If you need to change a tire, look elsewhere. I don't recommend these guys. It was the worst service I have ever had. When they changed my tire, they destroyed all the mounting bolts and damaged the wheel disc. You can see it in the photo. Looks terrible! It looks like they don't know how to use the tools or don't have the right ones. In addition, they do not welcome sudden customers.Service: Tires

I took my car in at 1pm to get an oil change, my car battery checked and replaced, my tired rotated, and my break pads/ rotors repaired (my car was grinding)- No one ever called me with diagnostic results- my car battery was dead and was never even offered for it to be replaced. So now I have to take it elsewhere to get done. The guy told me that I can "deal with" the noise of the my car grinding because everything is good and i can replace these eventually or "if it really bothers me" (hence why i took my car in, in the first place). Then I asked if he could repair them and he said "I dont know if we'll have time, we dont have much staff Sunday" when I brought my car in the day before and left it there all day long. I had to call to get the diagnostic report on my car, and nothing was offered for me to be fixewd at all. The only saving grace was the gentleman that was there when I picked up my car (different then the guy who i dropped off with, thank god), he was so kind and embarrassed that I was never called and told anything about my car. What a terrible experience, and now i have to find someone else to fix my car and use more of my time, super frustrated.

I don t write reviews often but am extremely pleased with my experience.Firstly Cody and Aaron were delightful, I mean they have really good customer service skills. They listened completely to my needs and didn t treat me like I was stupid because I m a girl.Second the price point is in the middle- which is expected. You trade money for convenience. I went with Firestone because it s in the middle- it s cheaper than the dealership and more expensive than a private garage. Their labor is average for the area and there really isn t an exaggeration on labor times. I did price out all three options and went with Firestone because they had the quickest turn around time which is important to me during the holiday season. What my dealership said would take 2 weeks took two days at Firestone.

Malachi at Firestone literally saved a wedding day! We got a flat from the aggressive curbs in German village on a Saturday night. He got our family van on a rack and tire replaced by 10 am the next day. Our family were in tuxedos at the church by 3.

From the time I hear a voice on the phone at this Firestone to make an appointment until I sign completion paperwork, I feel my satisfaction is upmost on the staff's mind. Everyone is always pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and accommodating. The service to me is beyond compare. I feel my 23 year old car is serviced as well as someone's Benz. It has more problems and is difficult with which to work. This does not deter the mechanics from giving it the best of care. My financial limitations are also understood and no pressure is applied to repair items that can wait a little longer. If I was asked how their service could be improved, I would not be able to think of a single thing. I highly recommend Grove City, Ohio's Firestone to anyone who wants the best in service. And the above review is supported by the fact I have been going there for almost 19 years.

This Firestone location on Stringtown Road in Grove City, Ohio... And specifically... Manager Aaron is Excellent. If you have an emergency automotive problem, with extra issues... Aaron is the guy to deal with. I definitely recommend giving Aaron the opportunity to help you. He helped me out the way the way that I wanted and needed. Hard to find these days... Believe me.

They replaced front pads & rotors under warranty at no charge due to squeaking even though I was one month past. Mileage was very low, I believe that may have been a factor.

They said I needed break fluid when I did not. It was less than half a centimeter below the full line.Of course they recommended 4 new tires when they have good tread and are pretty new, had a nail in the shoulder on one of them. Not the first time they tried to do work that was not needed. I recommend a second opinion or make them take pictures. By the way last time I spent 600$ and the problem still wasn't fixed, come to find out they replaced parts that did not need replaced. These guys will scam you if you let them.

Just had an oil change done here. They were very nice and I was able to drop my car off and pick up without any problems. Even with an appointment scheduled it took 1.25 hrs for the oil change to get done though. I will probably just go to Valvoline or one of those Drive-In oil change places in the future.

