Communication is perfect. I understand they get busy but they kept me up to date and i got my company vehicle back early. I am very pleased with Gerber Collision and will hopefully never have to use them but will for sure if the need arises.Thank you Gerber team for the support and help with my vehicle.

estimated a month to get my vehicle back and it was done in less than 2 weeks. They do a good job of getting the job done. Highly recommend

If I could give 0, or negative stars I would.I turned in my car to Gerber Collision and Glass on 8/17/22 for some repairs to the passenger side rear door and bumper (Please see photos for details). The original time estimate was 10-14 days. After many delays, my car was ready to be picked up on 9/6/22, three weeks later.After picking up my vehicle, I noticed that not all of the original claim damage was repaired (see photos for additional damage left over). My bumper on the Driver s side was also left partially unattached.I also noticed, prior to leaving the parking lot, that there was a dent in my dash that was not there before. One of the employees, Amber Heinz stepped out to take photos of the dash damage, reassuring me that she would be in touch to make this right.Fast forward, several weeks later of me reaching out via email with no success.It is 9/27/22 and I reached out to customer service and spoke to someone by the name of Holly. Holly apologized for any inconveniences and stated that she would elevate this issue to the general manager of Geber.Approximately 30 minutes later, I receive a call from the General Manager of Gerber, Tom. Tom was unpleasant from the start, stating that he will not be assuming responsibility for the damage done to my dash as he is somehow positive that it did not occur in his shop. (Please see DATED photos of dash prior/after initial Gerber repair appointment).Tom stated that he did not care about the damage that occurred to my dash as he is positive Gerber is not responsible. He also stated that he knows what type of game I am playing as a customer.He also threatened over the phone that others, including Amber, were listening in to the phone call. As a customer, I felt very gas lit as Tom kept repeating things like, No I did not say that and you re making that up I requested to speak to his manager, in which he refused to provide me with any contact information. He stated the name of the district manager is Anthony Arata. After being denied access to his contact information, I informed Tom that I would stay on the phone with him until I was able to find the information myself via google.Tom then stated that he had to attend a meeting and abruptly hung up the phone after not coming to any type of conclusion in regards to making this situation right.I am extremely disappointed in the care that both I and my vehicle received from Gerber.

Just getting started with my journey at Gerber but the quote process was easy and they have already scheduled the repair. Looking forward to working with them. These are pre-repair photos. I'll upload the finished photos for comparison when the car is done.

My Mazda looks better than I bought it! I recently got into an accident on my front end and left my car with Gerber for the weekend and got it back on Monday! Tom was really informative and kept in contact with the status of my vehicle to even asking questions like if I wanted my plate frame back on. Car came back clean and paint looks brand new again! Thank you Tom and the staff at Gerber!

The worst place to go in all of grove city. They lie and are threating. They bend and twist lies in their own world. They cant do the job right and flake when it is caught. They will steal your money and your time and ruin your car with cheep fake aftermarket parts. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Paint is peeling, and we no longer live in Ohio. Closest Berber is 300 miles away. No one else wants to touch the mess. It's a terrible experience for us.

Hit a deer with our Ram truck. Took it to Gerber. Truck looks brand new again. No dust from body shop on or in the truck. I got a call every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. We will be bring our vehicles here in the future.

I recently moved to the columbus area and had my car broken into, I called around and got a few different quotes and went through them on a third party site. But Shane came out today and did a wonderful job fixing my car window! It was fast and before i could go offer him a drink he was done! This has been the best auto glass service i ve ever used. It s reasonably priced, the wait time to get it fixed was nothing and it was fast and super efficient having them come out to fix. Id definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.Service: Auto glass repair

My technician Steve did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was personable and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was going on with my repair. I scheduled a 0800 chip repair with Gerber Glass through Glass America, showed up about 15 minutes early at their shop, and dropped my car off. The chip repair went pretty well, it's not perfect but it beats replacing my whole windshield. Turns out they have a lifetime warranty on repairs and will credit the price of the repair to the cost of a windshield if it ever fails. I hope I don't need their warranty. :P All in all, a pretty good experience, and they even knocked off a few bucks because I went to their shop to have it done rather than have a tech come out to me. I will definitely use them again.

I had some bumper damage and they got me a new bumper cover. It looks great and they had me fixed up within a week.Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They did a great job of keeping me informed as to the progress of the repairs and setting the right expectations for how long it would take.I will use them again if I need any other repairs!Thank you!

