered to the full responsibility and amount to fix it properly. They tried to take advantage of us but Andrew wouldn't allow it! He was GREAT. Totally removed the stress of the situation from me. I highly recommend this place. And my son's car looks FANTASTIC! Thank you!

Awesome they did a great job on my comaroPaint matches up perfect, no issues with any parts whatsoever. I would, and will definitely recommend them. The guys up front were extremely helpful and I had a blast talking with them about old cars.

Highly recommend. I needed the vehicle in a very short time. Ron made the promise to meet my schedule, and delivered, on time and high quality work. Very satisfied with outcome. You can't go wrong with Rieser Brothers doing your repair work.

My car was in an accident and the driver's door needed repaired. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment and then took it in. They told me it would be done in 1 week. 22 days later it is still not done. Techs with family issues, vacations and holidays. NOT MY PROBLEM!! I need my car back NOW!! I will never bring another vehicle to Rieser Brothers again!!

Had my 2014 gmc sierra detailed both outside and engine compartment,there was tree leaves still in cowl area, the floor was not even vacuumed.The engine compartment looked like it was swept with street broom.For $190.00 I expected a lot more. I was in an accident and brought my car in for repairs. They quotted my insurance company the price to repair, didn't qualify to be totalled. I had to pay over a grand out of pocket. Problem was they never reconnected my headlights, I brought it back, they reconnected my headlights. Sent another quote to the insurance company with the addition of reconnecting my headlights, with the addition it put my car over the threshold to be totalled. Now the insurance company wouldn't total it because I paid to have it fixed and I'm currently driving a "totalled" car with no re-sale value...thanks for nothing.Service: Body & Trim
