Customer for life here. Can't say enough good things about these guys. They are honest, quick and high quality work, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle.

Asked to have a train horn installed which should not be a big deal. I understand that it s Not a big money maker but a job is a job. Paid for everything in advance including install. 2 weeks after ordering and payment I have to call him to see where things are at. Surprisingly the part had just arrived as I called. He was suppose to call me the following Tuesday to schedule the install that week. Finally calls me on Thursday to schedule for the following week. When I asked about what happened to the original plan he barked at me. After he calmed down we scheduled the following Thursday for install. Drop it off at 10am thu when they open. Calls me that afternoon and tells me he needs it overnight and he had 9hrs in labor the first day when the truck hadn t even been there 8. Has it till 1pm the next day and calls me for pick up. After many discussions w him stating that I did not want to loose my spare tire he mounted it there anyway. The horns are faced to the back which defeat the purpose of them anyway as I need the sound to go forward of me. Personally it looks thrown together and cheap and fast as possible. Was expecting a good clean install and I get a bicycle buzzer with sheet metal screws. Now I have to carry my spare in the bed because he chose the easiest place possible.The reason for posting here instead of to his face is that he is a hot head and I don t won t a physical confrontation. I just to get what I paid for or if he didn t want to do the job in the beginning then just say so. So beware of what you are getting into!Maybe if I was getting big tires and a big lift I would have been treated better. But I m not try to compensate for what s in my pants just want folks to here a wake up call while sleeping at a light.

Hands down the best shop I ve been to since moving to Ohio. Excellent customer service, honest and above all the best workmanship around. I thank you again for such a great job on my 16 F-350 lift kit. I will never use anyone else in the future! Definitely have a customer for life. As a small business owner myself it s very rare nowadays to find a business that truly cares about their customers and I can honestly say you guys go above and beyond!

Had a leveling kit installed on my Chevrolet Colorado. Was told to have it there on Thursday and I would have it back Friday. They called me Thursday afternoon and said it was done. Finished same day and it looks awesome. Not only will I do business with them again I highly recommend McCoy's. Great job guys!!!

I had a lift kit installed on my Bronco sport. McCoy s did a great job. It looks fantastic and I am very happy with the work done. I received the car back when promised.I would do business with again.

I called a couple of days ago to get a quote to have a lift kit installed and the guy said he had my number and would give me a call back. He never asked me for my name and I never received a call back. I called Trails West and the guy there was able to give me a quote in under 5 minutes. Guess where I'm going to get a lift kit installed...? Poor customer service.

Absolutely amazing they got my truck looking slick and were amazing to work with I'd recommend them to everyone I know the quality and care for their work can be clearly seen they want their name behind quality work and do not settle for less

These guys really take care of you! Family owned business and they do amazing work! They did a lift kit for me over a year ago and still take care of any small jobs and check ups I need. They take pride in their work and don t half anything.

Did everything I asked them to do!!! Great work!! Has the Equipment to do the job right the first time!! Has the skills needed to customize your Baby!! No matter how big you want her!! Always has really nice customized rigs at his shop!!

Jamie is a real solid stand up guy. I've know him and his shop for years. He will go through options and prices with you to find exactly what you are looking for. Definitely recommend this shop!!!

I went in a couple weeks back And talk to Jamie After I went to a few other places that Towed me that day could not put a lyft on my truck I talk to him he gave me a few options and tell me what would be best. He got me in at a reasonable time frame And got my truck done pretty fast I would highly recommend...thanks guys

Called for a quote and was extremely rude. Said they don't deal with any suspension they don't sell even if its new in box. Said i would have to bring everything first for inspection and have to pay cash and sign a waiver. Trash customer service in my opinion. Huge RED FLAG to avoid!

I had McCoy's 4x4 put wheels, tires and level kit. Great experience. They do great work and at really good prices. I would highly recommend.

First of all the coward or man making the first review is a compulsive liar and trying to plug for trails west because i have dealt with Mccoy's 4X4 for 15 years and they have done all my trucks during that time.I had bad experiences at trails west and other shops.Mccoy's has always been honest and forthright with me and anyone that i have referred to them.My favorite experience was my 2005 Ford Excursion they did for me.I had them do an 8" suspension lift,3"body lift kit,22"chrome mazzi hulk rims with 40x15.50-20 nitto mud grappler tires.They put a bully dog power programmer,k & n intake kit,and 5" exhaust on it and much more.I got a good deal and it was done in a timely manner.I will continue to take all my business to Mccoy's 4X4 in the future. thankyou,sincerily Joe Freeman

Whoever answers the phone you re at the whim if they have a attitude or not or if they want to help you with your described issue or even give you a quote to even give them some business they ll discourage you and tell They ll call you back and never will.