Drew and his team did an amazing job on my wife's car. They were extremely caring and polite throughout the entire process. They also provided me with an almost daily update on the status of the car. The car looked perfect when we picked it up. Thanks guys for all of your hard work. As long as I am anywhere close to the Columbus area, I will be using Gerber for all of my repair needs!

they did an awesome job, had my car done before the estimated date they gave me. they kept me updated twice a week with what was going on and what they did that day. my car looks better than it did when i bought it and they even detailed the inside. i will definitely use them again in the future and refer them to anyone i know

Decent work but terrible customer service. Took them a brand new 17 truck at my insurances recommendation. Original estimate was 3-4 days. Understandable if it had went and extra day or two. They had the truck for 8 days and did no extra work than originally thought. Kept ordering the wrong pieces. Truck was spotless minus the damage upon dropoff. When picked up it was completely filthy. Items that should have been nowhere near the repair had been moved. Tailgate was locked when dropped off. Unlocked upon pickup. Truck was at half a tank of fuel when dropped off. Picked it up on less than a quarter when no driving was needed to ensure quality repair. Will not be back. At least the truck looks new again after a cleanup.

Wow!!I can't say enough about this place. When my car was broken into I had a lot of stress weighing me down about how to get my car back to its old self.From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I felt 100% sure that I was in good hands. Staff was kind and courteous, the scope of repairs was explained so that I was fully aware of what needed to be done, and I had my keys back in a few business days. Literally, this was a perfect experience.While I'm hoping my car won't get damaged or need repairs in the future, I know for a fact that this place has my business if I need repairs again.Also, shoutout to my friend Avery for the referral!

Ridiculously slow. My car was dropped off on 9/29/2017 and it's still being worked on. Every update i received contradicted itself and one where Monica admitted that they messed up a part and had to redo it which made it have to stay there even longer. My estimate was 2 weeks and now i may not get my car back until Friday 10/20/17. I was told it would be done for sure tomorrow 10/18/17 now today they're saying Friday. I will never bring another car back here and if you want to go almost a month without a car come here.

Had a rock fly off a dump truck and put a dent in my hood. There guys did a first class job on fixing it. As promised and well done.Edit: A few years later and the same thing happens to another car of mine. Rock = dent. Once again Gerber did a great job. Can't even tell the rock ever existed and got it done in the time frame promised. The people I dealt with were excellent representatives for Gerber, very personable and professional.

first i drop my car off after i was hit they keep it 3 weeks for minor repars. picked it up drove 4 miles to work called them it sounded like it was falling part. took it back in to repair the repair got it back bumper pannel not line up and sounds like rear ends fallen out. i would not take a toy truck to them in else you want it back worst than you gave it to them.Service: Body & Trim

While driving in from Chicago to visit my Aunt in Grove City, I snagged my bumper and the clips broke. I called my Gerber location in Chicago to see if I could get in next week and they suggested I look for a Gerber out here. I was so surprised to find a Gerber 1.5 miles away in Grove City. Drew took care of me and was so accommodating to my situation that he got me right in and fixed the car in less than an hour. I'm so impressed with everyone at this location. They were so sweet and put me at ease. I really didn't want to drive 350 miles with a slightly hanging bumper. I like them better than my own location in Chicago! Thank you Grove City Gerber and Drew for your help!!!

They had my truck for a month an 2 days due to them doing poor paint work and not putting all the parts on my tailgate and putting my bumper on lop sided. Still today I'm missing my shim that goes on my tailgate. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Had my suv pained there. I would never go here a again. My first walk around ways so bad the paint was night and day difference. The guys in the shop was laughing as I was pointing out everything that was wrong with it. They painted it five times still wasn't how it should be. Just got tried of dealing with them. Spectacular workmanship and highly professional staff, both on the phone and in person. My glass technician was courteous and flexible--he even relocated his work to a covered parking garage without any complaint or extra charge!

I am upset! They tell you online they do online estimates. However, they do not. If your vehicle is immobile, how are you supposed to drive to their location to get the estimate? Do you know how much time I spent on this alleged estimate? Since there is no estimate, I rate it with only 1 star. Do not believe them. They do, however, give you an online glass estimate. That's why they get the 1 star.

Worst manager EVER. A liar, and absolutely awful, told my partner a bunch of stuff, then I overheard him tell a coworker something else. Lied to our faces. Great job hiring trash.

not happy with it. I understand the insurance is a hassle to work with but they should be use to it. They rushed to put everything together. The door is still out of line. the weather stripping is still missing. the clips around the door speaker is broken. it keeps falling off when i close the door. The door handle is broken. the drivers door they put on has a crack on the weld which they said is fine and normal. the drivers window doesnt automatically go down. they said it was previous broken before it was brought in. LIES.. they had to take it to Acura to try and get it fix and they still havent fixed it. when i got the car back there was glass all over my car. I had to BRING IT BACK and point everything out. they vacuumed it again. Got tired of calling them and trying to get things fixed. they dont respond after they got their check for the so called "work" they did!!

Great place for body work. Car looks brand new!Staff was friendly and helpful, very forthright with information whenever they had updates or I asked any questions.They also have Enterprise rentals right there on site, which is extremely convenient!

The man at Gerber Collision was extremely helpful. The insurance decided not to fix my car and he was extremely supportive and helpful when I came to collect my things from the car. He even charged up the battery so I could get my cd out of the cd player. Absolutely recommend

So pleased with their service and hospitality. No only does my vehicle look like it's never been involved in a wreck, but they did a courtesy wash before I picked the vehicle up.
