My experience was great! Issues with my car were explained to me thoroughly. The staff was knowledgeable & friendly. After the diagnosis & the work began, some costly things were not needed so I wasn't charged. Glad to see honesty & integrity are still alive!!

I've had my car here a couple of times. They have always done great work. They have never recommended or performed any service that was not required. It is rare in the world these days, let alone in auto repair, to find integrity. In my experiences I have found it at C & J's. I will definitely be back with any future automotive concerns.

I was driving through Ohio to my home in TN and had car issues. I initially went to another auto repair shop recommend by a local but had a 3 hour wait. So ,I prayed and asked for guidance. When I walked into C&J it wasn't as fancy as the last shop and I questioned my decision. Don't judge a book by its cover. This repair shop is great. They are honest and quick to help. Let me reinstate! They are honest good people and quick. Thanks Charlie!

Best shop in town, Others on the same street over priced and GRUMPY. Very honest guys working there and their dog there is huge but friendly. I always go there now for all my vehicles and recommend all my friends there. Had my 2002 hyundai, 1997 altima and 1998 caravan worked on there. Never disappointed and cheapest in town.

My family has taken multiple cars to them for several different types of repairs and service. They are the most honest mechanics you will find in the city. If it takes less time to fix or they don't have to replace a part in the original estimate they actually tell you the truth and charge the lower price. I appreciate the great work yall have done for us over the years. Thanks!

The tell you straight on your car. They don't try and do extra work or add on extra charges. They know what they are doing and as a women they treat me with the same respect and intelligence level as they do a man. I highly recommend them for any car issues.
