I recently had an exceptional experience with Discount Tire during the tire replacement process for my Tesla. I ordered a set of unusually sized tires directly from their website, impressed by the seamless online shopping experience and the rapid next-day delivery. Due to a scheduling mishap on my part, I arrived at the shop on the incorrect day, moments before my tires were set to arrive. Despite this, the team at Discount Tire showcased incredible flexibility and customer service, managing to fit my car in for tire replacement that very day. In less than two hours, my Tesla was equipped with the new tires and ready to go. The staff was not only accommodating but also demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I m thoroughly impressed with the service provided and would highly recommend Discount Tire for their professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer care. A well-deserved 5-star review!

Every time I go to Discount Tires and Hilliard or Grove City I received outstanding customer service. Professional, prompt and courteous service. I have had multiple flat tires, which Discount tire has never charge me to repair. I believe that it s going over and above anyone s service expectations. I'm rolling on a spare and I have a rim to switch out my bad rim,and they couldn't take the last half hour just to take care of it for me really quick. The clerk didn't even remember that I was just there last week. Don't expect nothing more than basic service. I had to go next door to Firestone and pay $62 for what they would have done for free and wouldn't take that long. usually they're reliable but this is disappointing .

What fabulous service we received! We took my car in (expecting to have to replace a tire) and they said they found a screw in it, repaired it and let us know it was ready for pickup. When we arrived, it looked low on air. Sure enough there was another nail in it - they removed it, repaired it and, because we had to wait 20 minutes, offered a free windshield wiper replacement. Wait, what? What a pleasure to do business with them - and of course, we will be back ! Thank you Skyler and team!

I last visited this site on October 2023 to have my tires rotated and balance. However, they fail led to put my lug nut key back in my truck I did get a call about a month ago saying they found it in an envelope with my name in it. I told him I would be in soon for a service and I was told by a young lady that they would hold onto it and would have it here when I m ready to go Showed up today to get my tires balanced and rotated, and magically the key is gone. Now I have to go to a dealership to get a very specific key The manager claimed he would cover the cost so we will see what happens.

I showed up to get my tire plugged because it had a nail in it, so the service guy went out and came back and said we cannot fix the tire because the nail is to close to the sidewall, which it wasn't but he insisted that I buy a tire from them. I told him the nail was nowhere near the sidewall and it can be fixed he said sorry we cannot I said I will go somewhere else he said fine and gave me my keys back, now mind you this is a place I've been coming to for years and never had a problem it has always been good business,but he didn't even try to see if it can be fixed. I went to some hole in the wall tire shop which they came out and sprayed the tire with soap water and there wasn't even a hole in the tire the nail did not even puncture through the tire, but the service guy from discount tire insisted I replace my tire not really good from a place of professionalism. He could have at least tried no effort at all just wanted my money for a new tire I did not need at all.

Went in last Tuesday with an appointment because I had a tire with a slow leak from where it had been plugged a few days prior. The plugs and glue I used to plug it a few days before were very old and probably not good anymore, so I just wanted discount tire to remove the old plug and do their fancy plug from the inside of the tire. I described all of this when booking the appointment online.Well, after arriving at my appointment time, I had to still wait almost an hour for them to take a look at the tire. In the time I was waiting, I overheard the 2 salesmen upsell 3 different customers into things they didn't necessarily need. When they finally pulled my truck into the bay, they barely got the tire off the truck before one of the salesmen came out to tell me that the "hole was too big" and that I needed a new tire for $415. He claimed to not know any of the details I included online when booking. You can't patch a hole that is more than 1/4" (actaully 3/8" for the kind of tires I have), and there was no way this nail hole was even close to that size.I went home and bought fresh plugs and glue from Amazon. No issues with removing the old plug and installing new and having it seal properly. So I'll roll with the tires I have for another 20k miles and then when it's time to spend around $2,000 to get them all replaced, I'll be sure to go anywhere but here. All because some greedy, scam artist salesman decided a $50- 15min tire repair wasnt good enough and that he wanted to get me for $400 instead.Take your car and get tires anywhere else, I know I will.Update:The day after I posted this review, I was invited by email to leave a review on discount tires website. The review I left there was very similar to this one. The next day, I received a call from the manager of this location. We spoke for a few minutes before we got disconnected. I called back immediately after being disconnected, but I was informed by an employee that the manager was already on another call with someone else. During the few minutes we spoke, he informed me that it is their policy to not repair an already repaired tire - so just good to know for anyone else in this situation. The manager couldn't tell me why no one told me this during the hour I was at their store. It should've been flagged when I made the appointment, it should've been discussed when I checked in for that appointment, or at the very least, the dumb*** who tried to upsell me to a new tire could've told me it was against their policy. None of that happened.A few days later, I responded to the email that discount tire left me as a response to this review. I didn't hear anything until the following week, when the same manager tried to call me to talk about it again at 5:45pm on a Friday. I called back Monday, but the manager wasn't available at that time. Never heard anything again, and that's fine. There is nothing this location, manager, or salespeople can do it make it right. It was a complete failure on their part, and this review serves as a warning for anyone else in a similar situation to mine.

