Mike was awesome at the shop. Got me in fast to plug a tire. Him and Chase couldn t have been more friendly to help. Would recommend them and their shop to anyone here in Grove City

Best deal in ALL of Columbus, Delaware & Marion area. I've called many places and wasted so much time. Made an appointment here. They were friendly & fast. I'm super happy with my 4 new tires I will definitely go back when future service is needed... They even found my lost wallet thank you, thank you!

I ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment here for installation. The appointment did not go through!!! I showed up with no appointment and Mike was so helpful and was able to get me in!! Feeling safe with my new tires and ready to drive this winter!! Mike went above and beyond! Very helpful

Where do I even begin. I ve been going to BW for a few years now and they are top notch. First time I went in with a car issue, Mike came out from behind the desk and looked at my car and gave me ideas on what to check myself to save me money. They are always looking to go the extra mile and I ve never felt that they were trying to dupe me into something my car didn t really need. They are efficient with repairs and their communication on what they re doing is exceptional. Needless to say, I ve found my car repair shop for as long as I m in the area! Check them out! You ll be glad you did.

Came in to get my alternator replaced and when Mike the store manager called me to give me a quote and just from us asking a few simple questions we found out that he could get the part a little bit cheaper than what Mike was paying for and got them to match the price on the part which then Mike called me back to let me know they got the part a little bit cheaper and saved us almost a 100 dollars after tax and everything.. Mike is fair and honest! And I will definitely be back for future car problems..

The manager Mike gave me outstanding service! I had to have 4 tires mounted and put on my new car and they were able to do 3 and Mike even suggested a place to get a tire from for cheap and I got that done as well! Bill cashed me out the first time and their entire team provided excellent service! Best car shop i ve been to yet!

This place is one in a million finds. Friendly and professional, yet awesome mechanics with experience under their belts. The absolute best thing is, I trust them. You don't find many like this anymore.

Our family have been customers since before our children were born and now our oldest takes his car here. They have always been honest, affordable, friendly, competent and prompt. Due to their stellar performance, it isn't a bad idea to make an appointment because they're rarely not busy. Most importantly to me, they have always treated the women in our family with a truthfulness and honesty that seems rare in repair shops.

Went in to get a tire repaired and Bill was awesome. I was in and out in less than half an hour and I appreciated their honesty. I listened to him working with an elderly gentleman and he was so respectful and friendly. They just did a patch job and didn't try to upsell me. Highly recommend this place.

I have taken my car there twice in past 6 months and Mike the manager has been great! The first time he did an engine diagnostic and told me best to take to a dealer. Today he checked to see if something my son had tightened would take care of problem. He checked part out and said if it was his car he d be ok with it. To let him know if not. Neither time did he make a charge. I so appreciate his honestyand not just being out to make $$.

We highly recommend this Goodyear location! They have been servicing all of our vehicles for many years and we have been extremely happy with them every time! They have an amazing staff. Thank you to Mike, Bill, Shawn, Shane , and all the employees! We are very fortunate to have them taking such good care of our vehicles!

Easy five stars! If I could rate it 100 I would! Hands down best place to take your vehicle if you want it done right! Mike and the crew was completely upfront About everything and VERY professional about everything. Prices cannot be beat. This is the ONLY shop I will return to and the only shop I trust with my vehicles. They treated me like family and for that nothing but upward respect to Mike and the crew!! I will be recommending everybody here!

Mike Rebant provided incredible service! Travelling through Ohio, my family and I got a flat tire on the interstate. I limped off the highway and managed to find BW Tire. He got us a new tire and had it installed in an hour and we were able to meet our schedule out of state. If I could give him and BW 10 stars I would.

They always take care of me and my husband. Last week I ran over a nail and they plugged my tire and put it back in my car for free! Mike is super helpful. We started going to them about two years ago, I wish we would have started going to them earlier! Literary professional and reasonable.

I would like to say that in these trying times it is great to see that Mike at Goodyear has put the customer back into customer service. I brought my daughter's 2005 Scion XA into Goodyear for a loud noise coming from the rear. It turned out to be the rear wheel bearings. He was honest and went the extra mile to help get the problem done right the first time. He was able to get me the part sooner and at a better price. The car was done before originally stated. Plus he was able to determine another problem the car was having and let me know what would fix it. Mike was always on the phone letting me know what was going on and kept me informed. I have used other auto shops in town before but because of the fair, honest and great service I received at Goodyear and Mike, my car service needs will be only at Goodyear. Thanks John.

Been coming here for a couple years great service also fast and friendly. Mike always helps me out and will go that extra little bit to make sure your service is awesome or just to answer questions. Always honest and has never tried to sell me that extra part I don't need.

Best Tire service in town. I called one of the "Discount" stores in town and got an estimate online. Then they called me and told me the price was even higher. I then called BW Tire and saved over $150. Not to mention excellent and courteous service. I won't go anywhere else and would recommend to everyone.

I arrived without a appointment I needed my brakes and rotors replaced asap they kept me in my budget they didn't overcharge me and i was out in 2.5 hours. Staff is professional and polite. I will be back with our other 2 vehicles. MAGA

Wonderful folks and unprecedented service. Helped us out on extremely short notice. Did their best to help us the day of our problem, making numerous phone calls to find the part we needed. When it needed to be shipped in, we obtained a rental and they kept our car, with items stored in the back. They worked on the car as soon as the part arrived and kept our vehicle safe until we could return to settle our account and drive it home. I'd give these folks a 5 star and wish they were in my hometown of Emmaus, PA. Would recommend to anyone in the area as well!

Got me in and out without a lot of hassle and follow up questions or service requests. Dropped car off first thing in the morning for new brakes & an alignment - had it back by lunch time. Price was okay.

BW Tire is a trustworthy place to get your car worked on. They do excellent work and go out of their way to take care of you. I have been taking all my vehicles here for many years and will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Hit and miss. I've had 3 oil changes done here. One time dropped my car and off, had it done within an hour and a half (not bad for a random drop off- but they tell you an hour by appointment which is ridiculous) picked mine up and left my girlfriends there for hers too. Everything went well with friendly people and quick service. Next time was a completely different experience. Made an appointment, extremely slow service, charged a crazy amount for an extra 2 quarts of oil bringing it to a total of over $50 for a basic oil change. Not worth the gamble to go back at this point.

I was anxious about taking my car in general to any shop.... that was turned around at this visit. Everyone was super nice, service was quick and very reasonably priced.
