I recently had an exceptional experience at Midas. When I dropped my car off for service, I mentioned that I needed to walk to the nearby hospital for work. Without hesitation, the manager kindly offered to drop me off and personally drove my car back to the shop for repairs. His thoughtfulness truly impressed me. Moreover, the team at Midas did an outstanding job with the service. I am beyond satisfied with their professionalism and efficiency. Needless to say, they have gained a customer for life.

My experience was exceptional from my initial point of contact to completion of the job. Steve was personable, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The entire process was completed within a few hours. Pat was the technician who installed my new exhaust system and provided a courtesy written inspection of my vehicle. I drive an older Subaru Forester and was aware that my dual exhaust system might be costly to replace. I was pleasantly surprised to find a $30 coupon online to help offset the cost. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Steve for an honest evaluation, fair and competitive pricing, and customer appreciation!

I prefer to bring my 4runner here instead of the dealership. These guys are great at what they do, very direct about any issues, cost effective, and have superior customer service. As a person that can do his own vehicle repairs, but is just getting too old to do the work, I trust these guys.

I have a lot of anxiety over going to car places because I ve been scammed before. (Chevy charging me $350+ for an oil change) This place was super nice. They sent pics of everything & suggested swapping my battery out myself since it s easy to DIY & would be cheaper. I felt like their price was super fair & they sent me pics of all the parts of my car they looked at. Overall super happy and glad I have somewhere to go to from now on who won t scam me.

Steve helped us and gave the best advice for something they weren t able to actually fix due to it being a computer issue. He explained very well and they walk you through every step as they re doing it! Highly recommend this shop!

This store has awesome customer service. I recently took my car in for an oil change & I was really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that I received. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service itself was top-notch. Plus, the technicians were quick and efficient.If you re new to the area or just looking for quality service from good people I would highly recommend this location!Also, HI STEVE. :)

Went here for the first time, just for an oil change this time. Highly impressed! Same day appt, less than hour wait. Price were good, manager at desk very polite and knowledgeable. They got a new system where they send u pics of all the inspection pics of everything they checked. Will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

I have been taking my family's vehicles to Midas for many years and I am repeatedly impressed by them. They've been taking care of my Toyota Tacoma, my children's cars, and my wife's Jeep. I refuse to take vehicles any where else for service. The team at Midas is always professional, fair, honest, fast, and always, always does the right thing with my family's vehicles. Exceptional and very trustworthy service. Love these guys!

*THIS MIGHT BE LONG BUT ITS WORTH THE READ*Yesterday had to be one of the worst days I've had in a while, my van was jacked up my dad got really bad news at his cancer scan, I had no idea how I was gonna manage getting my van fixed on a very tight income as a single mom with 3 kids and best buy "accidentally" tarnishing my credit momentarily for the next 30 days all while waiting to graduate in May. I knew my wheel on my van was possibly putting my childrens lives as well as others in danger. So the hard part is I've been to 3 different repair shops around grove city over the last 5 years or so and EVERY SINGLE TIME I've always regretted it because I'm paying $1000s that I don't really have to just spare while my vehicles would still not be fixed or only be ok for like 3 months. I've been to this midas 3 times in total and there has always been something about Steve that made me feel like I could trust him and that he will be honest and upfront with me, well he's more than that, not only is he honest and upfront but just overall just a great human being. He's so helpful, understanding, empathic and quite literally a lifesaver. He went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get my van fixed and the best payment plans and options. When I drove home last night my van is better than it was when I first got it! Steve and his crew are genuinely great people, even watching how they all interact together and really seem to work like a well run team it's amazing, you can tell these men really try their best to give you the best service and support on questions or issues. I'm not sure if I can even find to words to describe how grateful I am for Steve, his crew and midas #205. I will never go anywhere else I will never recommend anyone else other than Steve and his team. It's so frustrating as a single woman to try and find a good honest car repair place, ive always left auto places feeling taken advantage of or laughed at like I'm just some airhead woman. Never once did Steve ever make me feel any different than anyone else who walked through that door. Also for the few hours I sat there, he greeted everyone by first name as they walked through the door, treating all of us the very same. Like this guy is more than "just good at his job" you can tell at his core he's is a genuine man with an empathic heart. I feel like I owe these men so much. Again I'm sorry this is such a long read but as someone who takes reviews of a company into consideration when picking the right place I knew I needed to get as many ppl as I can to understand that you are in good hands if you take your vehicle there. They don't try to sell you extra, they are snake oil salesman, they aren't looking for their next easy target. Steve and crew at 205 from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for giving me peace of mind and for knowing my kids will be safe. I owe you all so much. I will never go anywhere else EVER! Thank you so much. You all did an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations. I'm forever indebted for all the help that I received yesterday at midas #205 with Steve and his amazing staff. All of you deserve raises and keys to the city at this point in my opinion lol but also so serious.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

After receiving an email that my appointment was confirmed at 4:00, I show at the shop on time for my appointment. The guy at the register tells me that I don 't have an appointment, so I show him the email. He then proceeds to tell me that I have to call in to confirm the appointment that is already confirmed on the email. So I asked him doesn't the email already confirm my appointment? He then shows me a screen of an appointment that he clearly overlooked. The reason I know is because he begins to tell me, he "meant" to call me to reschedule my appointment. Mistakes happen and he was probably busy. However, I don't appreciate my time being wasted but, most importantly I don't appreciate being lied to and made it seem as if it was my fault. I rather he would have admitted his mistake and try to remedy the situation which by the way he did neither.

Steven at Midas in Grove City always takes great care of my personal and business automobiles. I have even stopped in unannounced due to a semi tire hitting my car and he took care of it immediately! Couldn't ask for better quality work or customer service! Kudos Steven and his crew!

Quick service, very nice guy to set up appointment. Notified within 1 hour of issues and quote for service. 1 1/2 hours later completed. Very happy with service and price. Georgesville Nissan had my car for over 6 days for various repairs. One was a complete exhaust system. My car has never been louder or rattled more. I took it to Midas to see if the dealer had done the work correctly and they discovered that the dealer put the wrong size exhaust system on my car for the year and make. Apparently one size does not fit all. Sadly I have to take it back to the dealer but Midas didn t charge me anything for checking it over. I m very, very grateful for their time putting my mind at ease that it is still safe to drive. Thank you!!!!

Steve is a great service manager, who I feel very confident in and trust with my vehicle, which is not something you can say very much nowadays, especially when it comes to a vehicle. My wife came home from a trip and was loosing air in her tire. I called Midas and they said to bring it in. They were able to get me right in and repaired my tire with in 30 minutes max. Midas repaired my tire and it was free of charge! I would highly recommend Midas!! Great service and very professional!Service: TiresService: Tires

Great experience! Steve was very clear on the price upfront before any work was done, and gave me other alternatives to consider so that I could make an informed decision for healight issues on my 2010 VW. Our family of 6 (4 kids 6 and under)was traveling from northern Kentucky to Pittsburgh to visit with my grandma who was dying. Our car battery drained and we were able to make it to this Midas shop that was a few miles away. Steve was amazing, incredibly understanding and so helpful. The mechanic did a great job and the repairs were made and we were on our way in a very short time. They took an incredibly stressful time for our family and really helped and cared for us so well.

I discovered I had a headlight bulb out on my truck. I stopped by the parts store and picked one up. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot at Midas, I was greeted by one of their staff members. Who promptly changed my bulb right then and there. Talk about great service! I think I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Thank you Midas!