I won't buy tires anywhere else. Fixed multiple flats for free. I brought in a nail on my brand new tire. They couldn't repair it due to being too close to the sidewall. But instead gave me a brand new tire free of charge in under 30 min since they were only a couple weeks old. I was fully expecting to pay for a new tire. Really take care of their customers.

Skylor has a my pleasure attitude when it comes to Customer Service. I am so glad he left Indiana and came to Columbus. Jim is not far behind in Customer Service . I did have a problem with one of my tires having to be repaired several times. We ended up having to replace the tire, but there were no questions, asked, and no arguments. I will continue to recommend and send my family to discount tires. Ben is also excellent, and should be likewise recognized. Thank you.

Recently got the tires replaced on my 2017 Corolla here. Dropped it off while I was at work around 8:15AM and picked the car up around 9:20AM. I was shocked with how fast my car was done, Got on the highway and car drove smooth and perfect. Second time buying from Discount Tire and been happy both times! Love my new Ironman Imov Gen3's

My husband and I always joke that Tire Discounters is one of the last great institutions of customer service but we ve seriously never had a bad experience here.From nails in tires to destroying a tire on a curb (it s me, hi, I m the problem) to just random maintenance like forgetting to change my windshield wipers until they re literally falling off my car (being an adult is hard), Tire Discounters always fixes the issues super quickly and for what feels like a really great deal. Half the time they don t even charge us for stuff, which in 2023 feels like I ve achieved something truly impossible.Anyway, love this place, and I wish I didn t have to come see them so much, but alas, this is my beige flag, and so here I am yet again. And if I have to come somewhere for annoying car maintenance that is usually my fault, I wouldn t want to come anywhere else!

Tire discount is the Chick Fil A of tire shops. Those guys are patient, honest and respectful. Worked with Skyler and the guy could not have done a better job. I ve waited longer at some of the fast food spots on Stringtown than I did to have a tire changed at Discount. I ll be back next and every time I need tires.

They took care of my wife when she had a bent wheel. Repairing it & remounted her tire. So when she needed new tires, we returned & bought them from them.

Great management, I ordered new wheels for my car and needed some fresh rubber, so i contacted the guys at the GC location and honestly could not be happier with with the experience.With new wheels I was nervous about getting my wheels damaged, but the techs did a great job of making sure my wheels are just a nice as when i came in. The guys here really did a nice job, Tim, and Braxton made sure to be careful and keep the wheels looking new.Most importantly you could tell from everyone there that they care about their customers and thats awesome in the auto industry.Its really apparent at this store that they have great management, i wont be taking my car anywhere else for my tire needs!

Overall good prices, not sure why but bother making appointments here. Both times I set an appointment and I still waited an hour to even get in to the shop. They improperly balanced my tires twice, leading to severe driving issues. Went to another store and they fixed everything. Photo shows how out of balance the tires were with the weight s still on

I had to leave a review because my experience was over the top amazing! Made the appointment, the guys up front are super helpful and nice. It s always refreshing to have amazing customer service! Tires were done in less than an hour!!!! I couldn t be happier! Thank you thank you thank you!

Went in the morning of 6/8/23 to get new tires installed. Service was fast and friendly. Tires were installed prefectly. Valve stems were brand new, tire pressure was exact and every lug nuts were torqued to spec. I would strongly recomend this installer.

Purchased 4 new Yokohama Tires last week from Jim in which Josh previously had taken 4 separate calls from me regarding options, like to do research! True patience and kindness shown on EVERY call and from cashing out! Got home and thought, they didnt look like my last set. So, I take my car back up thinking something was wrong and nope, sure wasnt! I totally felt horrible and that I wasted their time! They showed no signs of irritation and were as friendly as can be, thank you Jayna!! Not to mention, Robert the manager went above and beyond educating my on tire size, styles, brands and answered the many questions I had with a smile! This place nailed it! Thanks for putting a fresh set of safe tires on my ride and being so awesome! You have a long time customer here!

Thank you for the free rotation! I just learned that Discount Tire does free rotations, no strings attached. I got one done and will continue to come here for this service, and will make sure to get my tires from here (as long as they re fair priced) as a thank you. The money you ll save me in rotations is worth it s weight in future business, thank you!!

Bought 4 tires here 2 years ago. One of my of my valve stems with TPMS started leaking, Discount Tire took care of it in a jiffy. I'm a happy customer!

Friendly staff. Shouldn't take over an hour to rotate tires though, especially after scheduling ahead.