Got me back on the road, which I appreciate, but their part markup % is astronomical. Some would say borderline criminal. At least twice the price of a dealership on expensive parts and 100x markup on the cheap stuff. Charge a diagnostic fee when not necessary. For example, $93 for a six dollar O-Ring. They wanted over $1700 for a fuel pump replacement. Overall, I would not choose a firestone ever again due to extreme price markups.

Scheduled an appointment at 2:pm online, came in at 10am thought I would drop it in early hoping the techs would work on it early and drop my car. came in and let the rep know I made an appointment online states he doesn t see any appointment under my name. He went and scheduled it in and states my car would be done before 3pm. Came back at 3:20pm and my car is not even ready or even got began any repairs tech states it would be about an hour, All this time just for an oil change and repair to two flats. Over promise and under deliver. Won t be coming back here again

I've taken my vehicles to Firestone for the last few years, and I typically receive high quality service. Today, Aaron took it to another level and went above and beyond. I appreciated the sincerity and transparency during our discussion about the vehicle in question and he made the whole process a breeze. I also originally set the appointment up with Cody and have worked with him in the past. Both of these individuals seem to go above and beyond for their customers, and it's greatly appreciated.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My experience with this Firestone was so horrible I wish I could give it 0 stars. I paid to get 4 tires replaced and made an appointment to get them installed. My appointment was at 10am and I showed up early. When I dropped the car off they let me know the job should be done in 2-3 hours. At the 3 hour mark (1:00) I checked in with them to see if it was done. They had not even started. They said I was next on the list and it should only be an hour and forty minutes longer. Finally at 3:30, I checked in again just to be told that they hadn t started and that there are still 5 cars in front of me. I asked if they would have it done by the end of the work day (6:00) and they said we will try . I wasted my entire day waiting on them. Had they been honest about wait times from the start, maybe I would be more understanding. Instead, I was told lies time and time again. I will be taking my tires elsewhere and I would recommend others do the same.Service: Tires

I will preface this by saying that I made an appointment for a specific time and requested specific services for my vehicle. I have had no issues with Firestone prior to this.I arrive a half hour early to my appointment to check in and the associate who checked me in said my car was in for 3 services 2 of which I didn't even mark on the appointment. What?Once we get that corrected, he asks when I need it back by and I told him no later than 3. He said yep, that's doable.Perfect.At around 2:20 (my car STILL hasn't moved) another associate notices I've been here awhile and asks what I was waiting for. I pointed to my car still out in the parking lot. He says they were under the impression that I was dropping off and getting a ride out of the store. I responded with the fact that I specifically told them that I needed it back no later than 3.Who thinks this is okay? Screw them.

Came in to get a front alignment check and they tried to upcharge us 4 new tires and new tie rods, 1000$ upcharge when we told them no, we were leaving to Florida the next day and didn t have that kind of money to spend they refused to do the alignment check for safety reasons and decided they would use locktight on our bolts to our wheels, my father in law is inclined to come up there and make them fix their screw up. You screw with people because they refuse to accept your up charges? Are you guys really that petty and pathetic. I highly don t recommend anyone going here.Service: Wheel alignment

There was an issue when they were replacing my tire, and they stayed late trying to get it to work. They couldn't get it, but they kept it over night and I came back and picked it up the next day. They were very kind.

Wouldn't recommend. We bought a vehicle and noticed it was shaking every time we got on the freeway. I was instructed by the warranty company to use firestone (in network provider), Took the vehicle here explained our concerns and left. We received a call the next morning stating the tire tread was separating and the tire would need replaced. They also stated everything else with suspension and steering looked great. We went there and the guy working the front desk was helping someone else. He held our paperwork and keys and the air and said " Your all set". I asked if he ordered the tire he stated we needed and he said no. Then picked up the phone completely blowing us off. We took the paperwork and keys and left. They of course were quick to bill the warranty company. I felt like something still wasn't right so we contacted another in network provider a little further down stringtown rd. This other company was super friendly, and sufficient. Their findings were bad struts which is what caused the lumps in the tires. They replaced all 4 struts and 2 new tires (all covered under warranty). The vehicle now drives smooth. I don't feel firestone really took the time to look the vehicle over and listened to our concerns. They just wanted to bill the warranty company for a quick dollar. The guy working the desk who stated he had been with the company for 10 years had no personality and was not helpful what so ever.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Even though we cannot find out what I keep hearing on my front passenger side, they have still checced a couple times and even though I gots the warranty, they still do my alignment every time I need it done. Hasn't wasted my time nor made me feel like most the other Firestones I've been too.

