They are very difficult to schedule release of the repo vehicles.. You have to show up for their appointed time, sent 3 drivers, they waited 2 hrs, ..After 3 failed attempts, I contacted the office,,,was on hold for 20 minutes, the lady did NOT help at all...she hung up after giving me usless information...REAL NIGHTMARE! zero stars

I came to pick up the car, the car wouldn t start, I asked for help, it didn t help anyone, I found one person from the office, a security guard came out, he said, go next to the car, I ll meet you there, he got out of the car, it was raining heavily, he got into the car himself I was driving and told me you should go on foot, this place was the first time I saw rain it took a long time to arrive

Don't really like the place, I deal with it regularly, normally great employees & fast service.....it's a auction so it is what it is, busy on sale day

No parking for haulers guards that cant read to find a gate pass . Shuttle non existent now after you spend 20 minutes inside to sign in you get stopped at the gate . Sorry Manheim and Cox we are under a absolute 14 hour clock stop delaying us or stop getting cars. Now you get hit and run in the unsafe truck lot and security won't even look at the camera footage. Thank you for taking money out of my pocket

HUGE facility! Way more exercise than one man should have to exert just to pu three cars. Thankfully their lot vision app takes me right up to whatever vehicle I'm looking for in hopes it'll start. LolOwell

This is an amazing place to get some great exercise I guarantee you'll walk 12 miles and never regret every foot of it..

This place has the worst service out of all manheim auctions , we were coming to pick up an inoparable vehicle , i called them to ask permision to go inside the auction parking with our vehicle that was equiped with the winch and they gave me permission to do it , when we came there lady at the gate told us that we can't go inside and that tow truck will bring our vehicle outside , we waited there for 20+ minutes and nobody brought our vehicle outside , turns out that tow truck hours was already out and this lady just went home and left us there hanging , i am very mad and i wish i could left you 0 stars

Never had an issue with any Manheim auction except this one. Towed the vehicle we bought at their auction to an impound lot without letting us know because we didn't pick it up quickly enough. Will never buy another vehicle from their auction ever again.

I'm a transporter. My tracker was thrown in the dumpster. So I asked one of the detail workers who to see they said go see Terry. Terry took his time right away to look it up then found the GM then the gm went looking. Both Terry and the gm helped me find the car right away. The first guy I asked drove off. So thanks to Terry and the gm they're real good ppl! Thank you! Just wanted to take time out of my day now to leave a real review. Thanks!

Manheim is Manheim I suppose I only ever deal with them on the transportation side so picking up and dropping off cars the bullpen is always a mess and kind of small actually thankfully I have a small truck so if you got a big car hauler get there early and if you go on a Friday I'm praying for you. Other than that prepare for a walk and I would suggest using the Manheim car locator website you just punch in your order number and it takes you pretty dang close to where it is way better than it used to be and that way you can figure out where your car is before you even walk in sign in and walk straight to your car if you got to get passes and drive them out and sign out super easy

I had a security guard follow me from office to security office, and later showed up at the gate just as I was leaving to double check his other guard's work. I guess it was a slow day. It was eerie as I've picked up from other Manheim/Cox locations, and never been given this sort of attention. I wished it was attention that would've been helpful. The help to find your car is non-existent. Although the other security guards (inside the security office) were helpful in trying to help, but the directions they gave to the lot were useless. No Shuttle, and no one will ask you if you need help. It doesn't seem like the folks are too happy working here, and do not want to be bothered.

Really gone down hill since covid, can't get in to look at cars of speak to anyone if you have an issue. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Couldn't use their facilities, which is a must for a long distance driver. Was directed to porta potties. No help in locating car to be picked up.

This place refused me entry to a "public" auction where my friends property was being auctioned off. Then they refused to disclose how much the property was sold for, at the "public" auction.

The staff is incredibly professional and the lot is very secure. You have to check in and out through the security office which makes you feel more safe about visiting. Covid procedures are followed and the lot vision makes finding your vehicle a piece of cake.

Been dealing with this auction professionally for over 20 years. Some employees have even become family. Great staff, great policies and great environment.

From the rudeness on the phone, and arguing everything I asked, to scheduling an appointment that ended up taking almost 2 hours (for a 30 minute appointment), to the overwhelmed and blatantly stressed out staff, the entire experience was terrible! Items missing from my car, but the worker refused to show me the photos he "claims" that prove that the items weren't in my vehicle upon arrival... showing me could've shut down any doubt, but ONE floor mat missing out of the 4 that it came in with? The only employee that was professional and easy to deal with was Lindsay.

bought a newer vehicle green light with multiple issues no help from arbitration all they can say is sorry beware!!!!!!!! no help out thousands for repairs bad management

I'm here a couple times a week. Love all the girls upfront they all go out of their way to help you. And kudos the Jen in commercial she's always been on top of her job she's great. Thanks ladies!!!

Typical self professed high volume sales lot of high mileage, high wear vehicles. I think if they would spend a little time cleaning the vehicles they would have interested me more. Seen a couple vehicles and we're there before closing that day, no one was interested in speaking with me.

It really isn't to terrible bad of a place. Some of the staff is friendly. Trying to find your car is laughable at best though. Cars stacked in huge rows and if you're lucky you don't have to dig it out.

I was there to do some work on a building inside the gates. The place seemed to be clean, alot of personal moving about. There were a lot make and model of cars and trucks . The place very well secured.

Absolutely one of the worst Manheim locations. Staff here could give 2 turds about any customer dealer/transporter. Was told 3 times today they had a jump truck headed to my car to jump start it 1 hour goes by still car isn't started. Call again yes they will be there in 5 minutes waited another hour still not started. Called again they should be down there now let me send them again. Guess what never did they show up. Meanwhile they are up sitting under the canopy talking to each other not even working. This auction also leaves cars running to run the fuel out of then as Well as siphoning fuel out to put in their tanks.. They do not care at all about their customers. And the security office what a joke that is. Dont even want to get started on those guys. Look elsewhere don't even mess with this place.

It's great I work there but the pay is not good. Other than that there's a lot of nice cars out here

Extremely friendly and helpful and efficient. I helped a friend get back her car from repo there and they immediately told her how everyone has been through tough times. He was great.