Got charged 900 dollars for a "throttle body kit" that cost 150 bucks new. Safe to say they take advantage of you here.

Great people - my son (college student) broke down while passing through Columbus. They worked with him to ensure that he was well informed, repaired the issue and allowed the vehicle to stay on their lot for an extended period before pickup. I highly recommend.

Terrible place and disorganized. I went today just to get my car looked at and they said to come back in 30-45 min. I came back and they said they were full for the day and that I needed to schedule an appointment. I wasted 40 minutes going there today. I'll go spend thousands somewhere else.

Bad experience any time I've brought my vehicles to these people (I've used all three local stores in Grove City, at different times)... They can barely put a set of tires on correctly. Make sure to allow plenty of time for repairs and work to be done because they are so slow! Staff can be rude at times, with a lack of knowledge, and rarely do quality work. Step it up Firestone, you used to be a great competitor!

This particular Firestone has been especially great to work with. After a decade-plus of using Discount Tire, a management change and a pair of hilariously bad visits drove me away.Ever since, I've been bringing all of the cars to these guys and have yet to be disappointed. Their alignment techs have done a perfect job, their sales staff knows their tires, and the manager is just plain friendly and pleasant.I've been so impressed that I've purchased the lifetime alignment and balance packages on both of my dailies, and have used both more than most between switching wheels and replacing suspension bits. Excellent value.

This is the greatest group of people. They replaced all four of my tires/ and oil change and a much needed belt replacement it took less time than they quoted. The price was less than I expected to pay. I stayed at the center while they took care of my car and was EXTREMELY impressed with the way the interacted with each and every client that came in the door. No matter what the situation or who was assisting them. The staff was courteous. I have been so fed up with customer service lately and my encounter with the guys here have renewed my faith. And the waiting area we tidy and quite comfortable.

Probably more of a 3-star performance, but they had a special that allowed you to donate 24 cans of food for a free tire with the purchase of 3 new tires, so pricing was very good. Initial interaction with sales associate was easy enough, and they should me their prices on-screen. The issue was I felt like they were up-charging and adding services. I got three or four follow up calls with requests for additional service. They broke off a bolt while doing my alignment - which I've never even heard of before & I've worked at garage. Tires and alignment seem to be doing alright after a couple weeks. Overall, I'd rate as a "meh" - not too bad or too good.

I've had my car worked on here on several occasions, and every time I've always received very quick and expert service from an incredibly friendly staff. Though initially they weren't every the cheapest option, they know I have a very limited budget and have always been able to find ways to get me a superior product at a cheaper rate than any other shops or discount locations in town. I don't even consider other shops an option anymore; when I have car troubles, I always bring my vehicle here!

Firestone is a WHOLE rip off. I was charged for work I paid for 7 months ago. Update: after a call to my credit card company and corporate I was given a 90% refund of my bill. I am ok with that but I will NEVER USE FIRESTONE EVER AGAIN for repair services. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy. I have been doing business with them for almost 20 years but my safety is key. So I am not new to the company, but the people they are hiring now are just not as concerned as they use to be. Stringtown rd location tried to make it right, but it was a bad deal all the way around.

Service was great! Brian made the price work for me! They are full service- changed the oil, filters etc They also did a full vehicle inspection for only $9.99!! My car doesn't need the repairs that I thought it might! All of the guys that I spoke with were very knowledgeable and have a pleasant personality! I highly recommend them!!
